Well gosh. I have lived here all my life, bank at Forum Credit Union and have dined in the area…read moreseveral times and can't believe today was my first time visiting this place. What I will say is it will NOT be my last. Tucked in the corner with plenty of parking, this place is the perfect spot for a breakfast/brunch with really good options even for those that may have dietary restrictions. I arrived around 8:15am, and there was just maybe two couples there, and one person that was working. I toll had a little work to do before my meeting started. There was plenty of seating, light easy listening music (the 80's) playing. Not loud so if you needed to take a call, you could. My server was efficient. She wasn't overly friendly, but she was certainly efficient. If you are a coffee drinker they have a ton of neat options to pick from. They also have a bar, so if I weren't working I probably would have added a little something to my coffee. I will be back, bringing my family and friends!

Quality has gone down in the food for sure. Soup bland and service was mediocre at best. Server…read moreout smoking and eating their food. Eat before work! I got one of them make your own so I got to choose what kind of protein what kind of bread what kind of sides, etc. that I got they also have a bakery display that you can get bakery goods as well as sandwiches I did not eat in this time, but I think I would next time because it's a cute little area to sit in I would guarantee that you would enjoy anything you had here. It was a wonderful location and I will definitely be back.

The staff were super nice and my waitress was amazing. I got there a little early so she made me a vanilla latte that was really good! I had the 56th street platter (bacon, pancakes, home fries and pancakes). I thought the eggs would be scrambled but they were still good. The pancakes were light and fluffy. The only thing I didn't enjoy were the home fries. A little undercooked but overall the food for the price was good! While ordering, one of the servers came out with these amazing looking quiches! OMG!! I wanted to buy both the veggie and bacon ones so bad but I wasn't going straight home. The quiches were so appealing to the eyes; it's the perfect dishe if you're having guests for the holidays! I'm definitely going to purchase one next time I'm there. If you're looking for a nice spot where you can vibe or eat outdoors I would recommend this place. The clientele was very diverse and some people even knew the staffs' names...impressive! The desserts look amazing as well. Give this place a try. Parking is a little hard to navigate but it's a neighborhood spot you should definitely check out!

While picking up an order recently, I had the most amazing conversation with one of the associates. You know how sometimes a quick interaction can completely shift your day? This was one of those moments. She was wearing a shirt with an open heart design that revealed the most beautifully spirited tattoo -- and as someone who loves hearts, it immediately made me smile. It felt like such a small but meaningful connection. As we finalized the order exchange, she generously handed me one of their healthy juices! Completely unexpected and absolutely what I needed in that moment. It brought genuine joy to my day. Their food is always beautifully prepared and thoughtfully packaged, but what truly sets The Garden Table apart is the authentic kindness of their team. The associates don't just serve food .... they serve warmth, presence, and heart. Highly recommend -- whether you're dining in or just picking up.

Never again will I eat at Garden Table. I used to love this restaurant. The food was once flavorful…read moreand fresh. However the last three visits I have had three different dishes (including ones I had order previously) and all three have tasted like cooking oil. Today I had the caprese toast. I decided to add salmon for added protein. Ya'll, when you see the word 'caprese', you think fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, right? Not cooked, right? Well every item except some mint was cooked. Mushy apples, mushy tomatoes.... coated in a fowl smelling oil. The mushy-ness of it all got to the bread underneath. Then the salmon on top.... it was salmon but it was very, very smoky and it was shredded to appear like.... hate to say it.... cat food. Cat food instantly popped in my mind when I saw my plate. The item I used to love the sweet potato hash but it now has the same problem as the caprese toast. No flavor except that of cooking oil. I also ordered a kids plate with scrambled eggs. Eggs arrived with obvious signs of being over cooked with brown burn marks. Fine for a fried rice at a Chinese restaurant, maybe. But really? This is a brunch place that is supposedly 'health minded'. Eggs shouldn't be dry. I'm sure they also tasted like cooking oil but I didn't try them. I agree with another reviewer that the descriptions of dishes could be better. A cooked caprese??? I wouldn't have ordered it. Two stars are only beause the service here is decent.

Coffee isn't brewed. Nor is it self-serve. Nor will someone come serve it to you. There is no coffee. Abandon hope.
