Awesome place to eat out while visiting Paris, definitely recommend it's a great place because it's open late and close by a lot of tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating since I didn't know any French the ambience is very quaint and definitely has a French feel to it. The food was delicious. They have a big menu with a lot of variety of both traditional and foreign foods. The price is great also for the type of service you get in the presentation of a food definitely recommend and would be back for sure.

By far one of the best places we ate at while in Paris! We stumbled upon this restaurant as it was close to the Arc the Triumph and our Airbnb. While there were may other restaurants around this same area, we could tell that some looked really touristy, and we were trying to eat real, authentic food. Caffe Caesar did not disappoint! The owner's son came out and served us. He promptly gave us menus in English, and provided us with beautiful outside seating. We ordered a half a bottle of red wine, and he brought it out swiftly and let us try it before he poured it. We ordered a margarita pizza as an appetizer. A while later, we ordered our pasta entrees. We were in no rush, and the owner's son made sure we had plenty of space and were comfortable. In fact, since it was later, and there were only two other couples eating outside, he pulled over the table next to ours, to give us extra space for all of our food and drinks. The margarita pizza was perfect. Thin crust, melty cheese, tomato sauce, and fresh basil. We enjoyed that so much. We slowly drank our wine and even had a couple of pieces of bread before the meal came out. In fact, I remember that there was this peanut mix he had on the table. I know it might sound small and random, but that peanut mix was really good! Our pasta dishes were amazing. My penne pasta was cooked to al dente, with a little bit of a bite. the sauce was so flavorful, and there was just the right amount of pasta. Not too much. After all of that, we ordered dessert-tiramisu. It was light and wonderful. We spent almost 2 hours at dinner that night. Between talking with another couple outside who were from Australia, talking to the owner's son, and just enjoying the beautiful Paris night outside, we had a wonderful time.

DELICIOUS & AFFORDABLE PASTA OPTIONS! Traveled from U.S. to Paris to celebrate my birthday! My wife wanted pasta so we stumbled upon this restaurant and I'm so happy we did! The restaurant is very cute and quaint with both inside and outside seating options! The restaurant is quite small but it's comfortable. We didn't speak any French but the wait staff spoke English which was helpful. The menu was in English as well!! Yes!!!!! Made our lives so much easier! We were brought water while looking over the menu! We ordered spaghetti and bruschetta appetizers! Omg it was all so delicious and it took no time to have our order brought out. The pasta was very flavorful and filling but not heavy like traditional pasta. I ate everything and didn't feel stuffed or bloated at all. It cost about 52 euros for 2 drinks, 2 appetizers and 2 pasta entrees!!! Great food and price! Overall very nice, clean and friendly environment! Highly recommended!!

Delicious food, great atmosphere, wonderful family owned restaurant. The best food I've had in Paris!! The family speaks prefect English and the menus are also in English for us non-French speakers. Some restaurants seem to be bothered by the lack of speaking French but not them. Now the food, DELICIOUS AND FRESH!!! I had the Lasagna and my daughter had the Margherita Pizza . I should have paid more attention to my fellow Yelpers and ate this upon arrival over a week ago. Welp, it is Caffè Caesar until departure day...

One of the best Italian restaurant I've ever been too. The owner and family were very humble and we had a good conversation with them even though my French and their English was limited. The service was on point and the food was delicious.

Please don't be surprised with low number of reviews. Just a misnomer. Excellent place, nice ambiance and lovely Italian food. Actually the best pasta in Paris. Thanks Catherine and Bernard for being great host :)

Wonderful food and atmosphere located near the Arc de Triomphe. The owners were delightful and great host. The gorganzola ribeye and the especial chicken entree's we're mouth watering and on point. If you find yourself in this part of Paris do yourselves a favor and treat yourselves to a fantastic meal.

Casual, friendly and the pizza was great. Wine was good too. It I don't think you'll find a place with bad wine in Paris.

When we told the server that there was a rat all he said was "this is Paris" we asked if he could move it and he said "no, this is Paris don't worry." If it was just Paris we wouldn't have had other parisians in the restaurant being freaked out about. I get it we are Americans and aren't used to it, but not even putting the rat outside after we asked them to is awful. We stayed at the restaurant although we shouldn't have. The food took an hour and a half to come out, and the server was pretty awful. Typical for Paris but even worse than usual. The prices were outrageous and the food did not taste good whatsoever. Highly don't recommend this place if you value a good atmosphere without eating next to rats.

We loved the service, attentive, friendly, answering lots of questions. Good wine list. Overall, somewhat expensive, but it's Paris. The carpaccio of beef was great as was the spinach ravioli with truffles. The only "miss" here was that the black truffles seemed to lack power and flavor which they sometimes do. I am not a truffle expert, but sometimes they pack a lot of very good punch and sometimes you can barely taste them, and in this case it was the latter. Feel like we got head-faked into the truffle menu and might have been better off on the regular one. Suggest: smell the truffles when they show them to you and if it's not fairly overpowering, then don't order. The bellinis were fanastic on the other hand. Overall, I'd definitely come back if I want a fancy Italian meal not far from the Champs Elyseees.

They were closed the following day (Sunday) so we were somewhat surprised to be greeted warmly and shown to a table which they made up for us. We were given a couple of menus, and told by our waiter in a nice way that the clock was ticking for the kitchen so we quickly chose a couple of pizzas and a bottle of wine. Having worked in kitchens before, I know first hand that latecomers are not the most welcome by the kitchen staff when they are trying to clean up and get out to enjoy their evening and the following day off. The food was wonderful, pizza dough was crispy, the toppings fresh in spite of the late hour, and the wine was excellent. Now the prices we have come to recognize in our first few days in Paris are pretty steep relative to Vancouver, which is saying something, but we feel we got our monies worth. One thing to remember in France when using a credit card is that you cannot add a tip on the machine, so bring cash with you to tip. If you add it to the bill on the machine the establishment gets the money not the person who waited upon you. Cash goes to them and them alone. We are leaving Paris in the morning and heading back to Fenice again this evening, a little earlier this time to enjoy their fine food one more time. Highly recommended from our first experience, here's hoping for a repeat. Bon appetit! VISIT #2 Ate here a second time while in Paris and were surprised that we were recognized upon our arrival and once again seated at the same table we had had a couple of evenings prior. I can only say that our second experience was even better than our first. Our food was outstanding, the service first class. We only wish we had more nights in Paris to sample more of the menu.
