Birria egg rolls, Esquites, Birria Taco, Birria empanada, Birria Mulitas

I've been wanting to try the birria egg rolls since I saw them for what feels like years ago! I'm so excited they have a storefront on broad ripple now. The location is a little small and we were there on a busy night, but you can still dine in. You basically can order birria of anything (ramen, egg rolls, grilled cheese, pizza, and more). I got the birria egg rolls and I like them more than traditional queso birria tacos because of the crunch. They dip perfectly in the consome too. While not hyped up, their salsas were fantastic! The menu is huge with nachos, tacos, and everything coming with chicken or meats other than birria and even hot dogs so really something for everyone here.

The birria is excellentas is the sauce, but the chihuahua hotdog came wrapped with one piece of bacon, 4 onion slices and no chihuahua. I would not risk ordering any of the hotdogs again. Service speed was reasonable given the crowd, and the staff were nice. Hope to have a better experience next time.

I'm familiar with this restaurant because of their famous orange food truck located on the westside. I've been wanting to visit their new building since they opened. The building is small and there is limited seating, but it wasn't too busy when I visited. I went with the quesabirria tacos and they were served fresh. Crispy and cheesy goodness! The meat was also seasoned well. I like that they add a pepper and cucumbers along with the limes. Also, don't forget to order the churros when you visit!

My husband and I have been DYING to try this taco spot since it opened! So after a concert, we made our way there on a late Friday night. The spot is brightly decorated and fun on the inside with a small sitting area. It was so hard to decide what to get because everything looked so good! We decided on the quesobirria and the birria eggrolls. Both were amazing! So cheesy and the consume was a hit! We would go back for both, but can't wait to try the other options such as the ramen, hotdogs, and pizza! I love this addition to Broad Ripple!

This is my second time here! First review. It's so good! You literally can't go wrong with anything you choose. Parking is parking in Broad Ripple! I've gotten lucky both times with street parking. Service is nice and friendly. It takes a a few minutes for your food but not a long wait. There is small space available to eat inside. Last time I tried the birria tacos vampiros and this time I tried it with steak. Well I ordered steak and received birria. I didn't check my order before I left so I would recommend doing so. Nevertheless , it was good. We also tried the hot dogs (Jdog - wrapped in bacon popped with chorizo, chili, grilled onions avocado and chipotle) and the (fat boy birria dog -cheese, birria, cilantro and onions)

Love when I can visit a place on my Yelp list! We visited while in Broad Ripple for a reunion. When you walk in you can feel the cultural pride as the space is filled with the amazing murals and music all around. I will say, I've learned I'm not the biggest birria fan so take my review as you will. While the birria ramen was not my favorite, I did enjoy the birria grilled cheese, which came with amazing French fries! I have some friends that want to try this restaurant and if I come with them I plan to try the birria egg rolls. The prices are around 15$ a meal. We also had some street corn that I thought was really good and our meals came with tons of onions and cilantro and cucumbers which I loved.

Well, this was an amazing lunch. My husband and I had a little mid day lunch date and were so glad we decided to try Birrieria Iturbidense. We tried the ramen, the egg rolls and the empanadas and they were all amazing. The egg rolls were the favorite and they warmed up well in the air fryer. Super chill inside, not a ton of seating but it didn't feel cramped. Prepare to get messy from the consume!

Stopped by during lunch hour. I wanted to grab a birria taco and some corn. Unfortunately they don't sell birria tacos singly because they want you to buy them in 3's. I ended up getting the birria box that has 3 different birria items inside. They came hot and fresh and the beef inside was tender. They were good. The consomme needed a bit more flavor but.. everything was indeed fresh. The empanada in the box was just okay. The dough was way too thick. 3 barria was a bit much for me honestly. Just wanted to get one and some other stuff. A bit pricey.

Another great experience. I took my mom after we were left hungry from trying a different eatry. Me and my mom both forgot to take photos of the food but it was good bc we each finished our meals. The place is definitely a vibe. Glad they are there to stay.

The food is amazing. That Birrieria Egg roll is ! It's a lil cozy local spot well worth the attention. Plenty of options on the menu and love the wall art. Check it out and you won't be disappointed.

Hands down the best birria I've ever had and at their new location in Broad Ripple !! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this spot was special. The atmosphere is warm, fun, and inviting -- perfect for enjoying a great meal with friends or family. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food came out hot and fresh. Now let's talk about the star of the show: the birria. Absolutely incredible! The flavor is rich, authentic, and perfectly seasoned -- every bite feels like comfort and celebration in one. The consommé was bursting with flavor, and the tacos were loaded with tender meat and that perfect crispy cheese pull. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and you can tell they care about quality. You leave full, satisfied, and already thinking about your next visit. If you love birria or just amazing Mexican food in general, do yourself a favor and check this place out. It's officially my new go-to spot!

Incredible food and even better employees! When we walked up to place our order, the girl taking our order was full of smiles and SO sweet. It really set the tone for our experience and the food was soooo delicious! The shop has a small footprint, so be prepared to snag a table before you walk up and place your order. Other than that, the food came out in less than 5-10 minutes and was insane. Just so freaking good. Get the birria egg rolls. Thank me later!

My wife and I have been waiting for months for them to open their new storefront in BR! It was so worth the wait! I've always been a sucker for some birria tacos, but I must say this spot takes it to a whole new level! Eggrolls, fries, empanadas, etc. You walk in and immediately want it ALL! It smells so good in as soon as you walk in and there's actually quite a bite of space inside to sit and eat. We decided we couldn't wait after smelling all the food and it was a great decision. 5 stars. 10/10. 100/100. All of the above!

The tacos (your choice of protein) were $1.49 each. I was honestly surprised that they had plenty of onions, cilantro, two different sauces & a baggie of radishes & limes for that price. I will say, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the shredded chicken although clearly seasoned (color wise) with sazon, it was dried completely out with only a hint of flavor. I added the green sauce on the chicken ones and it gave it a little umph but then I tasted the amazing seasoning in the rice and beans & WOW. I put a little of both on the chicken tacos and that was just what they needed. All in all the tacos were an 8/10 and the rice+beans were 10/10. The rice was cooked perfectly & the best compliment to the soupy beans. Parking: TERRIBLY positioned & shared lot, spots are tight & all the businesses stay with a crowd. Service: the cashier wasn't unpleasant BUT I had every intention on sitting down and eating inside (they have about 8 tables and 4 small booths) but she assumed I wanted it to-go without asking me as she asked the family of Spanish/hispanic/latino/a heritage before AND after me. In the moment I didn't feel slighted because I think I was just so tired & hangry but it definitely is memorable now that I'm writing the review a day later. I could have very well corrected her and said I wanted to dine in but I'm not one to force it when I feel unwanted or unwelcomed . This by no means discredits the food, it was wonderful & so was the price. I wouldn't go as far as to say I'll never be back because it would be a lie - what I WILL do moving forward is speak up for myself as it could have been done unintentionally.

Then we questioned what time they closed. We doubled checked, 9:30. It was only 8:30. I don't prefer a margarita without salt but felt stuck. Also, it wasn't as if we were the last ones to come in. I counted at least 6 parties that came in after us. The chorizo queso was excellent. The tacos were decent. However, while it may seem like a small thing, the lack of salt on the rim of my $12 margarita really sunk this place for me. The restaurant is sleek and has a cool vibe, but we immediately realized it was not going to be what we thought of when we saw "street tacos" mentioned during Google search. The server was wonderful in explaining their menu and gave multiple recommendations, which I went with all of her great suggestions once I told her what I was craving. My husband didn't enjoy his appetizer, saying it tasted too sweet instead of savory for him, but the server was great at being aware of our plates and took the appetizer off our bill when she noticed he wasn't eating it without us even mentioning it. I got three different tacos, and the only one I didn't enjoy was due to the Mac n cheese that was stuffed in it. It just didn't taste or feel right having a taco with macaroni that was pushed in so densely that it became a sponge. The other two were great! My husband gave his burrito a 3/5, as he felt it was too much one note. Overall, don't come here if you're looking for upscale Mexicana, but instead want to enjoy interesting fusion flavors and fun cocktails. Great place for a group outing or celebration!

I don't usually shop at a Mexican grocery unless I am looking for cotija cheese for making elote. However, I entered the grocery because the sign in front of the restaurant entrance said it was closed. I clearly saw people working at the food counter and a customer standing there, so I went through the grocery to see what was going on. Apparently, nobody had removed the sign and left a "caution" cone blocking the door. Anyway, after the weird start, I enjoyed my experience. The colorful dining room has lots of festival streamers hanging from the ceiling and loud Mexican music playing. (Note that the grocery has an equally loud sound system playing something completely different so you get a weird stereo effect that is hard to tune out.) The dining booths go about half way back into the restaurant on both sides. Beyond the left side is a cooking area with a large menu posted over the top. Even though there is a counter at the cooking area, you don't order there. Behind you on the right near the back of the restaurant is a smaller counter with a cash register and a menu booklet that you order from. Once you place your order and pay, you wait and they will bring it out to you. Note that any beverages are sold in bottle form and are self-serve from the cooler next to the order counter. The wait was fairly short considering they prepare the entrees to order. I went with a couple tacos (with the cilantro and white onion) and ordered rice and beans. Apparently the cashier had a little trouble understanding me when I ordered the Asada and Pollo tacos. I was brought out the Asada and Lomo instead. (I was the only customer at the time.) But, instead of sending it back, I like pork loin as well as chicken, so I simply added some green sauce (mild) and a few drops of red (supposed to be hot, but I didn't think it was that hot.) The tacos were excellent. They were served on double layered corn tortillas. I usually prefer flour, but wasn't given an option here. These were the best tasting corn tortilla shells I've had. And the ingredients inside were delicious with the added items being colorfully fresh. The side of beans and rice were forgettable. Not bad, just lacking much texture and flavor. Very bland and not much other than filler when compared to the robust flavor of the tacos. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was pretty clean looking, so given the high quality of flavor, I would recommend stopping by to quench your Mexican food cravings. Review #2698

I wasn't thrilled about that, at first, but several larger groups were seated in the same area near the entrance. The booth was spacious and comfortable, and the decor is very bright and vibrant. I ordered the Marg of the Month for May, which was the Bee Sting Margarita. It is made with jalapeno honey and lots of slices of fresh jalapeno. Between those aspects and the bite of the tequila...I quickly understood why it was given that name! If you like a spicy marg, I would definitely suggest! I also ordered the Chips & Salsa Flight for the table. I chose the Roasted Red and Chile de Arbol salsas, along with the guac and queso. I loved all of the dips...except the chile de arbol. It was just spicy...and nothing else. No flavor other than hot. LOL For our entrees, I ordered the Steak Fajitas. I probably could've fed the entire family with the portion that I received. It's Tuesday and I'm still working on it! The steak, peppers and onions were flavorful and tender and it came with all of the pertinent toppings (shredded cheese, lettuce, and pico de gallo). I also requested sour cream on the side. It was served with a side of beans and rice as well.
