Anthony came out and worked on our spa/pool heater issue. Unfortunately there were several issues…read moregoing that we were not aware of. There was a small opening so a desert rat made a nest into the unit. Anthony fixed the first error, cleaned out the nest and helped to cover the openings so that hopefully it won't be able to get back inside. While we were talking over the repairs he realized that the heater stopped working again and found a new error code. Thankfully he had the part necessary to do that repair and we tried to use the heater again and it worked. Overall, I would say that he was very knowledgeable about our entire pool equipment issue and was upfront with the repairs and potential pitfalls of repairing an older unit. Hopefully the repair lasts a couple of seasons!

After contacting Pathfinder pools we were told they would come fix it later when it cools off (sometime in the fall of last year). We haven't heard anything from them and it's now August of the next year. It looks horrible! I do not recommend using Pathfinder Pools. We are extremely disappointed.

This isn't an unusual event living in the North Scottsdale desert, what was unusual however was the the carnage - a half eaten rabbit floating next to a dead coyote. I'm thinking the coyote chased the little fucker into the pool, started gnawing on him and finally took the deep six. Our family was so disgusted we didn't know who to turn to, that is until a friend suggested we call Pathfinder Pools. A guy named Greg came out and within hours not only were the dead varmints gone, the pool was starting to clear up. Since that horrible event, we've had many other things wander into the pool, mostly snakes and lizards. One call to Pathfinder and problem solved. Within hours your pool will be clean and ready for your wife's pasty-white guests from Minnesota. Another time a large snake went for a swim in the pool. Had it been up to me, I'd have left the snake for the party we were having later that day, but my wife saw it and immediately called Pathfinder. I was hoping they'd be like other pool services and not show up, but within a couple hours, the owner came over and fished a six foot rattler out of our pool. He even helped me skin it and cut off its tail and rattles. I now have a cool headband on my cowboy hat and a rattle I use to scare people whenever we go camping. Thanks Pathfinder (Roger & Greg) for always being so prompt, even if it does mean I have to deal with my wife's amazingly stupid (and pasty white) friends from Minnesota. Their prices are amazing too.

We had one company come out and quit an hour in! We found Jon-Sons and although there was a waiting list it was well worth the wait. These guys were on it. They operated like a well oiled machine. Impressive is an understatement. They were courteous and cleaned up their messes as they went. They had to return the following day to complete the final steps (after the pool completely filled). I was worried they wouldn't come back but sure enough they were here bright and early!! We are so appreciative for the great work these guys did. We never would've been able to assemble it on our own. Really great crew- sad how hard that is to come by these days! Thanks a bunch!

Robert and Jeremiah installed my pool along with puncturing a hole in it..ASAP 3 weeks later they come to finally prepare it and they flooded my backyard and messed up the leveled sand under my pool . I went all summer with it unleveled because they were you to make it right after the season. . Well...they were willing to fix their mistake if I payed for it!!! We had them contacted to do our pool care. They kept the pool clean and equipment working beautifully. When we asked about our old pool falling apart they gave us options... repair, or replace! I designed a pool and had a designer turn it into a car cam design and I ran the project myself including getting permits and contracting the shotcrete! It is magical and has made our backyard into a paradise!
