I'm an extremely busy girl. Planning Yelp parties, raising two kids, baking a baby in the oven (month 7!), playing music gigs around town, trying to remember to breathe so that I can stay alive long enough to make dinner and still somehow manage to look reasonably cute. My life is packed to the rim with goodness but sometimes it can become overwhelming. Fellas: I dare you to live my life for one week and I'd be amazed if you were still standing after day three. Yeah, I'm calling you out! So I was planning my very first Yelp open party for 500 guests and in the midst of things realized that I hadn't yet printed my fliers. Oh crap. I needed to find a printer who could turn around everything really quickly and at dirt cheap prices. So I did what any multi-tasking career gal would do...I yelped it! (Yes I know this is a shameless plug.) Up popped Copy Hut and that was where I ended up doing my flyer and poster printing. What I liked about Copy Hut was the quick turnaround time and really great pricing. The posters and fliers turned out wonderful! If you do event promotion be sure to ask the owner Dave if he'll be a print sponsor. I had him as an event sponsor and he printed the posters for free. I saved $89 and It really helped to preserve my very tight budget so that I could spend the money on other fun things for the party. Woot! I'll definitely be getting my printing done at the Copy Hut in the future. Forget FedEx Kinko's! Spend your money with a locally owned business! FYI they don't take American Express but accept Visa or Master Card. read more

Alright Yelpers! You guys recommended Copy Hut so I'm doing a print job with them--don't let me down! :) Gotta say--it's all been waaay super easy: 1. They've got a 10% off offer for first time customers--yay! 2. All I had to do was call to talk about details and get a quick & easy cost estimate. Nice, friendly person on the phone (Tiarra) and efficient. Loved that! 3. Provided credit card info and emailed the file; didn't even have to change my pajamas. 4. Now I just wait a few business days. Okay, I'll admit: I'm a little nervous. What if it looks yucky? Icky? Like crap? I will feel so stupid... But, nah--it'll be awesome. Right? :) I'll be back to add #5 to the list and let y'all know how the final product turns out. Whoohoo! 5. Only took a couple days for the flyers to be ready for pick up, and it was super easy to get there--on Beretania right after University Ave; easy parking! The flyers came out great! Thanks, Yelpers! read more

David helped me print a poster for a conference when I was coming from out of state. He was extremely responsive via email and the quality of the poster was top notch. Amazing color and well-packaged! read more

Blown away by their service. After receiving no answer from their competitor and the deadline looming I contact the team that I should have in the first place: Copy Hut. It was a small job, just a poster with an easel-back, but I'm not in Honolulu and can't be there to handle it. They went above and beyond in terms of speed, quality, and even arranged hand delivery for me for a reasonable fee. Quick response, quality work, friendly people, reasonable prices. Don't bother looking anywhere else. Call the folks at Copy Hut. As I should have done the first time. read more

I love coming to Copy Hut to get copies for reasonable prices! I can send an email to the documents I need and they get the job done as quickly as possible. They call me when my order is ready for pick up! They are very helpful when I come in person & they are very accommodating. I've had a few encounters with David & he's very nice. He will always answer my questions! I couldn't be happier to get my copies here! read more

David and the team at Copy Hut are A M A Z I N G!! I had ordered 150 Save the Dates through Costco, and 3 WEEKS LATER, I still had not received them. After calling Costco and UPS, apparently, they were lost somewhere between Baltimore, MD and San Pablo, California... whomp. So much for planning ahead. We needed to get these out NOW! David took the time to reformat my pdf, edit my jpg to to a 4x6 size, had them printed on cardstock, cut and ready to go in less than 24 hours!!! And they cost me less than 1/2 of what Costco charged. I did eventually receive the Costco order and they were TERRIBLE. The photo was pixilated and blurry, and the wording was cut off. So garbage. Obviously, no personal service there, they just ran it though a machine and sent it out. Thank you so much for all your help David! We love what you did and can't wait for our friends and family to get them in the mail. We'll definitely be back! read more

We looked for several estimates before we chose a company to print personalized thank you cards for my grandfather's funeral. Copy Hut was our hands-down winner for multiple reasons. First, of course, was the price. After explaining exactly what we wanted--our own personalized cards with a picture that my grandfather had drawn--nobody beat them for cost. Period. That alone would have won us over, but Copy Hut didn't stop there. Their service was also exceptional. We got quick and accurate replies to every question. Follow up was also quick. There was a moment when my daughter sent the electronic file of the card and I worried that something would get messed up in the translation to the actual card, but my fears were happily unfounded. The final cards, which included envelopes and some extras, came out better than expected. Wholly professional. Last but not least, staff was very pleasant. Certain other big-name places had us dismayed by displaying a lack of knowledge and an apparent lack of concern when we approached them. Copy Hut delivered exactly what they said they would and treated our order as though it mattered to them, too. Copy Hut absolutely deserves all of its five-star reviews. read more

Tiny shop (must be why their price was 1/3 the price of the big name printer across the street!) but big Aloha! Got our job done same day with NO RUSH FEE! Worth driving down from the North Shore for the price, the courtesy and the turnaround time! MAHALO COPY HUT! read more

I'm now a regular Copy Hut customer and I have to say that I really appreciate their honesty when you ask for a quote. Because my job requires me to price out numerous print shops for our projects, I called Copy Hut at random one day and talked to Dave about the signs I wanted to print at such short notice. He told me he was willing to help me even if I didn't select Copy Hut to do the job. After making a few more calls elsewhere, Copy Hut gave me the best deal and customer service at the end of the day. Their shop is a little hard to find on Beretania St. It's right after the road splits into King and Beretania after University Ave. I must admit that I was skeptical about the quality of their products (based on the appearance on the outside), but I was blown away by how professional the signs came out. Dave gave me so many options to produce beautiful signs within my budget and I'm so glad I spent a few more dollars to get the signs laminated. I have to say that I saved a lot of money and time with Copy Hut. They're now my go-to print shop for all my marketing needs. read more

Social justice dream come true......... We all know artists and activists use the s*** out of copy places it's a fact!!! So this place is LOCALLY OWNED, by super conscious talented individuals they totally have the BAB seal of approval. What can I say all the reviews are right, this place is awesome. Had a job that needed to be rushed, copy hut helped me with my own design and had the order done faster than they estimated. Dave the owner, seems to really care that his customers are happy regardless of the order size. Not really sure if they're the absolute cheapest, as I didn't bother calling every single print business on the island, but they were cheaper than most, and their customer service is worth the extra few bucks if you do find cheaper. Thanks copy hut! read more

I have been printing all my event flyers and posters at Copy Hut for the last 3 years. The quality is superior and the staff is always very helpful and kind. This is also definitely the place to go to for fast turn around - they have accommodated many of my needs to print flyers on the same day. Most recently I went to Copy Hut to print a 8-page program for National Dance Week Hawaii. After the programs were printed, we noticed we submitted wrong information and thought we'd need to spend a few hundred dollars re-printing everything, while needing the programs to be available the same day. David called within an hour and offered a customer-oriented and money-saving solution. And the job was done before the day ended. I'm truly impressed with how much everyone at Copy Hut understands and accommodated our needs. Instead of just re-printing everything and making more $, David was on his customer's side. And thank you so much for the malasada!! Exactly what a stressed out event coordinator needs! read more

Copy Hut is truly a hidden find and one that I am extremely grateful to Yelp to find. Their quality is good, the prices fantastic, and service is great. Those three together make it a place that I definitely would frequent often! I've taken color and black/white projects to them, some were big and some were small. In all those cases the service was quick and met the deadlines that I needed by (usually last minute btw). Their prices are incredibly low and I think you would be hard pressed to find another shop that could print for lower than them! The quality of their printing is very good, however that being said if I needed something really high quality I would probably consider another printer. They do a very good job, however if I needed something a little more higher end done, I would probably consider spending the extra moolah (probably a lot more than just "extra") and hit up Professional Image or FedEx. The location is convenient with lots of parking in front. It is quick to miss off Beretainia so just look for University Square at the corner of University/Beretania-King and then it is the next building on the mauka ide! It is small and they don't offer self-service if that's what you need. The service is good and the staff there certainly know what they are doing. They offer some very good suggestions when it is warranted and have an eye for the small details that can make or break the quality of your print job. All in all, I am definitely a fan and will be there more often! Be sure to give them a ring the next time you need to get a job done! read more

Very fast and friendly! I use this place all the time for my business! They are very affordable. Copy hut saves me a lot of time, considering I usually print out about 500 double sided copies for each order. I just email my order in and pick it up the next day. Guys....just.....just go here. The price is right, The service is great and efficient. And you should support small businesses. read more

Professional, punctual, and priced right for my perfect prints!!! Now say that ten times fast... If you can't, get your printing done here! If you can, still go here. :) Support local businesses! I definitely recommend this place. read more

Every time I come here I usually don't do the ordering. I just pick up the finished flyers or posters that was ordered through the phone by my boss. This place is definitely a hidden place... never heard of this place until I was sent to pick up. Our order is already ready and I am so grateful for the guys that always help me carry those heavy boxes in my car. I would never have the strength to carry them especially 10,000 flyers. At other places I would just get a stare and thats it but here I get great customer service. The only negative about this place is that the parking. There aren't that many stalls to park in probably less than 10 parking stalls and there are other businesses in there as well. But other than the parking everything about this place is awesome! I would go here for my personal stuff too... they do a great job! #Yelp 365 Challenge: 036/365 read more

Dave and melody were really helpful for creating some flyers I needed. They also do posters and banners

This place is the best copy service in Hawaii! I use copy hut all the time for my professional needs. Often I have them print 1,000 of booklets at a time. I'm in Massachusetts but needed a large order of manuals printed for a training in Honolulu. I found Copy Hut using a google search. Dave was terrific! I can't speak highly enough about the level of customer service provided to us. Uploading our documents was easy, and Dave went out of his way to make sure our order was perfect -- even sending me a video of the completed manual! Prices were lower than 2 other shops I contacted. The work was completed within the short time frame I had given him, and he delivered it for free! Thank you so much for your help in making our training a success! read more

I needed to copy a DVD on the fly for a reasonable price...Copy Hut to the rescue! I"m not very familiar with the various video transfer businesses on the island, so I turned to my fellow Yelpers for help. They convinced me to try Copy Hut. From the moment I set foot inside their front door, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. They completed my order quickly and let me know when it was finished. There were a couple of small problems with my order, first because they failed to notify me that on the day it would be ready they would be closing early. They called me about 30 minutes before their early closing to inform me, but at least they left my order with a neighboring business so I could still pick it up that afternoon. Second, they forgot to include the DVD sleeves that I ordered and paid for, which meant that I had to go back again to pick them up. They did apologize several times for their mistake, however. I would definitely return to Copy Hut for any future needs and would certainly recommend them. In addition to video transfers, Copy Hut is a full service printer and also provides bulk mailing services. You can view a menu of their services at http://copyhut.biz/page/149lq/Our_Services.html. They are located on South Beretania Street, one block 'ewa of University, across from the left turn lane from South King Street (by Long's Drugs). They are open 9:00-5:00 Monday to Friday, closed weekends and state holidays. Emergency/rush services available. Yelp 365 Challenge #122/365 read more

Breaking my no-Yelp position to point out an amazing place: Copy Hut. They were absolutely on top of printing my academic poster (A0 size, full color PDF) and delivering it to my hotel. And it cost less than any place I've ever used on the mainland. No hassles at all, and excellent quality and service. Definitely easier than flying with a poster. They even called when delivering to check if they should drop it at the front desk or hand it to me. I was at the Hālona blowhole, so I didn't have the chance to thank them in person. read more

I found this place through Yelp and they turned out to be very good! I needed a poster and some flyers printed from my file. I was lucky that I went on a Monday, so they were not too busy and were able to get my job done that day! The poster looked amazing! It was 24 x 36 and mounted on Quarter inch foamcore. Friendly service and I'm sure I will use them again if I need another poster done. read more

I have used Copy Hut for close to 15 years, and they've always delivered above and beyond my expectations. David is a great communicator, and get's the job done. They've always had the best prices on Oahu, so no need to look any further! Mahalo for your great service! read more

Super satisfied! I had to have my document customized into a non-US standard paper size. Copy Hut did it and did it well and fast! Half the price of their competitor (across the street from them). Definitely recommend to anyone who needs fast, reasonably priced and fast service! Note: they are closed on weekends. read more

I had designed a magazine for my company and needed to get 200 magazines printed, with 12 pages front and back, in full-color, matte paper folded, staples center binding, then trimmed edges for full-bled pages. In the end it was about $3.08 per magazine compared to another place we estimated which was $3.77 per magazine. So the price wasn't too bad. PROs Most likely they were printed on laser printers so the finish product had a nice gloss to the pages even though we didn't not choose glossy paper but matte paper. The pictures were clear and the colors were vibrant. The customer service was pleasent. Sent them the files on a thrusday and got the job done by the following tuesday. CONs When I started checking each and every magazine I got a few that had a small rip on the top of the front page. And there were some that still had the trimmed edges stuck to the pages. They weren't big problems but we did pay about $600 for all of them and we're a small company so we're nitpicky about stuff like this. With all that said we might use them again for our next magazine. read more

Woohoo! As good as it gets! Yup . . . that Copy Hut!!! Outstanding customer service. I had called on Thursday at 4:45 pm and request their help in printing our programs for the Hawaii Symphonic Band Fall Concert and needed it by Friday since they closed on Saturdays. After speaking to David on the phone, we went over their a little after 5:00 pm (David waited for us because Copy Hut closes at FIVE!!!) and he review what we had to do and gave the OK that he can complete the job for us!!! Awesome!!! On Friday morning at 9:00 am, he called and said it was ready. We knew that he had a lot of other orders to do but because we needed it - David gave the EXTRA TOUCH in helping us. I couldn't have been more pleased. Highly Recommended and . . . lastly, the cost for copying was really really GOOD!!! read more

BUY LOCAL! Great service, options galore, AWESOME PRICES! I have worked with Matt, David and Tasha...all very knowledgeable. Service is FAST! often in a day or two for most jobs. Shop is deceptively small for the output that is produced...I won't say if they have menehune's working in the back..nor am I telling. If they can produce what they produce in the speed and times that they do....I cannot see why menehune's should not be working for them! read more

This place is the bestest. Good value and make sure you ask for Dave. He'll take care of you.

Usually, there is a sacrifice to be made in a copy shop --fast, professional, low-cost pick one, two if you're lucky... but Copy Hut has fast, professional, low-cost, quality service. If you're looking for quality printing and quality prices give them a call, or better yet --email them! We were looking to revamp our business cards and mocked up a few designs on Photoshop. I saved them as PDF files and emailed Copy Hut the different styles. They in turn sent us a proof (sample) so we could visually and physically see which one looked the best. Gary was extremely patient and helpful. We will definitely use them when we need to order more. read more

If ever there is a problem, they will let you know quickly too. Ordering is also always a breeze and the staff always very helpful and friendly.
