Not very friendly service or policy. Here's the thing about giant cookie places: I never wanna pay for a giant cookie. They have mini cookies, but you can only pay by the dozen.... Regardless, my friend seemed into the ice cream sandwich, and I got a big cookie even tho I wanted a mini. It was warm so I ate the whole thing. Tasty. Not a choice id make solo tho

Unfortunately I didn't enjoy this place. The service was good and their packaging is awesome! I got the smaller cookies called plug poppers, they come in this pill bottle looking thing, they had a weird after taste that I just couldn't get past.

These cookies are fire! Soft, moist, thick and delicious. The shop is cute and the wall graffiti is beautiful. So many cookie flavors it was hard to decide. I wish they shipped to St. Louis. Customer service was good.

After discovering Cookie Plug some time ago due to the criticisms it received; it became a must visit for me because it was something fun and unique, plus I love cookies! I then began bookmarking locations in the places I typically travel to since I would likely not ever visit any of the locations in California which is where the franchise is based. I found this location after searching the yelp mobile application for the nearest one within a radius of the city of Indianapolis prior to visiting. I felt as though I was in cookie heaven upon entering because there were so many options to choose from. I took my time looking at the display of cookies because I had not ever visited a Cookie Plug location, let alone did my research beforehand. The employee was very patient with me and when I was ready, she took my order once I decided on what I wanted. Originally, I wanted to order the bump sack (4 cookies), but I figured that my sister had not ever visited Cookie Plug, so I went with the smash sack (12 fun size cookies) figuring that I would give her 6 of the fun sized cookies out of the 12 presented. And in order to make my visit to Cookie Plug worthwhile, I ordered their purple drank inside of the baby bottle rather than a cup in order for a legit experience, tehehe. I must say that out of the cookies I did not give out to my sister or mother, the snooper doodle (snickerdoodle) was my favorite. After heating it up inside of my microwave, it had the loveliest smell that loomed inside of my microwave, even minutes after eating it. It was a chewy delicious cookie seasoned with cinnamon. Yum! The pink elephant (strawberry cheesecake) was actually the first of the cookies I tried, splitting half of it with my sister. It is my second favorite after the snooper doodle (snickerdoodle). Least favorites, but still very good cookies were the purple haze (purple velvet), and the nutty og (chocolate chip walnut). Being that I had a good experience, I am very open to visiting and ordering from Cookie Plug again while visiting the city of Indianapolis. I let that be known to my mother that I would visit her again with a box of cookies from Cookie Plug. ~ Good vibes coming your way ~ Thomas G

OMG! Cookie heaven with sooooo many options. It smelled like a sugar factory, yummy! I got the ice cream cookie sandwich with the purple haze and pink elephant cookies. So good and super sweet. The cookies are so big I couldn't eat it all lol. I also got the purple haze lemonade in a bottle just because. It was ok not a big fan of the lemonade. Service was good.

Excited for Mass Ave to have a cookie spot! Loved the theme and colors and music and flavor names! The cashier was really nice and patient with us as we picked what all we wanted to try. We got the pack of minis to try and the red velvet Oreo. The red velvet Oreo in my opinion is the best one! I wish we had seen the other reviews as unfortunately I have to agree that they need to work on their flavors. They have a great set up but just need to work on the cookie! I don't like the gooey centers but my sisters do so the cookie was baked to perfection!

lol definitely a vibe walking in. Colorful choices of cookies. The best was the oatmeal cookie, and I don't really care for oatmeal like that. Allot of the cookies were underwhelming. Almost like insomnia cookies...it reminded me of. 4 stars for aesthetics. Cookies 3 stars.

Red velvet (top left), strawberry cheesecake (top right), purple velvet (bottom left), Firecracker (bottom right)

I ordered the strawberry cheesecake, purple velvet, red velvet, and firecracker and was pretty much let down. The cookies were extremely greasy (like extremelyyyyyy greasy I ended up putting an oil absorbing wipe to one of them and it was soaked). The cookies literally tasted the same. I'm pretty sure all they do is put different color dyes to make the cookies look unique from each other. I tried cutting one with a knife and it was extremely difficult because it was so hard. Looks like a hockey puck and was as hard as one too.

The cookies were ok. The two I tried weren't anything special (but I didn't try their "unique" flavors for fear of not liking them). I had gone in for the little version of cookies but they were out of all of them, every flavor. So I had to get full size, which were way too big (for me). I didn't get to try much, since I didn't want a 6pk of giant cookies lol The servers were friendly but the shop is small (don't plan on hanging around) and not wheelchair/stroller accessible) .

Burnt up NOT Dubai cookie I ordered smh

Cookies were dry and way too sweet. The people working tried too hard to be "cool" and it came off really awkward and offensive. No thanks.

They cookies are thick and rather dry. The purple drank is like sugar water. While there the owners got into a verbal altercation.

Just an average cookie. If you want an average cookie go here but if you want the best then look up the cavity factory in fountain square.

Man, was I glad to see the Caveman Truck parked beside the Speakeasy after a few beer samples at…read morethe Indiana Tasting Society event! The menu offered a few different foods with multiple choices on sizes (by the ounce), and the lovely hostess taking our order was delightful. We had a really hard time deciding what to get as everything looked reeeeeeally good, but we opted to split the following: *Bacon Hash -- 4 oz for $4 -- well worth it! *Barnyard chili -- 8 oz for $7 -- pricy yet tasty *Jicama Tacos (one chicken guac and one chorizo aioli) -- 2 for $7 -- messy but pretty good *Fudge bites for dessert -- $3 for one -- dark chocolate, peanut butter, banana, sea salt, and applesauce mixed and formed in to a hockey-puck type solid mass. It was not really sweet like I expected, and kind of hard to eat. Probably wouldn't get it again. Next time I will totally get the Brussels Sprouts for myself when not sharing with the hubs :) I would say overall this was a 3 1/2 star experience for me as it was over $20 for 'snacks' and we were still hungry afterwards, but a star bump for using real, quality ingredients.

Still, I'll support a paleo food truck when the truck has "bacon (greater than) gluten" painted on the side of it. That's one way to get my attention for sure! On our visit my boyfriend and I shared two tacos--one chicken, one chorizo--fried plantains, and the brussel sprouts. I have so many nice things to say about all three. Instead of corn or flour, Caveman Truck uses fresh jicama as a tortilla to hold its protein + slaw + guac/aioli. It's the perfect starchy alternative to cut through the good greasiness of the chorizo. The plantains are not only fried in coconut oil beautifully, but also they are caked with a curry-based seasoning, providing you with a sweet plantain that also has some savory elements to it. The brussel sprouts--my favorite of the three--are fried in coconut oil and topped with an overload of crumbled bacon and a spritz of lime. It's a little bit of fatty, a little bit of zesty and a whole lot of flavor. All three dishes knocked it out of the park. From here on out, I'll be keeping an eye out for the Caveman Truck on the streets of Indy, because I still need to try the highly-praised barnyard chili and bacon hash. If this is how our ancestors ate, then I can't wait to eat the primal way again!
