Suggest make the potatoes a larger deep fried cube, or sliced and crispy. Add meat and a little sage and pepper for the sausage gravy. You have a wonderful baked beans with bacon, this would be great to have on the breakfast buffet. it would be better if both sides of buffet were accessible instead of having to reach across to get to the second tray. My wife had a Pinot Noir with dinner while I had a Sauvignon Blanc, and both paired well with the salmon. Overall, we had a very good dinner at One13 Social and thought it was a great choice while staying in Carlisle. We parked in the nearby Comfort Inn parking garage, which also gave me a little more peace of mind about leaving the Corvette overnight.
