All I have to say... the crunch! Definitely not the healthiest option, but boy is this a worthwhile guilty pleasure. Really interesting/fun decor inside too - you can tell the owners are striving to put their best foot forward with their concept. Highly recommend the half dog half cheese option, it's like a giant mozzarella stick. The Nutella dessert one was amazing as well. 5 stars well deserved.

We have been dying to try these dogs. We drove all the way from Tracy and were NOT disappointed. The restaurant is cute and very clean. We tried the moon tots they were okay, we also tried the birria dog, pizza roll, crispy snickers, and the jalapeño ranch with full mozzarella those were all just okay too, BUT the retro American with 100% beef hot link was our #1 FANTASTIC FAVORITE closely followed by the garlic sweet chilli 100% beef frank and hot cheetos dog with 100% beef frank. We WILL DEFINITELY make the drive again for those last 3. The service was great very friend and efficient young ladies working counter and frier.

For $7-$10 you can choose from a variety of corn dogs. Purchased Burria corn dog. Has shredded beef and cheese no dog. $9.99 and filled me up. Nice exchange with workers. Cute interior. Reasonable option to other "fast food" type food. Can replace hot dog with hot link, cheese, or I believe a vegetarian option. Not done dinning but I will return.

Our first time trying Corn'd and really impressed! The overall theme was very fun and friendly service. Highly recommend to eat the food right away as it is fresh and crunchy and of course the cheese pull. Must try!

2 hot cheeto one & 1 korean or sweet chili both flavors were so good. one had all beef dog, the other had half cheese & half hot dog, & the last one had all cheese. inside was a vibe & the little seats outside! it's pretty cool to walk in there & order in the ipads. will be coming back

The quality of the food was beyond our expectations. Service was exceptional as well, so nice and inviting. Decor was 10/10. Honestly no complaints and would love to come again!! The prices were so reasonable too, could not recommend enough.

Wanted to give the new place a try. The establishment itself was really cute. Very casual and there's a small truck outside that people can hang around. There are also a lot of options for corndogs and I like that they provided sides. The drinks looked refreshing as well. Corndogs were okay. And tots weren't too bad. I usually get the corndogs at Mochinut in Fresno and prefer the ones there but it's convenient to have a place nearby. I recommend if you're looking for a casual place to get a snack and/or try something new.

Who would have thought of making a corn dog so amazingly elevated and too delicious! These Korean style panko fried corn dogs are so much fun and you mouth is watering and dancing the entire meal! You can pick cheese or meat insides and alllll types of toppings of course to please your taste buds! Savory; delicious, sweet, spicy; delicious, hot, cheesy, fresh, and did I mention delicious?!? lol! They really are and the crunch is out of this world! Especially if you get the friend snickers! It's coated in Rice Krispies and then fried. I would suggest just getting the 5 pack and splitting the different types to try them all! Just go for it and enjoy the flavors, crunch and excitement of eating such a pretty and once again...DELICIOUS Korean Corndog! There is plenty of free, safe and well lit parking. There is a small table inside and one small table outside. This is more of a "to go" type restaurant and there is NO BATHROOM. Which was a bummer because it was a 2 hour drive to get to the store and spent over $60 just to have my daughter and I have to hold a full bladder while eating. Mr. Jason, Mr. Anriko and Mr. Yousif explained the process (it was my daughter and I's first time there). We had plenty of questions about everything, the food, the decorations and most importantly....how many did they eat each day?!? lol. Because I know I would be fired the same day y'all hired me for eating all the profit margins (or at least trying to, especially the Nutella version) These gentlemen and employees of Corn'd were professional, kind and funny. It's nice to have great customer service while eating some delicious food with my most favorite person in the whole wide world, my daughter! I'm grateful. Come down and check them out! You will love it and will be a fun treat to enjoy with your family.

You know, I never would have tried this place if my grandson didn't ask to go there. He said that he heard it was "bomb" and I gave in. Man, I'm glad I did. First of all, the place is clean and really cool. There is stuff for the youngsters to do while they are waiting: video game, basketball toss, etc. Stuff my grandson thought was really cool. I liked that. And, the place is clean! There is a cool mini vehicle that you can sit at outside while you eat your dog. You pick what topping and what you want inside the corndog. I got the Retro American with a beef hotdog inside. My grandson got the Hot Cheetos with the two types of cheese. Man, both of us really liked them. They are made fresh in a clean facility. They pack tons of flavor; crunchy, crispy and just darn good. The price is extremely reasonable. $5.55 for one and you can get a three pack for $14 and change. They are huge! I'll definitely go back and I know what gift certificate I can give my grandson!!!!!!

Been waiting months! The grand opening was today and we stopped by after a meeting for the kids. Took a few hours, but oh man! For drinks, we got moonade and moonchata. The moonade has a nice tartness and finishes sweet. The moonchata is very light and refreshing. The moon tots are bomb! They are so crunchy and the moon sauce is fantastic on them! Would definitely get again! We got the 5 pk so we could take them home and cut them to share. You can choose 100% hot dog, 100% mozzarella, 50/50 hot dog and mozzarella or 50/50 mozzarella and cheddar. They also have a hot link and plant based hot dogs coming soon. Takis with mozzarella - so good. Great crunch and a little spice from the takis Garlic and sweet chili with hot dog- the chili sauce makes it. Perfectly sweet with a slight kick. Goes great with the garlic sauce. Ramen with hot dog- super crunchy! Sauce pairs very well! Potato with mozzarella- so good! The crispy potatoes with hot cheetos and the moon sauce! Fire! Didn't expect the sweetness and it was a pleasant surprise! Umami with mozzarella- umami sauce has a kick! Slight crunch, compared to the others...but just as delicious! I think we preferred the cheese over the hot dog. Would like to come try the other flavors and maybe a 50/50 to how those compare. Overall, great service and great good for what looked like an overwhelming response. Everyone handled it really well and can't wait to watch this business thrive!

So excited that Turlock finally got a restaurant/fast food like this one. Korean corn dogs are some of the best comfort fair/festival foods. The restaurants decor is unbelievable. Nothing like you've seen before. Service is amazing, everyone is always so welcoming. The corn dogs here are fried to perfection. I love the varieties they have. They drop new items here and for limited time, so if you follow their Instagram make sure to try the new items. My favorites will always be the hot Cheetos and the potato. The tots are delicious as well! Not pictured here, but I had them when the store first opened. They also have some drinks on the menu. Haven't had any, but they do look delicious. If you need a little treat or a fair like snack, do yourself a favor and come grab a Korean corn dog!

Small little shop. Disappointed that there was no real sit down inside to eat. They did have something set up outside but it is like 100+ degrees in california. It was pretty hot inside as well not sure if their AC was down because they had a tower fan blowing to circulate the air. The price was fair! And everything tasted good! We got 4 corn dogs and order of tater tots with special sauce. The corn dog had an amazing cheese pull!! We ordered using kiosk and that was user friendly. Love that they had a street fighter game to entertain my nieces while we waited. All in all we would come back!

Exactly what Turlock needed to mix up the variety of foods we have available to us. The place is clean, beautifully designed and food is absolutely amazing. It's what the kids these days call a "vibe, vibe" The owners really took the time to make this place feel more than just a "fast food joint" from the interior design of the store, to their elegant design of their to go boxes. Employees are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend you give this place a try. 10/10 read more

Delicious food. Corn dogs, fries, tator tots, and lemonades are all great. Kimchi powder on the fries is a must if you like a little spice. Employees are all very helpful and friendly. The space is a little small, but they make the most of it with a spot to play video games while waiting and a good photo op spot. read more

Service was excellent, super helpful, answered all my questions offered a carrier and a bag when she saw my arms loaded with a squirming toddler Ambiance: seemed like a fun spot definitely going for a mix or retro and futuristic. Food: meh. Moontots and moon sauce were really good, nice and crispy and tasty sauce but the corndogs not so much. The batter does NOT have much flavor and you can see is white so very little corn flavor and texture. Also the actual beef frank did not taste great. We got a 3 back: Korean, potato and umami. The potato was tasty but too much with the moontots which is on me. Korean not much to talk about not covered above. Umami was fine, I think I was expecting a different flavor profile to the sauce, but yeah not great. All that being said if you aren't expecting or craving a fair corndog, aka the ultimate corndog, and you want MASSIVE portions you might be okay with it. read more

Absolutely delicious we have now been twice and we were not disappointed. Staff were kind and quick with taking and preparing our food. Both times I have been there has been a lot of people but both times we got our food in a timely manner. Today I took my son as our first time my son was at school and he really loves trying different foods from different places & he loved it! The owners came out and greeted my son today and offered him a hat. It was really unexpected and such a sweet gesture. I love the theme they have going on in there and the idea of their video game that they have off to the side while you are waiting. 10/10 recommend as we have eaten korean corn dogs from LA and they were no where near as good as these. Love that this is available in our hometown! read more

Not only is the food good, but the service is amazing. The people taking my orders are always very attentive and patient. They know their menu well and make great suggestions every time. As far as Korean corndogs go, these are pretty great flavors and combinations. Definitely perfect if you're looking for something different, but it's not for everyone. Absolutely worth a try if you aren't looking for just a regular corndog! Prices are pretty reasonable for what you get, it's not just a "corndog" but the chance to experience something different from the food around here. They have a very cute outdoor seating option thats perfect for summer nights! Can't wait to go back! read more

Okay... we waited for so long for this place to open and I really had high hopes. When I say I was so excited to taste the potato dog I was freaking excited. The atmosphere was amazing, sweet customer service BUT when I am eating my corn dog and it's not Hot it's warm... and then I get to the middle and I taste raw dough I'm extremely dissatisfied. I didn't eat it all we threw both our corn dogs out. The line was long and didn't want to wait again. It's a two star because of the customer service and the drink Cyber Punk. Will I go back? We finally tried the Korean corn dog place in Turlock. Dad liked them. Mom likes Main Street Footers more, not fried. Plus the fried classic Korean was NOT KOREAN! I asked the girl for Kim chee, "What's Kim chee?" And the corn dog gave me a bad acid indigestion stomach & gas. Not worth it for my money, expensive for 2 corn dogs. The BEST corn dog of my life, hot, fresh, crunchy, & filling. Lot's of interesting toppings and Plant based dog options also. We tried 3 - the Retro, Umami, Garlic Sweet Chili, and Moon (tater) Tots - they were all as great as the other. Corn'd is spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Is it 100% beef? I don't think so. Keep it simple. To much gross sauces on the. The breading gets soggy. Unfortunately we won't be back.

I'm so glad they opened this in Turlock. Not only do they have a great variety of corn dogs to choose from, their customer service is also amazing!!! I ordered the RETRO AMERICAN with 100% beef and it was amazing!!! I also ordered the RETRO AMERICAN with mozzarella and OMG, so good!!! My daughter loves the decor and retro video game. The place is very modern and is pretty cool with a small game system and neon lights. The staff is friendly and attentive. They give recommendations and talk about popular flavors among other customers. We ordered 6 corndogs, 2 sides, and 2 drinks. Total was around $66 in total, which is not bad for the portions that are served. We ordered one potato, 2 cheetos, 2 american, and one Raman. The potato corndog was bland and hard to bite. It had a stale like texture and had a thick mayo sauce that was passable. The two cheeto corndogs also had this mayo sauce and were also bland. They had little dimension and were lackluster. It tasted exactly like the potato corndog, even looked the same. The American corndog was fine, but I think you could find better corndogs. It was bland with a heavy batter, which made it somewhat chewy. The raman was the worst, and i would just pass on it.The moon tots have a good crisp, but they also have a thick sauce that is passable. I got the fries with the garlic aioli, but the aioli was very thick and didn't really taste all that great as they really sauced the fries. The cyberpunk drink is good, but the moonade is forgettable. I don't think I'll be coming back, but if you do give this place a try, I recommend asking for the sauce on the side. read more

I'd been waiting for month's to try a Korean corn dog ever since I learned that Corn'd will be opening soon. The waiting finally came to an end today when I was able to pick up a 3 item combo box. I tried the umami, potato, and classic Korean. Each was a unique flavor and welcomed interesting twist on a county fair favorite. There's an open kitchen concept so it's easy to see that, despite being a business that has only been open for four days, the team at Corn'd have their operations perfected and are passionate about delivering both on the quality of their unique food but also the overall experience once you enter their doors. With over 40 permutations of corn dog and filling, I'm definitely going to have to come back and try their other culinary creations. Awesome to see yet another unique restaurant pop up in Turlock! read more

This place is poppin! The decor inside is super creative. The service was pretty quick considering how many people were there. The corn dogs are good. I personally felt that the mozzarella cheese was a bit bland, but I enjoyed the frank. The fries were super good but I probably wouldn't buy them again. The container is quite tiny for the price. This was my first time trying Korean corn dogs and wow... they were delish. I really want to try every flavor because, so far, the ones that I tried were great (hot Cheetos, classic, jalapeño, and potato). The dogs are nice and crispy on the outside and the perfect soft texture on the inside. I tried both the half dog half cheese style and the all dog style and you can't go wrong with either. The ambience of the place is awesome. There was so much thought put into the design of the whole place .. it really is just beautiful and fun! Lastly, the crew is awesome. Opening week was so busy and hectic but all the staff was hard at work and still super friendly! This is an awesome addition to Turlock. I 100% recommend checking it out! read more

The staff here are amazing! Romeo was very kind in explaining our order was waiting for fresh moon Tots which are delish! I love the Hot Cheeto one with Mozarella. A good sign that a korean corndog place is not going to be good is if its this corporate looking. they have no basic flavors-- everything comes with WAY TOO MUCH sauce, mostly to disguise the fact that the corndogs themselves are just average. i love korean corndogs and could barely finish mine because it was swimming in sauce. The moon sauce, by the way, tastes like barbecue and ranch mixed together, which i did not know. would not recommend one bit. it would be better if they offered more basic flavors like potato, sweet potato, cheeto, ramen, without all the sauces piled on top and gave the customer the option to add all their sauces for free. then again, the corndogs themselves are not that good, so im sure thats why they dont give that option read more

My boyfriend and I have been to Standard Pub several times during the day, and every visit has been fantastic. We've enjoyed the food, drinks, and even had the pleasure of speaking with the owner on multiple occasions. The service was always welcoming, and the food was consistently phenomenal. Because of those great experiences, we decided to bring some friends on a Saturday night. We arrived around 7:30 PM, and the atmosphere looked promising. There appeared to be a DJ setting up, and the crowd seemed excited for a night of music, food, and drinks. Unfortunately, our experience that evening was completely different from what we had come to expect. We ordered food and drinks, and while our server wasn't outright rude, he seemed uninterested in providing the level of service we had previously received. As the night went on, things became increasingly odd. Shortly after ordering another round of drinks, while our drinks were still full and we had just received them, the server approached our table and asked if we were finished. My boyfriend jokingly responded, "No, let me talk to your manager," and laughed, assuming the server was joking as well. The server responded, "Yeah, it's my brother," but with an attitude that left everyone at our table looking at each other wondering what had just happened. He then informed us that we needed to put a credit card on file. At that point, we had already been there for over an hour, and it seemed strange that this requirement was only being brought up then. We also noticed that no other tables around us were being asked for a card. The most disappointing part came when we received the bill. There was an additional $60 service charge added--$35 on my friends' bill and $25 on ours. Confused, we asked for an explanation. The explanations we received kept changing. First, we were told it was because my boyfriend was sitting with another group, which was completely false. Then we were told it was because the bill exceeded $100. After that, we were told it was because there were more than six people in our party, despite there only being four of us. The inconsistent explanations were frustrating and made it feel as though the staff were simply making up reasons to justify the charge. Our issue wasn't necessarily with a service fee itself--it was the lack of disclosure and the conflicting stories we were given when we asked about it. To make matters worse, the receipt also included a separate line for an additional tip. After discussing it with them and explaining that additional charges should be clearly communicated to customers, the service charge was ultimately removed. This review is not a reflection of the food, which remains excellent, nor of our previous experiences at Standard Pub. It is solely based on the service and handling of the situation during our Saturday night visit. We left feeling disappointed and confused, especially because this establishment had earned our trust through many positive visits in the past. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and that management addresses these issues so other customers don't have a similar experience

I clarified that the person wouldn't accept call in orders and they told me they don't have the ability to do that(despite it saying on yelp that you can call to order). I'm not sure if the phone lines have been outsourced or something else, but any place that makes it this hard for me to be a customer has lost me as one. It's unfortunate as this used to be one of Turlock's gems for both food and service.

You couldn't eat the sugar because it was HARD. Disappointed in the dessert. I would go back there for the same burger. However, I don't think I would ever order anything else from this place. If I had to rate this restaurant, I would have given it a 4 on my first visit but a 1 on my second visit.

First visit to Corn'd. I looked at the menu beforehand, and it was the Classic Korean dog that caught my eye. I ordered the single combo meal with a beef frank and moon tots. The food came pretty quickly, because were about 5th in line. There was always a line from when the place opened at 11, until things calmed down at about 12:30. The corn dog was tasty, but I wish the coating were crispier. The moon tots were outstanding, but with that sauce, I'm sure they were unhealthy! There are only two seats inside, but you can sit around their truck outside to eat as well. Next door is unoccupied, and they should rent that space, knock down the adjoining wall, and expand to get more seating. I would not want to eat outside in the summer. read more
