Got my nails done here for the first time. I showed a picture of the nails I was looking to get. I will say, they aren't quite the same but I love them. The price in my opinion was a bit expensive, however I saw the work she put into it. I recommend this place. read more

Excellent service and friendly staff. My visit was about an hour and I got my nails and eyebrows waxed. It was $47 even before tip and that's for gel acrylics and the waxing. She left some nail polish on my skin (as you can see in the picture) but that's not a big deal. Great job read more

I have been to this place and never had any major issues. Today thought, the worst experience ever. I dealt with Tracy/Stacy. She was extremely rude at the end when I had some issues with the color being too see through. And then I had some powder bumps in the polish. I told her how I was very unhappy about my nails and she told me how it's already done and can't do anything for me. It was very unprofessional. I can't believe that this is the service they allow. I now have to go somewhere else and spend more money to get it fixed because she did not want to fix anything. I would like to have management reach out and we can further discuss this. read more

I have been a loyal costumer here for about 5 years! Cosmo Spa has a great ambiance with really friendly staff. The salon is clean, sanitary, and beautiful all around. I've had manis and pedis done by several different staff members and each one has been warm and friendly. You will never need to find another nail salon. They do a great job with acrylic manicures! I'm obsessed with this baby pink gel manicure with ombré gold sparkles. Tom was so great! He was quick and detailed and made sure I was getting exactly what I asked for! I also have had beautiful manicures done by Ken. Ask for either of them and you won't regret it! read more

I came here to get my nails done 2 days before my birthday as I was going out of town to celebrate. Jimmy, the guy that did my nails made them too thin. The very next day I broke a nail. Thinking I was maybe have been rough with that hand I didn't pay it any mind. The next day on my actual birthday I broke 3 more nails. I went up there as soon as I got back in town to get a refund and to get my nails fixed. The completely refused to refund my nails. I spent my birthday out of town missing 4 nails. Holy moly! I was in there for an hour and the lady doing my feet couldn't do French to save her life. Worked on one foot for over 20 min and still couldn't get it right, so I said just take it off because I have to go. Who has over an hour for a pedi? Very clean salon with sterlized tools and really great environment . Everyone was very nice. May is our go to gal.

I'm adding one star because they are friendly, but aside from that they really having nothing going & the price for a fill is insane. I came in for a fill, you can't mess up a fill right?! WRONG! I ask for square nails and ombré. As he's filling he's adding so much acrylic to my nails that it's thick and lumpy. He starts with the drill and drills down the immense amount of acrylic he's now placed on my nails and is drilling it down so far I can feel the drill burning through my nail. Moves on to file to get the shape and is filing so vigorously that he left cuts in my skin and filed away my natural nail on the side leaving me feel sore and splintered and creating this weird dip from my natural nail bed to the tip of the nail. This literally took him over an hour for it to look like crap. Also as I'm putting sheets on my bed that SAME night, I broke my pinky nail because he drilled them so thin. I wanted my nails cute for my anniversary but instead I will be stuck with these because I refuse to go back and have someone mess them up more and my nails are so sore I don't want to be touched. read more

Ask for Ken if you are getting a full set! He is the best. I never liked getting nails until I came to him because they would always break or look bad after a week and a half, but Ken does an excellent job and my nails are sturdy and beautiful up until 3 weeks! I highly suggest this place to anyone in the area here is a gel fill I got with reshaping from coffin to almond shape. Ken suggested matte finish, it came to $29 and I love them! read more

I have been looking for so long to find someone GOOD to do a gel manicure on short nails! I like dark colors and most technicians don't like doing dark gel colors on short nails (understandably so, it's difficult to do). Lana did my nails today and I am SO HAPPY with how they turned out! She did them so quickly and didn't get any on my cuticles or skin so I have a feeling they will last! Thank you so much, Lana. I look forward to coming back to you! read more

I usually go to another nail salon, but my regular girl is on vacation and I couldn't wait for her to get back so I decided to go on yelp to find an alternative salon. When I walked into the salon no one greeted me nor acknowledged me. I sat there for 20 minutes and still no acknowledgement. Instead of getting upset I looked for another salon and called to see if they had availability to do a gel manicure and they said they did. I got up and left. Although I can't rate this establishment on their service I can however rate their customer service level. The quality of their customer service was horrible. First impressions are important to me and so is customer service. Unfortunately I will never come here again. read more

Not a fan. They hide the prices and then hit you..? I'm sorry but if the service were better maybe. But I had to tell her my nails were crooked and to fix it. And my manicure looks crazy. Left my cuticles dry and my nails feeling rough. I'm not one to leave bad review but I feel it's fair to give people a heads up. It took them awhile to tell us the price which made it seem even more sketchy. Sad. I've been here before and never that expensive read more

A few weeks ago... I usually go to another place but they were closing, so I chose this place based on reviews. My disappointment is with one person, not the salon. I get there and was seated quickly. I only needed gel removed and reapplied to my nails. There are two things I ask when I get my nails done: 1) do not cut my cuticles, and 2) paint my whole nail - all the way up to my cuticle. First thing the lady says after I tell her this is, "we have to cut this part" as she points to the side of my nail. I say yes, only if there is a hang nails on the side. She agrees but of course when she starts and begins cutting my cuticles and she gets carried away. I again tell her not to cut them. She mumbles something and starts doing it again, I pulled my hand away and had to tell her a third time!! I also had to ask her again to paint my whole nail. Finally the last straw was when I heard her sniffing because her nose was running. She politely excuses herself and walks behind the wall, grabs a tissue and wipes her nose. As I watch TV and keep an eye out for her, she comes straight back over to finish my nails!! No hand washing or sanitizer!!! Unfortunately I was almost done so I let her finish and quickly washed my hands and arms with hot water, otherwise I would have left!! I didn't bother to get her name since I won't ever go back. read more

I got really poor customer service and they make extra changes unexpectedly. For fill it cost $52 and is judged upon your length. And continues to change prices upon willing. When we asked for money back for over pricing and charging wrong they said " 5 $ here and left ". When you are getting your nails done they, don't listen if you want shorter they will not go shorter. When they file your nails they cut you many times. They do not have very clean nails and they are crooked when they are on the nail. So annoyed. I came here last Thursday for a gel mani and a pedicure and ALREADY they're chipped and peeling. Cosmo is a very well kept establishment and all of staff employed here are very accommodating; however, the quality is subpar. I am highly disappointed at the fact the $50+ I spent here was a complete waste. I will not be returning. Tip for the owners: invest in better brands of gel polish (OPI, Essie, Gelish) DND colored gel mixed with another brand to cure and set is probably why everyone on here is complaining about their gel chipping and peeling days later. read more

this place never ceases to disappoint. i've had to go a few rare occasions out of convenience and desperation from not having time throughout the week. i always ask for a different technician given my bad previous experiences. my nails always look crooked, bumpy and very uneven and unfinished. i say something but i end up getting stared down at. usually other nail salons will do multiple coats of polish and most of the time they only do one. this place is overpriced. don't recommend read more

This was the most expensive place I have gone to to get a gel mani and pedi. The reviews were great which is why I wanted to come here. Overall the experience was nice and calming. The staff were very friendly and obviously enjoyed working there. My only problem is that for all that money that was spent my gel has started to chip. I was just there on Friday evening and here it is Tuesday morning with a chipped nail. Highly disappointing **update**. Now I have 3 total chipped/ pealing nails. This is ridiculous. What a waste of money. I originally had 3 stars but updated it to 1 star. Right now I don't think they even deserve that read more

I visited Cosmo on Saturday afternoon I decided I deserved to be pampered and wanted a Mani/Pedi. I was in the Norco area and utilized our good friend Yelp. I was torn between three establishments and decided Cosmo was the place. And I am happy I made that decision! I arrived without an appointment and was told it would be about 10 minutes so I decided to wait. Less then 10 minutes later I was in the most relaxing massage chair soaking my feet. Their pedicure chairs are the best ones I have sat in. I chose the Deluxe Pedicure and the Cosmo manicure. I was really impressed that they did not try to upsell me on any services. Both ladies that helped me were very nice and friendly. This was by far one of the best Manicure/pedicures I have had. I highly recommend Cosmo for your pampering needs. Went there yesterday with my almost 8 year old daughter and they did a wonderful job!! The have a kids mani/pedi option for $20 where they do everything they do for me but trim the cuticle.
