Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 I came here to try their infamous panini. When I got here I was lucky, only one customer ahead of me and made me wonder what's going on because I always see people line up here. I ordered two sandwiches with all vegetables, one with prosciutto and another with smoked beef. I enjoyed prosciutto better. Even it was a good sandwich I have had better so 4 star is the best I could give it.

I saw this on TikTok as the best sandwich in Paris, so I had to try it out! It was about a 25ish minute wait just to order. The line was out the door as it's a small shop. Be prepared to wait here! I got to order and they have a menu in English and French, which I appreciated. The guy taking my order was super helpful. They have 2 types of cheese I wasn't familiar with and he let me taste them both to see what I liked. I wanted the spicy chicken sandwich, but unfortunately they were out so I stuck with a vegetarian sandwich. I got the compte cheese, salad, onions, tomatoes, olive oil, salt/pepper, chives, and got it toasted. If you take it to go to it's 13.50E vs dining in is 15E, as there's limited seating. I ordered and took it to go to a park nearby. Once you order, you go wait outside for them to bring you your sandwich, which took about 10-15 minutes. I was surprised how much how I enjoyed my sandwich with it being only vegetarian! The cheese was absolutely delicious and toasted is the way to go. Everything went so well together and it was such a huge sandwich and super filling. I would definitely come back and try it with the spicy chicken.

Tasty Panini Sandwich. Their uncured ham was very soft and not overly salty. I enjoyed how packed with ingredients their sandwich was and also well toasted. Overall, a fun snack to have!

Chez Alain Miam Miam is a popular sandwich shop located across Marché couvert des Enfants Rouges. We arrived around 2:25 pm and there was a queue to order, which took around 15 mins. There is some seating inside, but it was quite full, so we opted for take out. After placing our order, we waited outside. Chef Alain was greeting patrons and we saw many locals conversing with him. The star of the show is the Miam Miam Sandwich, which consists of your choice of veggies, cheese, and meat. We went with the spicy chicken and split a sandwich between two people. The sandwich was stuffed with all the ingredients and the bread had a crispy crunch. The sandwich had good flavors and was put together nicely. Overall, I enjoyed the sandwich and it made for a satisfying lunch. I would consider it a little over hyped, but it is still a great sandwich that will keep you satisfied. It's not a must when in Paris, but a good pick if you have time to spare and intend to eat a sandwich.

Chez Alain Miam Miam was on our list for our France trip after we saw a social media post that said it was the best sandwich in Paris. When we arrived, there was a line out the door and people sitting in the curb outside waiting for their sandwiches. Seems like it's always busy there, but they handle it well. Once we got inside, they let us sample the two cheeses -- comté and cantal. We got the house sandwich with prosciutto and all the veggies, and we opted to get it toasted. There was some inside seating, but it was a super hot day and it was warm inside, so we opted to take it to go and eat at the local park. It probably took 10 minutes for our order to be delivered to us outside. It was a solid sandwich, but not the best ever, especially because warmed up lettuce is gross. I think they should put that on after so that it doesn't get mushy.

Hands down best sandwich in Paris! Chez Alain Miam Miam is a must if you visit Paris! Location: It is located 26 Rue Charlot, there is few seatings inside. There is a line when I went and you have to be patient because the store was small. Service: they can actually explain the menu cause the two cheese option im not familiar with. He also let me taste it first. You order and you wait outside the store to be called. Food: I ordered their sandwich. My sandwich includes all the veggies and yes with avocado. Cantal cheese which is tastes like a real cheese. And Cecina which is a smoked beef. Omg the combination was phenomenal. The beef was perfect seasoning and not salty. They toasted it and make it crunchy. One bite you would want another bite hahaha Price rating: 7/10. Not bad for a great sandwich. Definitely will come back to get a sandwich here again!!

They have sandwiches and galettes. Service fee for eating inside. People can order anything that they like in their sandwiches. I ended up trying their Prosciutto sandwich with all the veggies such as salad, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and avocado with comte cheese and seasonings with olive oil, chives, salt and pepper with warm toasted bread. It was a delicious sandwich with good combination of everything that works together. My husband got Cecina smoked beef with everything in it with cantal cheese. He didn't like it that much because he had better ones from other places. This place gets crowded during lunch time or dinner time and I saw a long line outside when the last time we came to Paris. Overall, it was a good sandwich but could be better.

I saw that Chez Alain Miam Miam had a lot of high ratings on Google and great reviews on Yelp, so I decided to check it out while vacationing in Paris for the weekend. I went right when they opened and luckily, there was no line. The woman behind the sandwich counter spoke English, so ordering was easy. She was happy to walk me through the menu and even offered cheese samples to help me decide what to include in my sandwich. The sandwiches are made in the back kitchen and come out promptly, piping hot. They were good, but to be honest, I didn't quite get the hype or what makes them distinctly French. Which is why I am rating it 3 stars, for just okay. Overall, it's a solid spot with nothing bad to say about it. If you're on a budget and want a freshly made hot sandwich, this place is a good choice. But if budget isn't a concern, I'd recommend exploring other spots to truly experience French cuisine while you're in Paris.

Came here around 4:40 pm (supposed to close around 5pm) and there was a line out the door but they took all our orders. The indoor seating is limited and your sandwich will cost about $1.50 or so more to eat inside. There is an English and French menu and all the employees speak both. I got the toasted sandwich miam miam with cecina (smoked beef), all the veggies except onions, and comté cheese (they let you sample both options). The meat was a little salty but the sandwich was overall very good.

This spot has been blowing up on social media for good reason and is also liked by locals. It was the first stop for eats when we arrived in Paris. It's a small cozy no frills spot with a long line (but very organized). The staff is friendly and very patient with non French speakers. We opted to try a few things including the Miam Miam sandwich, a Gallette and a crepe. Fortunately they also had room for us to dine in (note the prices are higher for dining in). Everything was fantastic (ingredients were all fresh and melded well together) and I'd definitely make a point of going again the next time I'm in Paris.

Ok ... tough review for me. The sandwich was solid. No complaints. But they kind of defeat the benefit of the veggies by toasting the sandwich with the veggies already loaded. Essentially taking away the crisp and cool texture and making the sandwich more "homogenous". The actual quality was very good, but the sandwich failed to meet the hype. Good value though ... and a great neighborhood. Overall I recommend, but there is a better, and more authentic option up the street about 200 yards at "Cochon" ...

I saw Chez Alain Miam Miam on social media inside Marche des Enfants Rouges. This is a 400+ old market! When I arrived, there was a sign to visit their other location a few minutes away. I walked over and the place was busy already and it was shortly after opening. Knowing the lines can get crazy long, I decided to come earlier, before the lunch rush, to avoid it. It didn't take long before I was able to order. While waiting, I saw his staff bringing in crates of fresh veggies for his sandwiches. With many people considering Chez Alain Miam Miam the best sandwich in Paris, one would assume he uses fresh vegetables daily. The restaurant itself is a hole-in-the-wall type of restaurant but it has character. You can dine in but most people I saw got their order to go. Customer service by the owner and his staff is extremely friendly. I ordered the Miam Miam with Prosciutto, all the vegetables and for it to be toasted. The owner gives you a taste of two cheeses to choose which one you want for your sandwich. That's very generous and helps you choose the one you like best. From what I saw, he personally made the drinks or pours it then brings it to you. The kitchen in the back makes the sandwich. It does take time but it's worth it! The sandwich is amazing and worth the hype. I'm not sure about the long wait but it's a really good sandwich. Just in case you were curious about what's inside the Miam Miam, it came with prosciutto, lettuce, tomato, avocado, mushroom and cheese all toasted between fresh bread. The meat option will be entirely up to you. If you toast it and take it to go, it's highly recommended to consume within 30 minutes to help keep the integrity of the sandwich. This restaurant is worthy of a visit. Just avoid the lines and come during off peak hours. Legit!

I kept seeing this place all over TikTok, so I had to try it while I was in the area. Overall, I think the sandwiches are good! We shared one between the two of us, and it made for a great snack. That said, be prepared to wait. The shop is very small, so after ordering inside, we had to wait outside while they made our sandwich. I did appreciate that they let us sample the cheese to help us choose, which was a nice touch! However, there was some miscommunication with the person making our sandwich. When we got it, we realized it wasn't exactly what we had ordered--there were extra toppings in there, like tomatoes, that we didn't ask for. While the sandwich was still really good, it was a bit annoying that we were so specific about what we wanted, only to get something different. Overall, it's a great sandwich, and I think it's worth trying if you're in the area and have the time to wait. Just double-check your order to make sure it's exactly what you want!

Very overhyped. It was a fine sandwich, not bad but absolutely nothing special. Rather bland. And far overpriced.

Another great boulangerie. This place is slightly larger than the one down the street with a…read moreslightly wider selection. It gets a cheaper rating but I thought the prices were very comparable to the other boulangeries in the neighborhood.Again they had great croissants (I tried them at every boulangerie we visited) and their large macaron "sandwiches" were also delicious (although not my MOST favorite of the ones we tried in Paris). This place was also just a few steps from our apartment so we visited it a lot as well. None of the women that served us during the week spoke English but again, you don't need much in a boulangerie. The service was always friendly and efficient. Often this place was busy but service was quick. No outdoor seating, and they were open until 8pm which was awesome. Later in the day you'll find that pastries and bread are not as fresh but even though we got macaron "sandwiches" at 7pm and they seemed a little damp from the fresh fruit in them, the taste was delicious. The outer shells of the macarons were slightly tough but the overall texture wasn't bad. the berries (we tried frambriose and fraise, or raspberry and strawberry) were incredibly fresh and tasty. I'm sure if we had purchased them earlier in the day they would have been even better. We also had the coffee eclairs and they were amazing!!! I don't care that much for eclairs as I do no like the type of bread used for them, but these were good enough that I'd get them again. The filling was rich and the coffee taste was outstanding.
