Steak Burrito
Carolyn H.

Omg the steak burrito was so amazing. I haven't had paco's for years and missed it so much. The horchata was yummy too, could use more cinnamon. We door dashed it.

I had never been to this place, I know surprising right? Especially since I have heard nothing but great things about this restaurant and their tacos. I love me a good taco spot. My friend had wanted to go here so we had ordered tacos off DoorDash but we did an order pickup. The prices were your typical prices. I had went inside to pick up the food and the inside of the restaurant was very organized and clean. They had a lot of seating for you so if you wanted to stay and eat inside. I decided to take my food home to eat. When I got to the counter I was greeted and I told them I was there for an order pickup. My order was right there waiting for me. Off to the side they had sauces and other items away from the counter. I loved this idea because you don't have to hold the counter up and also you can just get your own sauces and other items on your own. I will say service was very quick and the quality of my food was good. I got chicken street tacos. I loved the juiciness of the meat. I had got sauce but the tacos tasted good even without the sauce. I definitely will be coming back here again because it did not disappoint at all.

Paco's Taqueria is my favorite go to Mexican place for tacos or food if I want something quick or on the go. The tacos are fantastic, especially the pork tacos. The seasoned pork is amazing and great flavors. The street corn is always top notch and on point and tastes good. The chips and salsa are good as well. The service from past experience is good and the staff are professional and friendly. The ambiance is definitely a good vibe and feels like you are home in Mexico. The burritos are also excellent by the way. If you want good Mexican food at a great price, come to Paco's Taqueria. The quality of the food is wonderful!

My experience here was ok. Staff was friendly but the food wasn't worth the price for the servings given.

5 stars for service and flavor…read more I happened upon this food truck at a small event, and the guy who runs it is so charming. He greeted us warmly, asked us if we liked meat, then immediately gave us samples of each! I was wooed. He was a smooth talker. The lamb is succulent and my favorite. The chicken was great, but steer clear if you're not a fan of the flavor that comes with charring. The kafta was my second favorite meat. They were beef meatballs with Moroccan‐seasoned BBQ rub spices. Even though the meat was amazing, I settled on a lighter dish: the spinach & feta sandwich. Each sandwich is a pita wrap with diced tomatoes and onions. You can get the Harissa sauce in the sandwich or on the side. It's a mild level of spicy. It lingers on your palate for awhile after you're finished--a satisfying feeling. The truck also serves plates with the same meats--all plates are gluten free too. The sides for each plate are saffron rice and Moroccan green beans. There's even baklava for desert.

Unfortunately, most of my life happens on the north north side so I didn't get an opportunity until today. The Poccadillo Food Truck was one of two food trucks parked outside of the Grand Opening Celebration of Ash & Elm Cider Company. Since I didn't have a "real" meal all day, I decided that getting food from the truck would be a good idea before sampling cider. The truck guy was super friendly and enticed me with samples. Sold! After finding out that I was a carnivore, he gave me three samples: lamb shwarma, beef meatball and chicken shwarma. Well, he started out with the best dish because I ended up ordering a lamb shwarma sandwich. It was served on pita bread with Roma tomatoes, vinaigrette marinated onions and a homemade yogurt sauce. The only reason this was rated as 4 stars is that the sandwich was much spicier (hot spicy) than the sample. As someone that has health issues with spicy, I would have preferred a warning.

There were a few decent options today, however, I wheeled by Que Tacos and was immediately struck by their attractive truck. I watched the guy working the window, and he was enthusiastic, friendly, and really building a wonderful back-and-forth with customers. I wheeled around a bit. But, I ended up back here. Que Tacos serves up Mexican food including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, churros, & more! I opted for a quesadilla at $12. You get one of seven options of protein along with shredded cheese. They do have some sauces available. I tend to eat fairly basically, but I seem to have a fascination with quesadillas lately. It was maybe a little bit smaller than I expected, however, the ingredients made up for that. It was generous and incredibly tasty. I was very, very, very happy with it. Have I mentioned I was happy with it? The guy working the window? Super friendly and helpful. As a wheelchair user, I'm used to having to really stretch to get to the window, but he actually came to me. The person cooking was also super helpful when the order was delivered a few minutes later. Statehouse Market can get super busy, however, I went right before the noon rush. It wasn't bad, and my wait wasn't bad at all. They carry drinks as available - I saw some soft drinks (cans) and Jarrito. Que doesn't have a website at this point, but they do have a presence on both Facebook and Instagram. I honestly loved this food truck. The food was terrific, the people were amazing, and the prices were fair. I'll easily return if they return to Statehouse Market or if I see them in the community. The menu that Nicole S. posted is the same menu I had today. So, it sounds like things are pretty consistent. I highly recommend Que Tacos.

Today 9/22/26 I ordered Nachos, they were out of Chicken before 12:30pm so I opted for Carnitas. The amount of meat and cheese that came on my nachos was laughable. Unfortunately, I was on a time limit for lunch and didn't have time to check it before I left the truck. In honesty I would have brought it back and had them return my money due to poor quality and poor quantity. Being a person that was in hospitality for a long time. This truck should rethink why they're in business. That is all!

I can't believe we hadn't tried Hanabi Hibachi Express sooner, and I'm SO glad we finally did because I'm already thinking about our next visit (after I finish my leftovers, of course). The Crab Rangoon and Chicken Egg Rolls were some of the best I've ever had -- the perfect crisp, packed with flavor, and absolutely delicious. And then came the hibachi burritos... both the steak and chicken were incredible! Every bite was full of flavor, and the yum yum sauce took them to the next level. Truly, some of the best burritos I've ever had! If you haven't tried Hanabi Hibachi Express yet, GO CHECK THEM OUT!*You most definitely won't regret it! They even have the cheesecake lady in the fridge out front to top off your meal ~ 10/10 all around.

We may have spent more time catching up than talking about the food. When we arrived there were already chips and salsa on the table. I had a few bites. It was good, but not necessarily memorable. I started with a Jalapeño Margarita. Beautiful to look at and tasty, it did not scream jalapeño to me. For dinner I ordered PULPO AL AJO OR AL PASTOR - Char-grilled octopus, rice, asparagus. I ordered it Al Ajo, which is served with a wonderful garlic sauce. Calling it a sauce doesn't seem right. Rather, it was very light, nearly imperceptible with the exception of the delectable garlic flavor. This meal was excellent. Mark had the BURRITO FAJITA SMOOTHERED IN SALSAS - Rice, green pepper, tomato, beans, onions, cheese sauce, ranchero sauce, green sauce. Served with rice, lettuce, black beans, pico de gallo, sour cream. He ordered the chicken burrito. He hoped for better. He said it was dry, which was odd because it had three sauces on it. We shared Fried Ice Cream. It was good - sweet with the flavor of cinnamon. I also ordered a CARAJILLO with dessert. Made with strong coffee or espresso and Licor 43, it was delicious. We had a wonderful evening and meal.
