I lost the key to my safe. I still had the combination, but couldn't open it without the key as well. After I spent a year lookIng for the key with no luck, I called Concord Locksmith to see if they could get it open after I dialed in the correct combination. They asked to me text them with a picture of the lock. Based on the serial number on the key lock they were able to make me a key that opened the safe that same day. I drove to their store and picked it up. It worked! So much better than them having them come to my house and crack it open. Very reasonable price considering the alternative. read more

The Best Customer service ever!!!! I had two programmable keys that I needed cut and programmed for my Ford truck. Instead of gouging me for hundreds of dollars, they cut the keys for $4 each and since I had two working keys, they gave me the simple instructions on how to program them myself. So we're in the truck ready to pull out of the driveway to hit the road for Southern California, and my husband realizes he forgot something. Hubby: I'm just gonna run inside real quick. These guys bailed me out from having one key to having three. My review is for the Hi-tech Auto key cut and program. I only had one original that the dealer gave me which was lowdown but didn't break my deal. So I bought exact keys and fobs online and called Concord Locksmith and told them that I needed two keys cut and two key fobs programmed for my truck. I was quoted and set an appointment for next day service. When I arrived Micheal was ready as I was greeted at the counter. He knew what needed to be done and did it without hesitation. He cut the keys grabbed his equipment and went out to begin programming on my truck. All went well as he was done in 20 minutes and I was very satisfied with the service I received. I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am for this place! I accidentally locked my dogs in my car with my keys on a Really hot day and they were at my house in 10 minutes. Recently I needed to have new locks placed on 2 of the doors that Concord Locksmith previously worked on. When their tech worked on the locks he told me that the locks were rusty & that he couldn't change all of them (each door had 2 locks, the tech said he could only repair 1 lock on each). Still smarting from my previous encounter, this time I called Fred's Lock Maintenance & Service. Fred answered the phone, gave me his prices & told me that he could come by within 45 minutes after he finished another job that he was working. OMG this is the worst locksmith ever work with. They will quote you one price and then once they're on site it's always a whole new ballgame. And in the end you still won't get a key that works. Even after charging$250. They will justify everything blame it on you do not do not do not work with this company they're horrible. Nicest people ever! I have been frustrated because my lock on my front door basically doesn't want to let me in my own house. Well.. it does, but then it doesn't want to give me my keys back :) I called Concord Locksmith in frustration. The woman on the other line was like a therapist, listening to me moan and groan. She told me that it sounded like i just needed to lubricate the lock, but that my other deadbolt issue might require a tech. We scheduled time for a few days out, and then she found me an appointment for the next day. I stopped by Concord Locksmith for the oil she suggested, and the guy there Tim was super friendly. He told me that I should go home and try the oil, and call them if that fixed my problem so I could avoid the service charge. Sure enough, that did the trick. I was really happy that my problem cost me $9 instead of $90, and that they were honest about a solution instead of just sending someone out to my house. An unsung hero who has probably saved the days of many people, but does not get the recognition he deserves. Went to Home Depot and Ace Hardware and was told we would have to go to a locksmith to get a proper copy. As luck would have it, there aren't any in my area. Called Concord Locksmith and was told to come on down so they could have a look. Alvin helped us out as soon as we walked in and quickly made a duplicate (as well as an extra one for good measure). Came in to get a copy of my 4Runner key. I tried getting it copied at another locksmith in Concord previously, and after two attempts the first place was unable to make a working key. Concord Locksmith was able to make the key properly on the first try. The locksmith also came out to my truck with me and made sure that it would work before charging me. The front door at my place of work was having trouble closing and wouldn't lock when manually pulled closed. Mike, a field technician, was sent out to fix it. Not only could they send someone out same day, but originally they said it would be in the early afternoon and he ended up being able to come two hours earlier than expected. Danny shared a technician (Dave) would arrive between 2:00 - 3:00. Technician arrived at promised time and completed work as promised at price quoted.
