I had tried to visit a few times before but either they were closed or the wait was too long, so the timing never worked out. On a cold afternoon, I finally decided to give it a shot, and I'm glad I did. I ordered the 50/50 burger and a Caesar salad. The burger is essentially a smash-style setup with onions, bacon, two patties, and cheese. I was genuinely impressed. I didn't put it down once I started. After that, we shared an 8-inch Margherita pizza, which was the perfect size to split without feeling overstuffed. I washed it all down with their house-made lemonade, which was so good a refill felt mandatory. The service was friendly and quick. The dimly lit dining room sets a cozy tone, yet you can still catch the game on one of the many TVs. Everything felt organized and well run. I'll definitely be back. .
I genuinely enjoyed seven lamps in this space, and upon learning this new pizza joint was related, I drove down to give it a try. I have to unfortunately report that this was the worst pizza experience I have had in a long, long time. I should have been more skeptical going in based on the electric pizza oven, but I just can't find any redeeming parts of the experience. Shared a chicken fettuccine to start, featuring the allegedly hand-made pasta, but the dish was congealed into one mass of noodles when it made it to the table, so I can't really judge whether it was or was not fresh. The pizzas, as you can see from the photos, are simply uninspiring. They werent good. I'm not sure what they are going for here, but it reminds me of what I would see kids eat in school as opposed to quality pies. The crust was not flavorsome with no rise. The sauce was generic. The basil cooked underneath the toppings. Seemingly undercooked.... Etc. you get it. There are quality pizza joints in Atlanta (varuni napoli, nearby mister 01) and I fear a place like this isn't long for survival unless they master the crust. Too bad. Seven lamps was such a great place.
This spot is located right by Lenox Mall, so it is perfect after shopping. I had a last minute meal here on a Saturday night, and I was surprised at how easily I could get a reservation. The food was good, I loved the Tuna Crispy Rice specifically!! I tried the Lobster pasta as my main. It was pretty good, but I bet there are better things on the menu. I loved the cocktail I tried. It was the Tequila Hibiscus one. The service was pretty good! They were super accommodating and explained the menu for us!
Corbu's Pizza is such a fun addition to Buckhead! The atmosphere is stylish and energetic, but still feels welcoming and relaxed. The pizza is definitely the star flavorful, fresh, and perfectly crispy and the menu has a great mix of options whether you're stopping in for a casual dinner or making a night out of it. The cocktails are also a standout, and the whole space has such a cool, elevated vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. It's the kind of place that works for date night, dinner with friends, or grabbing drinks and enjoying the patio. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're in Buckhead!
Cute place adjacent to Lenox mall. I went on a Monday night just for a quick bite. I requested the Korean short rib, but it was sold out Instead I got the lobster pasta. Not my first choice but it was flavorful. I do wish there were more lobster chunks. Service was friendly and attentive As far as the ambiance the restaurant is cute with outdoor patio and indoor seating. Inside is warmly lit and inviting. The restaurant is in a shopping plaza and we found parking easily. Overall it was a decent restaurant.
What an adorable little hidden gem. That being said the Mussels could've had a little more broth. The Caesar salad was wonderful, and the chicken was well prepared. But for the price they could've been a little more generous with the salad. Nice ambience service was nice, but can be a bit slow.
Came here for a dinner after a day of shopping at Lenox Mall. We were able to get sat right away, the table was awkward because we were right by a post but we made it work. Overall, the food left me wanting more--for the sauteed shrimp, more shrimp. For the chickpea curry, more sauce and another texture. For the carbonara, more spice. For the mussels, more bread that isn't already soggy. Our server was also the bartender so didn't get checked on as frequently as we would've liked. It was later in the day and also felt like it was too dark inside but I know that's the vibe some go for.
Came for dinner with colleagues. The place was almost empty at 5:30 pm on Sunday evening, surprisingly. There is nice patio seating but we were indoors between the open kitchen and the bar. The menu has a library theme and seems to change monthly. I wanted to eat almost every item, they all sounded delicious. I decided on the fettuccine carbonara, and our table shared an order of Brussels sprouts. My pasta was terrific. The tomato cream sauce was unusual and there was savory bacon and egg in there. I thought the sprouts were great, the sauce was sweet. For dessert I had the brownie. It was topped with a dab of peanut butter mousse and had a couple of whole peanuts scattered around. The brownie was rich and chocolatey with a crisp top crust and gooey interior. I would have liked more of the peanut butter mousse though. I also tried my colleague's bread pudding, very good also. The back of the menu had lots of drink choices but we were "working" so I didn't try any on this visit. A non-alcoholic cocktail or two would be appreciated. Service was attentive and accurate. Our server was on top of bringing drink refills and checking that we were content. There is a big free parking area which can be a problem for other businesses in this area, and I was grateful but also the Lenox MARTA station is not far away. I would certainly return to this restaurant with family or friends.
Went on a team dinner with Work folks, sat outside in the beautiful weather. Our service was lovely. We are attended to well I had a cucumber martini that was very delicious. My server also recommended the Bronzino piccata, which was absolutely delicious. It came with a fingerling potatoes and broccolini. Everything was perfectly cooked and I ate every bite. My coworkers also enjoyed their meals. For appetizer we got hush puppies some delicious saucy shrimp and the tuna with crispy rice. We devoured that as well for dessert we got the chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter frosting. Those are very decadent, although the chocolate cake was a little bit dry. I would definitely recommend this place for ambience, delicious food, and the service
Great food and service. Nice setting. Food came fast and was fresh. I will be back the next time I'm in Atlanta!
We visited Seven Lamps while in Atlanta, and wow -- it did not disappoint! Our waiter, Kurts, was absolutely amazing. He was super responsive, kind, and really knew the menu inside and out. Everything he recommended was spot-on delicious! The service was quick, the wait wasn't long at all, and the drinks were strong and perfectly mixed -- exactly what you want on a night out. We're visiting from LA, and honestly, this place met (and even exceeded) our high LA restaurant expectations. If you're in Atlanta looking for great food, great vibes, and outstanding service -- definitely ask for Kurts and enjoy a night at Seven Lamps. We'll be back next time we're in town!
A nice interior design that gives a feeling of solidity. The finish in the floors and tables are rubbing off, but it's not a con, because it does give one the feeling that the tables are cleaned often. Server was very pleasant and attentive. Greeted with a smile from all the passing employees except the manager who seemed very intense. Not a problem, just an observation. The greens were quite fresh and the dressing in the side salad was just right - not too heavy, but enough to make one feel they are eating a salad and not a garden. The list of ingredients in the sandwich would lead one to believe that it's overcomplicated and therefore would ruin the flavor. But the truth is the fried cod fish sandwich was very well balanced and flavorful. The only con is that the fish was cooked a little too much making it a little hard and a little dry on the edges. But the overall combination was still good enough to overcome this to give 3-4 stars. The French fries were seasoned with some cheese and seasonings. It wasn't overly salty, but unfortunately it also wasn't super flavorful. One could pass on the fries and not be sad but are good enough to order and not be disappointed. If it weren't for the freshness and crispness of the vegetables this would've probably been a three star review, but since many of the ingredients were fresh and tasty (including the sandwich) it gets a four star. Definitely ok to tryout, just don't have expectations set too high and you won't be disappointed.
Peeps! I really like this spot. It was a beautiful evening so I sat outside. But the vibe inside and out was dope. The food was tasty and the drinks were strong. I wish I remembered the servers name. Pretty lady from Cali who lived in Crown Heights and Harlem. Tell her she made an excellent Old Fashion. Definitely go check them out! #DrKindness

As a lover of Seven Lamps. Visually it didnt change at all. I think this cute little pizza restaurant is going to be something great when they figure out their identity. My girlfriend came for pizza. I believe she had a Margarita pizza maybe "beam me up Scotty" I'm not sure. I came for what I remembered to be seven lamps's old burger. Or at least something similar. My burger came with a Caesar salad which I love. I also enjoyed an old-fashioned. Our server was lovely and informative. However, my old-fashioned was yummy, but on the sweeter side. Next time, and I think there will be a next time, I will ask if they can make it less sweet. Also, the cherry was completely wrong. At least it wasn't good. I take my cherries very seriously in my old-fashioned. My burger was good and the Caesar salad was delicious. However, it just didn't hit the way that I had hoped. The restaurant was also out of Tabasco. They gave me a buffalo sauce which in my opinion was gross. I hope this restaurant finds its bold audacious way of telling the neighborhood who they are and what they offer. I feel like they're trying to figure out what the neighborhood wants. I'll give it a few months and come back. I work in the area. I was Just disappointed by the lack of WOW. read more

Years ago I had dined at Seven Lamps so I was anxious to see how it was today. I like the "lamp" decor, but the restaurant is relatively dark. Service was friendly and relatively quick. I ordered the lamb shank which came with mashed potatoes. It was a hearty meal. The server suggested a red wine which was ok although it probably needed to breathe and was served a room temperature. My Old Fashion cocktail tasted like an Old Fashion should. The meal was not cheap running close to $100 with a tip for one. It probably better for those who have an expense account or money to burn. read more

The food was about a seven out of 10, I think the oysters were the best part. The service was really good in the beginning, but our server was really busy, and I noticed that there are a couple of other servers that kind of hanging around not offering help. I know that might not matter, but it slowed down the service a lot, and it was really noticeable. That's why I took off the star. Otherwise it's a really cute restaurant with good vibes. read more

Had a business dinner here and pictures of the food all looked fresh and fun. I ordered the salmon at the bar which was an easy walk from the hotel I was at. Service was good the bartender was very helpful and nice. I ordered the Salmon. This dish could use an arugula base or even some kind of potato cake under the salmon, especially for the price of it. Salmon was crispy and perfectly cooked but I def left feeling hungry. read more

Stopped by for lunch. My waitress was nice but she was new so she couldn't provide many recommendations. I opted for the grilled shrimp which came with a sweet potato biscuit. The biscuit was almost inedible. It was very dense and couldn't even be cut with a knife. The shrimp gad a bit of a burnt taste ( not to be confused with blackened). If I did go back then I might try dinner instead since they have a nice patio. read more
I've always wanted to visit and dine at Seven Lamps, and I was excited to finally stop by for a quick dinner today. The restaurant is located in a beautiful and bustling shopping center in Buckhead. When I arrived, there was only one table occupied, but shortly after I sat down, the place started to fill up. I had the oysters and grilled shrimp -- both were absolutely delicious. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back for their Thursday oyster and wine happy hour! read more
I was in Atlanta for work and I had the chance to dine in at Seven Lamps. The space itself is warm and inviting. I came here for an early dinner and so there was plenty of seating but I can see this restaurant filling up, it's more on the smaller end. I did find that the menu is smaller, not a lot of veggies but I did see a couple of vegan options which is nice. Looks like this restaurant has southern flare and that they often switch up their menu. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered their mussels. I enjoyed them, I wasn't a big fan of the smoked sausage but everything else was great. read more

Great service! I went here for a business dinner and I got the salmon which was cooked perfectly and atop of a bunch of flavorful veggies. We also got the cheese board which had a best pimento cheese I've ever had with a bacon and onion jam on top of it which you spread on warm bread. I hope I have time to go back during my stay! This is nearby the mall as well as many hotels. I also got the guava margarita which was light and refreshing. The ambiance was relaxing and the lighting was soft and calming. read more

The energetic receptionist was the fist indication that the staff here are working hard to make you visit enjoyable. We were seated inside quickly. The waitress came by almost immediately and brought menus and water for the table. While this may sound simple, so many establishments miss the mark here. The menu is simple and easy to read with a broad variation of offerings. (Both food and drink) We enjoyed all of the tastings we had, especially the hush puppies appetizers- give these a try. The environment is a little loud and may not be the place for an intimate dinner or business discussion. This is a great spot for small groups to meet and have a reasonably affordable meal. read more
Me and my beautiful sister just stopped by to grab drinks before our meeting. We were definitely surprised to see that the restaurant was quite smaller than expected, but giving it a chance we came in with the open mind and we ended up grabbing a little snack as well. The drinks were nicely made. Something unique is that the bar was not somewhere you could sit but had a long table right in front of it for you to still get the feel. On a business trip in ATL and this restaurant was within walking distance to my hotel. I was skeptical at first, being that it was next to a mall, but everything changed when we were seated. Great music, dimly lit, tasty menu. Started with an old fashioned paired with some hush puppies and octopus appetizer. Then moved onto a bottle of red wine paired with a steak which was incredible. Our server, Jenna, knocked it out of the park. Fantastic recommendations, great conversation, & provided us with perfect service. Would come back again. read more
