    Au P'tit Grec

My wife and I traveled to Paris for Thanksgiving. During our visit we stumbled on this place. Last night we decided to stop for a quick bite. We had just returned from a day in Brussels and we were hungry. What a find! We arrived around 9.00 p.m. Line was short. Service was fast. I ordered a savory dish - chicken ham, egg, cheese, and mushroom. My wife ordered Nutella and banana. We split both. They were great. Be warned, the wraps are huge and the savory one was messy. Come hungry. If there is a way to split them, do so. Prices are very reasonable. We paid 15.5 euros for the two. Ambiance is limited. The place does not have much seating. We found that to be charming.

I came on a Monday around 11:20am. Thankfully there was no line. Small space with a few bar seating available. Mostly a take away shop. You can see the staffs making the crepes in advance. I ordered, La Savoyarde with no potatoes for 10 euro. The staff suggested to replace the potatoes with mushrooms which I gladly accepted. It took about 7 minutes to make my crepe. The crepe is huge. It has so much filling inside. It can feed 2 people easily. A bit too much ham though as it was very salty. I would like to return for their sweet crepes.

Ladies and gentlemen, if you ever had a dream about how a crepe should be - this is the place that makes these dreams come true It's a hole in the wall in the Latin quarter and we got two crepes - one with tarma (fish egg)feta and veggies and one with cheese , turkey pastrami and veggies . They were both....incredible . Fresh, rich, tasty, big, what else can you ask for in a crepe Don't go...run! Highly recommended

I came with my wife and two of my daughters. We ordered the chorizo and goat cheese crepe and banana Nutella crepe. They were both full of ingredients and flavor. We don't speak French, but they were polite and efficient. Great crepes!

Came pretty early so there wasn't really much of a line. There were maybe 2-3 people ahead of us, which wasn't a big deal. We ended up getting the ratatouille instead of a sweet crepe since it was earlyish and it wasn't dessert time for us. We did not get it with the cheese and I recommend if you get this crepe to eat it quickly - the tomatoes and anything soggy will start dripping at the bottom and leave your crepe soggy and sad. Overall, this crepe was great! I don't know if I'd wait 1+ hour for it like others for it but we hardly had a wait. I also recommend coming when it's not busy, not just for the wait, but we noticed it was getting busier as we sat inside eating. They have a stack of pre-made crepes in the back and started using those to make crepes faster for customers. I have no doubt that those would not be as tasty as a freshly made crepe as we got.

One of my top two favorite creperies in Paris! We used to go to the old location but they recently moved closer to the school which is great because the students are their biggest customers. And for the price point, the crepes are huge! I love the classic ham & cheese which includes onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. This is super fulfilling and hubby has had to always help me finish this. My other favorite is a classic Nutella crepe with coconut shavings, "Nutella Coco." They are very generous with their Nutella which I appreciate. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area. There are always lines out the door but it is so worth it!

You get SO much food for 6-7 euros. Best deal in paris. You also get to watch them make it in front of you. We got the egg, ham, cheese, and egg savory crepe. Not the best crepe I've had but the deal was great!

I love crepes so when I came to visit Paris, I just had to get one. I looked up Yelp to find a crepe place near my location and happened to stumble upon Au P'tit Grec. I guess I got lucky because they have amazing reviews, and when I got there, I saw a long line. There's two other crepe shops literally right next to this one, but nobody was lined up at either. Instead everyone chose to wait for Au P'tit. I've never had a savory one before, only a sweet/dessert crepe. I decided to try both. Their menu offers plenty of options that I honestly didn't know how to choose. The prices are so good too, about 6-7 euros a piece. All savory crepes come with lettuce, tomato, and onion. I ordered mine with potato, oriental sausage (turns out to be pepperoni), egg, ham, and cheese. I thought it would be too much filling, but the crepe turned out to be amazing. The best crepe I've ever had actually. My dessert crepe was good too. I picked the Nutella, banana, coconut, and grand marnier. I actually didn't know what grand marnier is, but I just ordered that one because I liked the rest of the ingredients in it. Turns out it's liqueur. I guess I could've asked what that was or requested to leave it off my crepe, but I didn't know how much English they knew, so I just ordered and asked no questions. It wasn't evenly spread across my crepe and I LOVED my crepe until I got to the bottom of it. The bottom was heavily saturated in the grand marnier and that's how I realized it was alcohol. It tasted so bad. I couldn't finish my crepe. So I wish they had some sort of warning that the ingredient is liqueur for the people who don't know or I wish I had asked. But I feel like having an alcohol ingredient is something that should be pointed out. I'm still giving a 5 star regardless of that though because both crepes were really good, and I was impressed.

I had a Ratatouille Crepe here that was absolutely amazing! A great lunch and so reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

Anticipation ! Little did I know I would be disappointed.

We waited in line for an hour for our galletes. The consensus was that it was not worth it. Mine was over cooked and the food inside did not mesh well together.

    Galette of the "CHEF"
    Sara C.

known for the savory galette, but their nutella banana crepe was my favorite!! after seeing a couple of people recommend this creperie, i had to try it. it's a small place but very fitting for a creperie. it's more of a grab-and-go spot, but there is some seating inside with a couple of tables. the crepes and galettes are made fresh, and you can even watch them cook and make them right in front of you. for the price, it's a great deal! you get massive crepes and galettes that will fill you up for the day. i got the Galette of the "CHEF" and the Nutella and banana crepe. the galette of the chef was good, but i don't think I'm a big savory galette person. the cheese and tomato were great, but the ham was a little bit too overpowering for me. i'd love to try other savory crepes because maybe that one wasn't my favorite. now moving on to the sweet crepe. you really can't go wrong with a nutella and banana crepe. it's just an iconic combo that never disappoints. it was warm, fresh, and devoured! overall, a great crepe spot, and would love to know other galette options to try!

Long line, waited like 40 min at 9PM. Def get the one with ratatouille and ask for spicy sauce if you want. Loved the Nutella and banana crepe. The oeuf jambon fromage was substantial. The worker looked so exhausted but was so sweet

    Honey-chevre galette.

I didn't expect to find a place that would rival that of L'As du Fallafel, but Au P'tit Grec comes a close second! A popular joint in the bustling, lively student quarter of Paris, it's a great place for affordable, delicious crepes, galettes, and pita sandwiches. Last time I was here, I ordered a honey-chevre galette: despite it being completely vegetarian, it sure filled me up! Combining a mix of sweet, tangy, and savory, the galette was an explosion of flavors in my mouth. For 5 euros, it was quite the sweet deal- literally! Lines can get crazy during peak times, so go early (before noon) if you want a taste of what Au P'tit Grec's all about!

    Tarama et salades, très bien!

These sandwiches are curated, edible pieces of art made with love by the one and only Alain. It's easy to see why they're so popular. People love the sandwiches so much that his stall inside Marche' Des Efants Rouges can see lines lasting upwards of an hour or more. And people stay in the line. We lucked out and only had to wait about twenty minutes. I tell you, I'd wait all day if need be. I often dream of the sandwiches we had and can't wait to have them again. A picture is worth a thousand words and therefore, my photos can tell you everything you need to know about how good the sandwiches were. It makes me smile when I look at the pic of us with Alain. I had the corn beef, which was excellent, with caramalized onions and lettuce and tomato and the stronger of the two cheeses (which they let me taste test). Don't forget to specify if you want a crepe or a sandwich! I got the sandwich. The staff spoke great English but did speak to me in French (someone learning, which is always a confidence boost). There are a few tables inside, but I would suggest taking it to go in the parc near by. Don't forget to get a drink! I enjoyed the sparkling grapefruit juice. Sweet but very yummy.

I whipped out Yelp and noticed that I had Happy Caffe bookmarked. I'm not sure how it landed in my collection, but the reviews were excellent thought it would be a good option for lunch - so off we went. Happy sits right on the street - it's a super small space with barely any room inside and several tables outside on the sidewalk. They did a good job making room for us - I have to say they mastered the art of optimizing what little space they have but even still be prepared for a tight fit. The menu has a selection of baked good, crepes, and sandwiches. We asked the employee working behind the counter what they recommended and he suggested the kebab panini as he sells many of them every day. We decided to each get one, which was served promptly. The sandwich wasn't my favorite - the chicken seemed a little off, and it wasn't that tasty. I wouldn't say it was awful, but I also wouldn't order it again. Looking back, perhaps I ordered the wrong thing (despite it being recommended to me). I'm puzzled by all these 5-star reviews - maybe the crepes are better? Two stars for the friendly and attentive service, but I would bypass this spot next time I'm in Paris.
