Got a 50.00 pedicure so I was supposed to get an extra 10 minute massage. She set her alarm and then started getting up and down to heat up these stupid rocks that burnt my legs. Barely did a ma massage after it was done she only massages my legs for 4 minutes total I was timing her and all she did was run rocks on my legs. Put wax on my feet and sugar scrub on my legs the whole thing was done in 35 min. For 50.00 dollars. It was a terrible job and when I said something they yelled at me. Unbelievable. DONT GO HERE they do not care about good business read more

The staff is very nice. I took my granddaughters here and their nails look beautiful. The bad news is they came off within 24 hours. They both got gel manicures. Poor quality. Sadly won't be back. Update I did go back for a full refund and they refused. RIP OFFS SHOULD BE THEIR NAME BECAUSE THATS WHAT HAPPENS TO THEIR NAILS ...gotta laugh to keep from crying ugh... read more

I thought this would be my new go to place, when I first went there everybody was super nice and friendly and zoie was awesome. When I went there just last weekend I had found out that my girl wasn't coming back until after summer so they hired a new guy working there and my nails were horrible. He rushed through it completely and left so much of the gel on the side of my nails. I am so disappointed because I loved coming here and I will not be back. read more

Love this place! I've tried at least a dozen places in the area and this spa is bar none the best. Super clean (#1 Importance), great work - as in your nails don't chip in a week, and super accommodating to whatever style or idea you might want to try out. read more

I walked in without an appointment for a pedicure. I was taken right away, was offered a service menu and was helped by a very nice nail tech. She was quick and non nonsense. She was very sweet. They have such a variety of gel colors and matching gel colors to pick from. It was a great, quick, convenient experience. I will probably return again! read more

I don't usually write on here but, i always get an acrylic French set with pink power and white tips, no matter where I go. Cosmo Spa is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. The first time, a few months ago, Kyle did my nails and he was so great! Super nice guy and really funny! He made me feel right at home and really welcome! He even remembered me when I came in today! The next time, today, Lana did my nails and they are flawless! I love them! At other salons I have been to they never make my nails as short as I want them, even when I ask. Not Lana! She made them as short as I wanted them and was really sweet about it! I love this place and would thoroughly suggest it to anyone in the Riverside/norco/corona area. Compared to other places it is a little bit more expensive, but WELL WORTH IT! $35 for my acrylics plus gel. I will be back for sure and hope they stick around for a long time! read more

They charged me extra $1 on my pedicure which should be $18 and they charged me to take off gel which is only on 4 toes the rest I pealed off. No one told me I was going to be charged for that... who does that? I won't be back... sad! The service I received was crap when trying to tell them the chart I seen says $18 for pedicure. Bad business and watch out for this. read more

This place was amazing. I went with my daughter in law and we both have been going to the same lady for many years but we have not been happy with the service. So we decided to try a new place. We both walked in for a manicure and we where able to sit by each other. Ken did my daughter in laws nails and he was so friendly, we laughed the whole time !! The person that did my nails was very nice, she was patient and friendly. We both left happy with the service and definitely will be back !! Thanks for a great experience. read more

I gave this place a couple of changes, if they know your a new customer all the employees are nice to you , but a soon as u became a regular they don't even say hi to you !!!! Anyway horrible service and quantity of the product they use , I have to come back in a less than a week to get a fill or new set , when u try to to talk to the manager they just say ok for whatever you say or what , they just ignore you. My last time at this place was a disaster the guy in table #5 does whatever he wants , I even repeat my self twice to make sure he understand what I wanted !!! Short story my nails are not even and a weird shape so I decided to cut them short and let him do whatever shape he wanted !!!! He was rude AF and of course he started to speak his language so I would understand but of course all the staff keep looking at me all mad . I was told I wasn't gonna be charge for my fill but days later I check the bank and this person changed me $38 what I think is so unprofessional , I called this morning trying to talk to the manager but they said just to call tomorrow or later on to check if manager is there because they don't know anything!!!!!!! Now I have to deal this after the horrible experience and low customer service. One more thing if you're a white person you're more then welcome, but since I'm Hispanic they think is ok for them to be an assholes !!!!!!!! Never again !!!!! read more

Misleading and very Unprofessional. Called mid week on 12/18/19to make an appointment for that Friday, was informed they are short handed and it be best to walk in and they would work with me, since the two ladies I requested wouldn't be available until after the new year. I asked if I could make an appointment with someone else, she again mentioned it be better to walk in. Arrived on Friday afternoon, once there, I was told they are very busy. I mentioned what I was told over the phone when I called on Wednesday, the lady did recall our conversation. She then said it be an hour until someone could see me. I was not expecting that answer but I said "ok", I was a walk in. While I waited, I noticed my tech girl was working on a customer. I brought it to there attention, that my tech. girl was present working on a client. The lady I spoke to originally over the phone on Wednesday, said I had asked for the wrong person when I called. I stated to her I asked for the correct person, she must have misunderstood and it was ok, and 90% of the times I make appointments with her for both a manicure and pedicure. I noticed clients were coming in with appointments and being seated. I was surprised and confused, but figured I should me next! At this point over 35 minutes had passed and the lady comes up to me and says, they can't see me today. I was shocked. I followed there instructions, been there over 35 minutes and now they cant see me!! I can understand things happen, however this is not how you handle situations and loyal customers. This experince was far below my expectations and will take by business elsewhere. read more

Updated review - I've tried to remain loyal to this place but it really depends on who does your nails. New staff isn't as good. Their customer service is still great, but the quality of work is not consistent among the employees. ************** After searching for a go to spot for my nails, I have finally found it! Great customer service with all staff. They do waxing and facials which I've tried and loved the results. I definitely recommend this place. read more

This place is a hit or miss! Idk what happened? My nails started breaking off the first couple of days. By the end of the week i had 2 cracked barely hanging on gel nails! Not a happy customer! Payed too much for Not much! Currently looking for a new spot read more

Very unprofessional! The male owner was arguing with one of his female employees in front of the shop. So unprofessional, I really felt bad for the lady employee because I can tell he was belittling her. Worst part is how he didn't care that he was embarrassing her in front of her peers from work...I will never come back here be needs to learn some damn manners! read more

My first time here and I love it... my new go to salon.... great staff.. very funny.. and professional. . I will be back..

This place is a gem! I used to go to orchard nails, but they were so expensive and impossible to get same day service. I'm happy I found Cosmo! I always get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The prices are really reasonable. Lana works Tuesday and Thursday's... Her gel manicures are amazing (last 3 weeks without chipping). Try this place out, you won't be disappointed read more

I guess you can say my mom and I are picky when it comes to nail salons. We have tried quite a few in the Inland Empire, but its been pretty impossible to find a salon that does a thorough job (including fixing ingrown toenails), treats you kindly, and does a good job of painting. This place does awesome at all the above. They are very kind, friendly, and joke around with you. They know my mom, sister and I, and even know what services we like to get there. Even after just the first time going, the second time we went they asked where my sister was. They offer extra services but don't push them, and most importantly, they do a great job with the actual pedicure. They get rid of ingrown nails, give good massages, and do a good job painting. This is my mom and my regular spot now, we don't waste our time going anywhere else. read more

Great service and great work! Mary did my pedi and was very detailed. Will definitely come back.

I really enjoy coming here. They do great work and my nails stay on. I always do nails and pedicure. I was really impressed when I wanted to do cherry blossoms she pulled out her ipad and gsve me choices. read more

Tracy does such a great job. I've been going to her for 10 plus years she's been doing my nails. And I am very picky

I really like this nail salon. The staff is always friendly. The salon is clean. They use disposable liners for the pedicure tubs. They also time their massages. Needless to say I'll be coming back. read more

I've been here a couple times to get a basic manicure and was happy with it but just recently started coming for acrylics. The first time I came (about 3-4 weeks ago) and got a full set-the man was very gentle and worked with me on the color and used three coats so I got the shade I wanted. He was very focused and did a great job, asked me exactly what I wanted, etc. I went to get a fill yesterday evening and the man who did the full set was busy so another man did the fill. He was rough, rude, annoyed, very cold, didn't ask me what I wanted and just did what he wanted, rolled his eyes when he got polish on my skin, was constantly looking around while he had the electric file on my nails and cut my skin several times because he wasn't paying attention. After I confirmed what color I wanted three times, he still used the wrong one (I didn't notice as they were both red and couldn't tell as I needed three coats and the color I want didn't show after the third coat). As I said, I came in for a FILL, and when I went to pay he charged me for a full set at $28. This is the first time I've not given someone a tip!! Horrible experience with this guy. My nails are rough, the wrong color, and my skin is cut up. Very very disappointed. read more

After a few years going to this place I realized that I was merely content with the service and the cleanliness but when I'm investing $300 a month for incompetent manicures I've decided to part ways from this place. Yesterday was the last time i will be going there. My nails have been brittle for a very long time. The gel polish has lasted 1 week only and then it starts to peel, yet I continue to go back to get it fixed and what's even worse is that i actually end up paying and providing a tip. I've been a sucker just because they tend to be very talkative and polite but i'm done with this place. read more

I use to love this place I've been going for a year now up until recently my last two visits sucked and terrible. My first visit, I got a acrylic set and there was so much air bubbles and I was busy so I went back the next day and she felt sorry and fixed it with no charge. This last time on Wednesday this lady did my nails told me to pick a color and left me unattended for 10 minutes.... it honestly gets even better she didn't even come back to finish me up. Some man saw me sitting there and finished up her job 10 minutes later/ when she could've just finished her work. I just thought that was very unprofessional. read more

I had an absolutely amazing experience the first time I went here my gf brought me here and I've been coming back ever since. It changed management and it has been great ever since, it's clean professional they know what they're doing it's always a great job I've been going to Helen and Tracy and they do a spectacular job but everyone else is also extremely professional they don't try to upsell you they speak perfect English and you get exactly what you asked for I am absolutely thrilled to have found this place I will never go anywhere else! read more

Had a great experience for my first time getting a facial super affordable and welcoming. Customer service was great only bad thing I can say is that the nail techs did not spend too much time giving me a gel mani and pedi looks good but felt a little rushed and they left polish on my cuticle area. I highly recommend this place I will definitely be returning. If you stop by to get a facial request it with Annie she was amazing. read more

The place is very clean and nice but there nail polish chips to fast and it's cheap and they don't take there time to paint your nails

Super sweet technicians who all know how to do gel nicely! I've only had one that I wasn't happy with because she did 3 coats and it was too thick. Large selection of gel colors that have matching regular polish for your toes, which is convenient so you're not spending time searching for a color that comes close. Love that the tools come in a sterilized package. read more
