Apparently the only person who "takes care of customers" Telling me my computer issue is unserviceable and beyond repair without seeing it or letting me explain the issue, yelling at me on the phone that this is how you do business, telling me I don't know what I'm talking about and then hanging up? Dude this is not how you gain business or a good reputation. There are PLENTY of other professional companies for me to deal with. You have much to learn about customer service. I would think that taunting a would be customer into leaving you a review on yelp is not smart for business. read more

Came in to fix my phone screen. They were able to replace it in about an hour while we walked around the plaza. Workers were friendly, and didn't seem to be in a rush to close even though we were there a bit late. They did a good job on the screen, and were knowledgeable about their work, as they were able to answer my questions. Glass screen protectors were only $10 for the plus, so that was great. Phone case selection was a bit smaller than I would hope. They had more cases for older / smaller models of iPhones than for the plus. Overall good experience, if I need more work done I'll return here. read more

I looked at almost every iPhone repair place in Broward County and all of them had some negative reviews. Phones R Us only had 4 and 5 star reviews, so I went to see them. For $55, I had my broken screen repaired in 15 minutes by Luis. When I left the store and started driving home, I realized that while wearing my polarized sunglasses, the screen was black. I called Luis and he told me to come back and he would use my sunglasses to find the right screen replacement so that I would be able to see the screen with my glasses on. He said it might take a little while because he would have to install and test multiple screens. Within 2 hours, he found the perfect screen for me. I was charged two hours labor to replace a fan for my HP G7 PC. The manager says this is justified because of the time required to deal with the heat sink, thermal paste, etc. I may have agreed to this charge -- I don't remember -- because I was desperate to get my PC back and wasn't willing to shop it elsewhere. I watched YouTube videos of amateurs replace the fan on this identical model, including heat sink and thermal paste, in about twenty minutes. The labor charge by Comp R Us seems a little excessive. read more
