The Cheesy English is still my favorite sandwich! I just love the bread. For Americans, please don't expect this to be Jersey Mike's or another type of sandwich that is stuffed with meat. I recommended this place to a friend, and I think she & her husband had different expectations. Personally I love that the flavors meld together in perfect harmony, no one note louder than another.

A cute little sandwich shop that serves soups, sandwiches and salads. I had a special mushroom zucchini soup, and it was amazing. The green salad was very fresh and French bread of the sandwiches were unbelievable. There are plenty of seats upstairs and we saw a lot of people enjoying their sandwiches and chilling. It is self-service, so you have to order downstairs and bring your food upstairs. After you eat, you will put the dishes in the destinated place. Communication in English was not a problem at all.

Very friendly staff and the sandwiches are amazing. The bread they use is unreal. There will be a line but it is so worth it.

I am a huge fan of Cosi! Where else in Paris can you get a huge, fresh salad for about €10? I've been coming here for several years and they are SO consistent with freshness and interesting menu and very fair prices. After a long day, it's so easy to come in and have a great meal in a pleasant setting. It is fast casual so you order at the counter. Bread is fresh from their pizza oven and comes with the salad.

The bread they bake fresh daily is absolutely amazing! Very reasonably priced and delicious. A+

What a terrific find! This sandwicherie is located about 10 minutes away from the Louvre: cross the Pont des Arts (...the one with all the padlocks) and make your way to rue de Seine, which is perpendicular to the river. The price is unbeatable: my sandwich was 5.50 Euro. The bread is fresh and delicious, and the ingredients are just as stellar. I realized after ordering that you can customize your own sandwich which is obvious enough to someone who isn't starving...but I took a sandwich with ricotta and walnuts and it was wonderful. I thought I'd take it to go and eat it in the park but couldn't make it out the door without taking a bite and then throwing myself on the nearest chair until it was all gone.

This is the small, unassuming sandwich shop that inspired and launched a chain in the US. I now can see why. I think the execution in this original location is much better than what I've tried in Chicago, so I can see where things may have gone off the rails in the US. I had the Tandoori Turkey, with a slaw, which was really delicious, a little spicy with a very authentic (in my perception anyway) seasoning. The amazing bread is what brings it all together, served fresh from their oven, it was a real treat, and highly recommend it.

High quality sandwiches!! Fresh focaccia, slightly crunchy... mmmmm! Exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Medwedd with goat cheese, olive tapenade, cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes. It was scrumptious. Cute setting with upstairs seating and friendly staff, too!

Great sandwich place I really liked the sandwiches here. No outside seating All seating is upstairs No complaints no reason to not give 5 stars for what it is, a small sandwich cafe Great for Sunday's when a lot of places are closed

We stopped for lunch due to a TripAdvisor review and now I'm transferring the high rating over to my own rating home of Yelp. This is a perfect spot for lunch. The food comes quick and tastes good. The focaccia couldn't get better if it tried. Rest up upstairs while you eat. Enjoy the whimsical wall art too.

Generous, fresh salads and sandwiches. Was a much-needed alternative to rich cafe food for a light dinner.

So we wandered across the street and found this nice little spot with outside seating and a variety of appealing menu items. We were seated outside quickly and after a little time our waitress came to take our order. As mentioned in my other reviews we have small appetites, so we decided to split the Pizza Salsiccia based on its other reviews. When reading reviews, keep in mind that there are two locations for this restaurant. As I perused the reviews, it appeared that the other location, has more of the five star reviews. Despite that we decided to give it a try. The pizza was flavorful. I am a bit of a pizza aficionado, so my standards are very high. I would give the pizza a 3 star rating because it was very wet in the middle. The type where the topping pull off when pull a slice out. The coffee we had after was very good. Overall I think I can recommend this place with the caveat that I do not recommend the pizza, unless you like that type of dough.

On night one was started with glasses Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne which we really enjoyed and on our second night we had to have the bottle. We split the Diavola Pizza and the Calzone. The Calzone was great and completely stuffed. I will say if I had to pick I preferred the Diavola Pizza but that's because Enza is making fresh authentic Neapolitan Pizzas. For Round 2 we got the Salsiccia Pizza as well as the Truffle Pizza. The Salsiccia was my favorite of all the pizzas we had here. The Truffle Pizza was also very good and loaded with truffles as well so it is very rich so just a heads up. They on make their own Spicy Olive Oil which is great for dipping your fluffy crust into. We of course had to get dessert as well. I had the Pistachio Cheesecake which was get and had amazing Pistachio flavor. We also got the Croque Glace which is a true Ice Cream Sandwich. It was Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate on a Brioche Bun. It was actually so good and much better then what they are serving at Epcot. The staff was so friendly and helpful each time we came in and seemed happy to see us. For sure a place to check out if you are starting to get a little sick of French Cuisine.

Mozzarella cheese bites were the winner of the evening. So good the crumbs that covered the cheese were just wow. So tasty we ordered 3 servings of it. The story goes that I and the rest of my Nintendo of America colleagues had just finished up a very exciting business conference with our friends over at Nintendo of Europe. After wrap up, we decided to take a small tour around the lovely city of Paris. I, of course, took note of all of the similarities between the real Paris and the version seen in the Mario Kart Tour mobile game. I have to say, Nintendo hits it out of the park once again. We then decided to stop inside the Gemini, since that seemed to be the only restaurant name that I could pronounce. I decided to order the Truffle Pizza, and since I am from New York, I love a good pizza. The first bite and it was already heaven on earth! Truly authentic French food being served at this wonderful establishment. I am also very glad that the waiters entertained my shenanigans when asking them what they thought about Mother 3. I had a good laugh after they didn't even know what I was talking about. Excellent service, great food, and an overall fantstic time for any Nintendo fan wanting to stop in and admire the beautiful jungles of France. Also, don't forget to check out Pikmin 4, which lands in stores July 21st. Thank you for reading this highly anticipated Reggie Review, and I will see you all another time, Switch fans!

On the other hand, it made me realize that my mother was a terrible cook. Bistro des Augustins is a small, cozy venue offering both indoor seating and terrace seating near Pont Neuf. It serves a small number of curated dishes, including a wonderfully traditional Bistro Gratin in a homey ceramic dish served piping hot with a brown crispy cheesy top, herbs, spices and chicken. You can also get it with salmon. My brothers and I only saw my mother use our gas range to light her cigarettes, sanitize needles to remove our splinters, and make s'mores during the summer months when she couldn't muster the energy to take us 'outside camping.' I mean, all she had to do was borrow a cookbook, which I'm sure were readily available from maybe a neighbor or in any local bookstore or the public library. How hard is that? I was the only kid who brought a can of tuna and his own monogrammed can opener to school every day. Every day. And mom convinced me that the tuna holster she got me for my birthday was cool and hip. I was a naive mercury-filled fool, although I did become a very fast runner in junior high school because of the tuna holster. The interior décor of Bistro des Augustins is informal and vintage bistro style - wooden tables, traditional chalkboard menus, and soft lighting - creating a relaxed and comfy ambiance. My eyes have been opened to what's possible. Thank you Bistro des Augustins for expanding my culinary horizons. Five stars.

Didn't blow me away, but was solid with the creaminess of the sliced potatoes and emmental cheese combined together with mixed vegetables. The cheese was very strong though, so anything else was unfortunately pretty much overpowered by it. Same comment as the above, except the Landais had egg and goat cheese also mixed in with almost the same ingredients as the Fermier. THE SERVICE ----------------------- + The lone waitress, who also worked the role as greeter, cashier and bartender was friendly. + Food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. THE SURROUNDINGS ------------------------------------ = Small, tight restaurant. = Not many tables inside - 6 in total. + Located a few blocks away from the more touristy restaurants, towards the East, on a much quieter street.
