We ordered the BBQ chicken, BBQ spare rib sandwich, and potato salad along with the macaroni and cheese, for our 2 sides. Because of an arrangement with the bar/store, we weren't able to purchase our drinks from them, but they did have a variety of sodas, water, and alcoholic drinks. Everything was delicious. I am not a big fan of red tomato BBQ sauce but the sauce was sweet, thick and tasty. The meat slid off the bones, and was very tender. We loved the potato salad, too. I guessed most of the ingredients, but there was something else in the salad that boosted the flavor! When asked what else she put in the salad, Kay responded, "the special ingredient is "LOVE." Eric and Kay, the owners, were great. They were friendly, answered all our questions about the food, and where they can be found in the area. Their phone number is included so you can find out where they are usually set up. With the increased prices for anything connected with food, it was a little high, but in line with all the other food trucks in our Piedmont, NC area. Had the shrimp been anything other than fried, it likely would have been quite good. Menu should be updated to reflect the fact that the shrimp are fried. Didn't really taste like shrimp....just tasted like fried breading. Yuck. The fries were way too greasy.
