Such a cute cafe! I came here on Thursday for a morning work meetup. It was a great place to grab a coffee and a bite and do some work. I got an iced lavender latte, an avocado toast with a fried egg, and a piece of Nutella banana bread. I loved that the latte and all their drinks come with colorful syrups unmixed. It's fun to see that before you receive the coffee and mix it yourself! The avocado toast was delicious on crusty sourdough bread. I'll definitely be back for more lavender lattes and banana bread! read more

Today was the day tic revisit gens from previous Elite Experiences. I was in a mood for a coffee after my Bahn Mi sandwich thus off I trekked to Copper Mug. I've been dining here now for almost two years. Is it still consistently great? Let's see shall we! I entered around @1pm and the place was .. packed! Patrons on their computer tapping away, chit chats and all had happy smiling faces! Good sign! I wanted a sweet latte and chose the iced Maple Cinnamon Latte with oat milk. My wait was @5 minutes and then the barista handed me my drink with a smile of course! I decided to drink it Al fresco in their spacious backyard. First sip.. insanely delicious and no sugar needed! It was nice to sit for a few minutes in fresh air and really take advantage of the random Spring like weather. As I exited I made sure to tell the barista I enjoyed my drink immensely! He said " Thank you, Fawn" ( love that!). I also let Amir, the owner, that his establishment is rockin! Copper Mug coffee is located on North 4th Street. Well that makes two post Elite Event establishments visits that still offer great service and food! read more

I will start off by saying Copper Mug is a very popular spot in the WIlliamsburg area. It is a popular spot to work from, especially during the week so if you want a spot you'd probably have to come early! I dropped in on a weekday morning on the way to work as it is near the Bedford L station. I got an avocado toast to go as well as a flat white. Unfortunately, no photo of the coffee because I was too busy trying to caffeinate myself. Coffee is solid, I don't know if it is my favorite coffee in the area, but definitely good. The avocado toast was unique! It had a sour tartness to it (i believe the avo smash has lemon juice) and in addition it is topped with feta which adds a brightness. read more

I was visiting Brooklyn for a week and was looking for strong coffee in the area. Luckily I stumbled on this cafe. I bought the cold brew for many mornings, the coffee is strong and smooth. I slept 5-6 hours some nights and the coffee kept me awake through the day. Just enough kick. The baristas are also very friendly. There are little to no outlets and seating is a bit limited (as the outside was closed due to snow) but during the summer I'd imagine the backyard area is cute. Definitely coming back and recommend read more

I ordered the taro matcha and it was delicious! It comes unsweetened but there is free sugar syrup outside if you prefer some sweetness. The taro flavor is strong and does not taste artificial. Expect to shell out $7-8 for a drink but the portions are generous and they did use less ice as I requested. My friends ordered iced latte and hot chai and they also enjoyed their drinks. The indoor seating area is large and there's a huge adorable outdoor seating area that's lovely for the summer! There is a large high-top wooden benches as well as several additional picnic tables. They were playing upbeat music and the vibes were good :) The staff are friendly and service is quick even when they were busy. Highly recommend for a coffee date with friends! read more

i loved stumbled upon copper mug coffee during a walk in Williamsburg and absolutely loved it! i ordered the iced lavender latte ($7 after tax) - it was so good! it wasn't too sweet and the espresso was good. the syrup is blue, which made the drink look very cool. service was excellent. all the baristas are incredibly nice. there's about ~10 tables in the cafe so not too much seating but people come and go quickly. the wait time was super quick, it only took about a couple minutes. overall rating: 8/10 read more

Copper Mug has a cute storefront with wide doors facing a busy street with lots of foot traffic. There's spacious seating outside, a patio in the back, and ample tables inside including standing ones and bench styles against the wall. Got a latte, subbed oat milk for .75 cents more, almond milk also available. It was creamy and the temp was perfect. Drank it with a tahini chocolate chunk cookie. Vegan! It was so bomb. I ordered a second one. Must try out their specialty drinks next time (taro latte!). Copper Mug also serves sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, and bowls. This is a great place for working or studying but didn't really see a lot of outlets. Come with your laptop at full batt. Would definitely recommend. read more

I went to try their Strawberry Matcha drink with Almond milk and an egg custard. The egg custard was perfectly sweet and crispy. They were out of the other pastries since I came late . I don't think they add any sugar to my drink which was amazing but it was a wonderful pair with my egg custard. They have selections of sugar if you would like to add sweetness. I didn't because the egg custard was sweet enough already. I will definitely come by again to grab their other pastries in the morning! Came here on a Sunday afternoon at around 3 to study with my boyfriend! I got a strawberry matcha latte and a Caprese panini while my boyfriend got a mocha and an egg and cheese sandwich. I love the strawberry matcha latte a lot! The tartness of the strawberry balances the earthiness of the matcha very well. I also like how they don't sweetened it for you and have simple syrup on the side for you to add it yourself! It was on the pricier side ($7 before tax) so I would probably only want to get it once in a while. I'm not a coffee connoisseur so I can't comment too much on it but it was rich and chocolate! The panini was also great! The panini was toasted perfectly! The bread was very crispy and the cheese was nice and meaty! The pesto also tasted very fresh! This cafe has a lot of seating area (both indoor and outdoor!) and I always see at least one or two indoor table available. The music was a little loud, just an fyi if you're planning to work here, but it was also a late afternoon on a Sunday, so things maybe different during weekday. Overall, love this cafe and will definitely come back in the future! read more

The breakfast burrito was excellent too! The inside is very vibey (excellent choice of music) and there's a huge patio. I am a huge fan of this place! Nice and cozy coffee shop in downtown Williamsburg! I came by on a Saturday around 5PM. For it being rainy and later in the day for a coffee spot, there was still a good crowd of people inside. I got an ice cream latte and the last pastry which was a blueberry muffin. I was pleasantly surprised that the muffin wasn't stale at all and still tasted pretty fresh for it being the last one. The coffee here is more simplistic, but that's because the flavor is in the bean itself, not in all the sugary additives that you get at most cafes. This is more for the purists, and I love that. Funny enough, I can't drink a ton of caffeine as I'm sensitive, but their decaf espresso had a ton of depth. It made me actually enjoy sipping and savoring. The sparkling water that comes along side your drink wakes up the senses in between sips, and I found that oddly refreshing. It made each sip taste like the first. Aaron and the other staff were super friendly too. I enjoyed sipping and reading during my stay. It made for the perfect recharge. Hope this helps!

The guy working the counter has a lot of energy and clearly loves being there. The PB banana smoothie was yummy, very thick so could use a spoon. Mushroom toast was a bit pricey but you did get a lot of food for your money, the focaccia was crunchier than expected but all around a nice cafe bite. I just appreciate how this is such a gathering spot where you can watch bk life play out while working, it had a different energy from a lot of places in the area.

I'd say if you have a big party get there early. By 7pm the whole place was filled. There was a huge majong club that came in and took the whole back area, it was so crammed there were lines for the bathroom. Over all I had a good time. I really like the music too just know it gets very busy in there. The employees I would say were hit or miss. The ones that were great though I really liked. Just seem like the ones who didn't really give attention to customers or were kind of rude seemed like they didn't wanna be there.
