All I can say is this guy is great. He hears you, he understands you, he listens and he responds. I will be a life-long client. Kenny P's should be the first and perhaps last place you need to go for help. I had built and published a website using software that I found particularly user-friendly. Soon after, the laptop I had used to create the site went missing. Fortunately I had created a backup of the site on a flash drive. I purchased a new laptop, with a much higher resolution, downloaded the site-builder software and opened the bkup file only to find that it would not open properly on the new PC making it impossible for me to update my site. While tech support for the software was initially helpful, when I finally asked them to test the file on a laptop with the same resolution as mine they stopped communicating with me. A month ago I had taken my laptop to Kenny P for servicing based on a recommendation from a friend. Since tech support was no longer going to assist me I decided to email Kenny, explaining the situation in detail. I was surprised when Kenny responded to me almost immediately. He confirmed my suspicions that the problem is with the software not being compatible with the high resolution on my PC. These guys are legit! I've never needed (considering I've owned my own company and relied on my own IT people) a "strip mall" PC repair company. As a matter of fact (pardon my snobbery), I would never have considered one but I was on my own and ask a trusted biz friend about where to go and he said "Kenny P" is the man. While I've never had the opportunity to actually meet Kenny in person (he's taken on a kinda "wizardly" cool furtive role in my experience), he remoted in to correct several issues (once while he was out of the country, Japan I think). I am simply blown away. I had a massive project to do for work when suddenly my laptop ground to a halt in terms of operating. I frantically called Computer Services at the end of the day hoping that they were not closed and got Kenny who instructed me on how to allow him access to fix my computer remotely. I watched as he worked from my screen with speed and skill deftly moving through my system and isolating issues and problems that had brought my laptop to a standstill. Over the course of a few hours he was able to find hundreds of issues (something I would not have believed had I not seen him doing the work myself). Hours later, 11pm and he was still working on the issues. I questioned if he was still at work and his response was "I am here until the job gets done." Utterly blown away by the professionalism, courtesy, and needless to say - helping me in a time of desperate need. I can not emphasize enough - nobody else even comes close in terms of ability and services to Kenny P. I chose Kenny P due to the positive reviews they received and the fact that they conduct a diagnosis at no cost. I was extremely pleased to find that Kenny and his team more than lived up to the hype. I though my PC had a bios or overheating issue. I did not want to pay the customary $40 diagnostic fee and find out all the PC needed was a $5 fan that takes 30 seconds to install. Therefore, Kenny P was the perfect match. It turned out all my systems were working perfectly, and that the computer just needed a clean up and a major dusting (dust was clogging vents and the like). Not only did he not charge for any of the service but he had some great recommendations. He also loaded on updated versions of some pertinent software at no charge. The service was spectacular and very prompt (everything was complete exactly when they said it would be) and they were very honest (there was no attempt to present false problems just to be able to bill for something). I've known Kenny a long time just through social media and had the privilege to meet him a few years back. When I found out, he was branching out into Business IT, and my company needed new service, it was like what am I thinking? I need to call Kenny. I think I was his first monthly business customer, not sure. But this man flew out to Denver, set up my system and fixed everything for my 20 computers. This year I expanded into a building that is on my same block but 500 feet away, he had the idea of running fiber optic cable and extending my service into that building. Guess what? He flew out again and did it . This was the smoothest (technology) of opening a business that I've ever had. And I don't think it was a simple one, but they made it seem like it was. Now I have seven stations in my new building that works seamlessly from my other building. Amazing! I live on an island where we don't have any qualified computer repair companies and my laptop crashed and I was dead in the water. Based on what turned out to be a great recommendation from a friend I called Kenny P and was ready to fly him down to the islands to help me out because I was in a panic. He could sense my stress level and dropped what he was doing and worked with me over the phone and via the web until I was up and running. Initially I was ready to fly him down and buy 2 new laptops and a new server. By the time Kenny calmed me down and saved my life he had also saved me thousands of dollars. I first heard about Kenny P from several close friends about a year ago, so I brought a brand new laptop and a brand new desktop to Kenny P requesting that he install Windows 8.1 and transfer all programs and data from old units to the new ones. He accomplished these tasks quickly and accurately. When minor problems cropped up, he connected remotely and fixed them...I could not believe the speed at which he moved the cursor and typed. More recently, I mentioned via email that I was receiving (on both units) unwanted popups from a software provider. Kenny P connected remotely and, within minutes, disabled the programs causing the popups. Again, a job well done, quickly and professionally. Had issues with my computer running slow and a few glitches ( that were driving me crazy) I had seen this place in hollywood and thought I would give them a try .. to my surprise I walked in and right away was greeted and asked if they could be of service? Wow ! They took care of me right away and were so nice and professional! Turned out I had viruses that were disrupting all functions of my CPU and hard drive, I was again surprised that the bill was so reasonable and they had me up and running the very next day ! I was trying to download some video media player and of course like an idiot, I clicked on the very first link, which happened to be an ad, i.e., malware. Malware on a MAC. And if anyone knows anything about fixing computers, you would know that there are about 20 different ways to fix a PC, but very few ways to fix Macs because they usually don't need fixing?! I know some people who got ONE virus on a Mac and literally ended up having to get a new computer. Luckily my roommate was home and he knows Kenny. So we called him up and Kenny immediately was able to remotely access my computer. I basically watched Kenny fix my computer in real time. It was pretty amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would. On Friday (3 days ago) we noticed my sons laptop had a virus. School starts on Monday. That's 3 days!! For 7 years now we've gone to Kenny for every & any computer/laptop issue. All stressed out due to our time frame we call Kenny. Usually I don't write reviews on here, however for Kenny I will make an exception. When I was in college I used my laptop for notes during class. One day I go into class and my computer just stopped working. Took FOREVER to load things, open sites, would type extremely delayed. So I texted Kenny asking if there is anything I should do. He gave me a link to go to so he could access my computer FROM HIS HOME. Within 10 minutes my computer was working at 100%. That was the most interesting thing that I got out of that class also. I was contemplating on throwing my laptop away when I came across this company on google I decided to give them a try. I dropped my computer off and was in and out within five minutes which is a huge plus for me because I hate waiting in lines. The next day I received a phone call that my computer was fixed and ready for pick up! I believe in great customer service and honesty and Kenny gave me both. I took my computer to Kenny a while back after contracting a terrible virus (I know, I'm an idiot). The virus pretty much blocked me from accessing all of my programs after start up and preventing me from opening task manager. After taking my computer to Kenny, my computer worked better than ever. He was really affordable and made sure to go the extra mile by cleaning up my computer and installing a free anti-virus software on it.
