So I pulled over (there is no lot that I know of, but you can park on the street), and I walked up. I asked him how much his chicken was and he told me $7 for half a chicken (less for legs and thighs which I wasn't interested in anyhow) and for an extra buck and a half he'd throw in a potato and a roll (cash only to the best of my knowledge). I told him sure and after talkin to him awhile while he warmed up my chicken and reseasoned it he told me he had been at this over 30 years but business was so sparse lately he barely made enough to pay for the gas to get here. Like me she had passed by it hundreds of times but never stopped. She told me she thought it was delicious, and said she was going to go get some for herself soon.
