Ravioli

I don't think I've felt this welcomed at any restaurant before!! Numerous staff members took the time to greet and chat with me. I did not have a reservation but they were able to accommodate me rather quickly despite being busy. The food was good, I had the ravioli and was served complimentary bread. My cocktail also did not disappoint, I could tell fresh fruits/mint was used.

Highly recommend the lasagna! Was incredible.

Service was efficient and friendly. Quaint ambiance. Food was amazing! We will definitely come back when we return to Paris.

Stumbled on this restaurant while walking through Paris looking for dinner and wow what a hidden gem! The restaurant itself is chic and modern. The service was wonderful. All the staff greeted you and they also had an English menu available. The food tasted so authentic. My friend couldn't resist ordering a pizza AND a pasta dish because everything coming out of the kitchen smelled and looked so good. I ordered the eggplant pasta and she ordered the truffle pizza and seafood linguini. Omg hands down best pizza I had in Paris. The crust was heavenly and the truffle taste tasted like good quality. My pasta was perfectly al dente and the red sauce was super flavorful. I am going to recommend this restaurant to all my friends!!

A bit on the pricier side but it had a laid back ambiance and great wait staff. We ordered pizza and the crust was sooooo soft! The pizza was simple but you can definitely tell they use quality ingredients.

This place was very accommodating as we were going in at almost 10pm! The food was so good!! The waiter was very helpful & pleasant!

The "margarita" pizza was a pile of slop, no tomatoes, no basil just massive cheese, like a cheese soup pizza with a deep dish crust. The gnocchi was from a package and €18 the sauce was a mess of sloppy cheese. Do not trust the 5 star reviews

Mushroom truffle pasta- so yummy

Found this place on a yelp search after a long day of tourism. What a great way to finish the night! So many options and intimate setting! I had the most delicious truffle pasta with a side salad. I still think about this meal! I'll be back whenever I'm in Paris next!

First night in Paris and just marveled at Eiffel Tower at night! Walking back to hotel off beaten path and found this great restaurant. Wow it is a must! Best service even with language barrier. The pasta and pizza fabulous . Markedly great prices for Paris.

Awesome is the word fir this great restaurant. It's near the Eiffel Tower and walking distance! Great food and great staff! Looks like owner is American but his staff has a lot of Italian background! We had the CAlamari, Salmon, Tuna , Calzone and Chicken all awesome taste! See pics! Highly recommend!

Veal Milanese (though they didn't bread it, which was confusing and disappointing- still good)

Amazing food, pasta carbonara here was probably the best I've ever had. Great if you're looking for something other than French food.

We were absolutely AMAZED how delicious this little cozy restaurant was and service was 10 stars . The three guys who were running the whole restaurant were so nice, welcoming, friendly, efficient and hardworking. They all had great attitude and so polite, I love Paris and the people are so kind and polite. We had primitive wine I think that's what they called it on the menu. We had margarita pizza and arugula & artichoke salad. They brought us bread which was pizza crust delicious, I'm sure they have a pizza oven & by the way kitchen was underground because they had an elevator called dumb waiter to send up the food. We shared marscapone biscotti pistachio dessert OMG. Cappuccino for my husband and I had an Americano and I LOVE IT that they heated up the cream. Details are everything and simply delicious food. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE. Thank you to the amazing host, waiter, server & most of all the amazing CHEF for the amazing food that he has made.

Unexpected surprises…read more Desperate to find a restaurant after my first choice was completely packed till closing. Found Le Perron and called ahead last minute to find a table. The staff here is really excellent and their care for their patrons is apparent. As a vegetarian it can be hard trying to find proper food besides pizza. Our server was extremely helpful and helped adjust menu items to a vegetarian diet. Removing fish or chicken or adding some sauce, he really made sure we had a positive experience. The restaurant is quite cozy and feels like home. Though it does seem a bit older, this just adds to its charm. All in all, I found the food to be really delicious, especially the tagliatelle which he did with sauce and mushrooms minus the meat. The flavor of the food was beautifully balanced. I would definitely recommend this tiny little place to my friends and would guess that the non-veg food is equally as tasty.

My boyfriend got the ravioli and I got the tagliolini paglia. So so good! They make some of the pastas fresh, in house which is really great because you can taste the freshness. We also had a cannoli for dessert and the filling was delicious. It's definitely a nicer restaurant and has an intimate feeling to it. The decor is well done and it was an overall lovely meal. The pasta was very memorable.

On the other hand, it made me realize that my mother was a terrible cook. Bistro des Augustins is a small, cozy venue offering both indoor seating and terrace seating near Pont Neuf. It serves a small number of curated dishes, including a wonderfully traditional Bistro Gratin in a homey ceramic dish served piping hot with a brown crispy cheesy top, herbs, spices and chicken. You can also get it with salmon. My brothers and I only saw my mother use our gas range to light her cigarettes, sanitize needles to remove our splinters, and make s'mores during the summer months when she couldn't muster the energy to take us 'outside camping.' I mean, all she had to do was borrow a cookbook, which I'm sure were readily available from maybe a neighbor or in any local bookstore or the public library. How hard is that? I was the only kid who brought a can of tuna and his own monogrammed can opener to school every day. Every day. And mom convinced me that the tuna holster she got me for my birthday was cool and hip. I was a naive mercury-filled fool, although I did become a very fast runner in junior high school because of the tuna holster. The interior décor of Bistro des Augustins is informal and vintage bistro style - wooden tables, traditional chalkboard menus, and soft lighting - creating a relaxed and comfy ambiance. My eyes have been opened to what's possible. Thank you Bistro des Augustins for expanding my culinary horizons. Five stars.

THE FOOD ------------------…read more= Fermier - Cheese gratin with chicken was good. Didn't blow me away, but was solid with the creaminess of the sliced potatoes and emmental cheese combined together with mixed vegetables. The cheese was very strong though, so anything else was unfortunately pretty much overpowered by it. Arrived with bread, but it DEFINITELY could use other carb options to sop it all up (e.g., rice???)! = Landais - Cheese gratin with duck. Same comment as the above, except the Landais had egg and goat cheese also mixed in with almost the same ingredients as the Fermier. THE SERVICE ----------------------- + The lone waitress, who also worked the role as greeter, cashier and bartender was friendly. + Food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. THE SURROUNDINGS ------------------------------------ = Small, tight restaurant. = Not many tables inside - 6 in total. + Located a few blocks away from the more touristy restaurants, towards the East, on a much quieter street.
