Thank you Natasha for your patient, attentive, kind and efficient help on explaining options, finding the best options for my budget. And Thank you for your patience when I was not fully prepared and came in with an email full of downloads of prints. You were quick and kind to make sense of it all. It was my first time visiting Copy Hut and will come here from now on. Mahalo Nui Loa! read more

I never heard of Copy Hut until my employer sent me here one day, even though I've been to the building a few times before to visit the best snow ice place, Frostcity!! Anyway, I have been back more than a few times since then and am always pleased with the work. Quality is always really good and they get the job done fast. If ever there is a problem, they will let you know quickly too. Ordering is also always a breeze and the staff always very helpful and friendly. In fact, my last order for work was pretty complicated, but the great people at Copy Hut worked with me to ensure everything went well and even made recommendations to ensure we'd get the best quality product. read more

I had to give the guys at Copy Hut - 5 STARS!!!! I called on Monday to see if they could do a business card for me on 'glossy card stock' if I provided them with the art work. I was told to come on in and was I impressed! I had already saved my artwork from ILLUSTRATOR as 2 .PDF files (for front and back of the business card). The gentleman immediately copied my files onto their computer and told me that it was just what they needed. I went in yesterday around the same time to proof my business cards. The same time today, I went in to pick up my finished cards. These guys are GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO! The best part - THERE WAS NO HASSLE! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!! read more

Copy Hut always provides fantastic quality printing with a short turnaround time. They were very courteous as to my needs and were very helpful when I needed changes made. The prices here are competitive and beats most on island and even some mainland printing prices (save money with no expensive shipping costs)! read more

Truly a hidden gem--don't even bother getting quotes from other places, because copy hut's prices are the best! David is also exceptionally helpful over the phone and will answer all your questions--even all my persnickety ones! He's put up with a lot a lot a lot of questions from me for quotes and is my only local Hawaii resource for printing things. I spent probably a whole day getting quotes for carbon-copy "The Key Guy" invoices to be printed and Copy Hut was the XTREME winner. Glossy brochures, too. Believe me when I say you should definitely come to Copy Hut. read more

David is awesome. He always gives us a great deal on our print orders. He has the lowest price in town. The location is convenient and the service was fast. read more

Fantastic service! I called to print programs for an event all the way from California. I emailed my document to them and within a couple of hours, I received a call back with a quote. My order was fulfilled and completed within 2 days. If you're looking to print documents, I recommend this place: Super affordable and quick and efficient. read more

Went to get flyers done for a promotional event. Service was friendly, very professional when it comes to fine details. Dave was able to point out the minor format and spacing error that I was not aware of in my original template. The work was done prompt and was called when the flyers were ready to be picked up. The quality of the flyers was as good as it can get for the price, the paper quality and texture was excellent, the color and pixilation was accurate. I would definitely return for future printings. read more

OMG! This place is AMAZING!! Thank you TIARA for the excellent customer service. I am so used to getting poor customer service at practically every place in honolulu but this place is different. They actually treated me like a real person. I am very happy with my product! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I went to copy hut to print a small quantity of booklets for school. I knew the job was going to be expensive considering I just wanted one copy of eight different booklets. However Copy Hut's pricing was far lower than any competitor, both locally, online and on the mainland. The Copy Hut staff was extremely helpful in making sure my order was formatted correctly before printing them. They finished the job extremely quickly and the finished product was just what I asked for. I was confused by the terminology that was used and they explained what I had asked for (because apparently I was using a term I didn't understand). They went through my invoice with me to make sure I understood what I was charged for and they encouraged me to call back if I had any additional questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and they will be my go-to copy shop in the future. They are extremely helpful and make the process as pain free as possible. Thank you! read more

Copy Hut is an excellent, locally-owned print shop that makes high-quality posters and banners. We love Copy Hut and their friendly staff!

Great place, fast turnaround! And good advice for future reference. Thanks!

Our student organization at UH Manoa has been using CopyHut Hawaii for many years now, they're right down the road from UH Manoa. The reason why do business with them is because they're professional and get the job done, plus we're a student club with not much money, so they have really great prices that fit our budget. Another big reason why we use them is because they're quick and try their best to work within your time frame. We had to get our marketing material (flyers, brochures, classroom handouts) before school started within a few days, and they went above and beyond to make sure we got it before then. (note: next time we'll just send our designs to them earlier). read more

I go to Copy Hut for any printing I need done. From flyers, business cards, and I think I'm gonna have them print DVD covers next. I like working with Tasha, and is always willing to help with a print project I may have. read more

This place is the bomb DOT com! I brought my thumb drive and had to make copies of my resume (10 copies in total and its two pages long, so 20 pages total) and it only cost me $1. Say whaaa?! Yep, copies are 10 cents which I thought you could only find at your local library. The place is super tiny, but how much room do you need to drop off or pick up copies? The girl at the front was very pleasant and fast, and the owner was playing a kick-ass Hip Hop Pandora station. My roomie gets her copies here too. I like that fact that you can actually e-mail them what you need printed and they have it waiting for you to pick up. Forget FedEx Office across the street, come to Copy Hut! read more

Thank you, thank you, thank you... The entire team at Copy Hut is so wonderful. They produce quality products at a reasonable and competitive rate. Many of times, I have contacted them at the last minute requesting thousands of copies. They always manage to complete all of our orders under the estimated amount of time. They have truly exceeded our company's expectations. Our business team would not be as efficient had it not been for Copy Hut's quality of service, attention to detail and expertise. Copy Hut has helped our company to produce brochures, business cards, mailers and post cards. Keep up the awesome job!!! read more

I had reservations about this place at first. It seemed too small to be a printing business. I have NEVER been so wrong in my life. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by a girl named, Tasha. She asked what I needed and gave a variety of options on how to get the most bang for my buck. I needed hundreds of copies to be made the same day and to my surprise, it was completed in minutes. I also found out that they printed banners as well. I have been back several times to use their printing services for parties, tickets, and banners. I have recommended Copy Hut to my family and friends and they always do a great job. I live on the west side of Oahu, but I will gladly drive into town to get my printing needs done at Copy Hut. read more

Awesome and friendly service, reasonable prices and great location! What more can I say! I had my wedding invitations, favor notes and thank you cards printed here. The detailing on each came out to EXACTLY what I was looking for. I had a friend design my invitations and I wanted a royal blue color, when I sent the file for printing, David looked them over and noticed the color looked more purple then blue he resent them before printing for correction; which in the end saved me time and $. Thank you David!! Great work! read more

Great price, fast printing, and excellent customer service! I will never go to kinkos again. It's copy hut for life!

Update: The owner contacted me and was genuinely apologetic for the work. He refunded my money. I appreciate the time and energy spent to make this issue better-I love supporting local small business which is why I didn't order from a large online company so I would consider using Copyhut again given this positive interaction. read more

Always has amazing designs for flyers and other promotional materials. Service is friendly and makes me jump for joy!

I highly recommend this business to anybody who needs prompt and perfect job done. They're kind and professional. I wish they had a more noticeable sign out for people that don't even know that Copy Hut exists.... read more

These guys have yet to let me down. Friendly, helpful cheap and above all FAST!!! The first time I used them I didn't actually ask for the rush service but I still got my flyers within 18 hours. Whenever anyone asks for a printer these are the guys I recommend without hesitation (and I don' t do that lightly). Keep up the good work! read more

I will never come here again and here's why: I came here because they had the best reviews on yelp - boy, did i have a horrible experience. I came here about a month or two ago to get my wedding invitations printed out. I was helped out by Matt. He looked at our invitation paper (which we bought at Creations By You that was PRE-PRINTED with a flower design) He told us that we needed extra paper just in case their first run didn't come out good. We already had a few extra cardstock, but he wanted more to be sure. He told us that we could go buy more cardstock and come back. At this point, he either seemed unsure or lazy, i couldn't tell. My fiance pitched in (before i could) that since we were there already to print our invitations (we drove from Ewa!) and if they need more we'll go buy some and bring it back to them. There's no sense in buying extra if we didnt have to. Well, when i went to pick up the invitations, it looked great...at first. They only cut the first 4 invitations and left the rest uncut. I didn't tell them to cut it, so that was okay. The guy did tell me that they had to use pencil marks to make sure the alignment was correct. At first, i didnt have a problem with it since i figured they were small pencil marks. I headed to Kinko's to cut the invites and when i got down to the last few invites, there were pencil marks ALL ACROSS THE INVITES! Now, when you cut cardstock right on the line, you're going to get a smidgeit of pencil marks on each side of the invites so i had to cut them more to make sure there were NO pencil marks on our invites making them slightly smaller than what they had cut. At this point, i decided it wasn't too much of a big deal and i wanted to get our RSVPs printed out. THIS is where i am PISSED. A few days ago my fiance went down there to get our RSVP's printed out. Let me tell you that our wedding only consists of 25 guests so we don't have a lot to print out. Well, the OWNER ACCUSED my fiance that we had printed the flower design on the cardstock and that he could NOT print out or RSVPs. The cardstock had a slight bend to them since he drives a jeep with no doors and the only place to put the cardstock is in the center console. My fiance repeatedly told the owner that we got it already printed from Creations By You and that they had already printed our invites so what is the problem. The owner told him that since he doesn't know who the company that printed it or what kind of ink was used that his "million dollar" printer (oh really?!, what a bunch of BS) might end up broken. FIRST OFF, IF WE PRINTED THAT FLORAL DESIGN IN THE FIRST PLACE, WHY WOULD WE BE GOING TO GET OUR INVITES PRINTED BY THEM IF WE COULD HAVE DONE IT OURSELVES?!!?!?!!? WE HAVE AN INK JET AND OUR PRINTER SMEARS ON CARDSTOCK WHICH IS WHY WE NEEDED A LASER PRINTER. My fiance kept telling the owner that they printed our invites not too long ago and that obviously their printer ISN'T BROKEN so whats the problem with printing our invites. The owner refused to print our RSVPs because of the design. Fast forward an hour later when i get a voicemail from my angry fiance telling me what the owner said. So i called them and very nicely said "Hi, my fiance was just there trying to get RSVPs printed out" and immediately the guy on the phone said rudely "ya, we can't do it." So i tell him the same thing my fiance told him and then i realize that he is talking to his coworker while im trying to explain the situation! HOW RUDE!! so now im PISSED and he tells me that he doesnt want to risk "thousand dollar" printer (oh, now his printer depreciated in value!?!??!?!) in breaking. So of course i told him that his printer is obviously not broken from our invites and that i bought it from Creations by You and that i can call them and they could tell him that they specifically have that cardstock. Here;'s the kicker: He then proceeds to tell me " well, its only going to cost about $2.00 to print out the rsvp's so there's no point in printing them" BOY, DID I HAVE STEAM COMING OUT OF MY EARS!!! The OWNER of this company TELLS me that since my printing job is only going to be $2.00 that there is NO POINT in PRINTING it for me?!?!!?! TELL ME, WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS OWNER SAYS THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMER?!!?!?!? If i could have punched him through the phone i would have. I have never experienced such RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND BULLSHIT SERVICE before. I'm going to follow up with the BBB about this company. I've talked with another friend who have had crappy service from the owner too and i can't believe that they have such good reviews on here. LUCKILY, WYATT AT PROFESSIONAL IMAGE ON QUEEN ST. DID MY RSVP'S WITHOUT A HITCH AND WAS ABLE TO PRINT ME OUT A PROOF IN 30 SECONDS WITHOUT PENCIL MARKS!!!! GO TO THEM, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!!!!! read more

I too am the "I hate kinkos", so when I was looking for a good, fast, quality printer I came upon Copy Hut. The local, real (non-corporate) customer service gets a "two-thumbs up". They were able to be flexible at a reasonable rate for my order. I didn't feel like I was talking to a machine, like the kinkos staff, but instead I was able to confirm any doubts before press, which is a reassuring feeling with a dead-line. I believe in supporting local, and if this is the service that "local' provides than I highly recommend them. read more
