I called Brian and with a quick response, he came over to my house to see what I needed. I was looking to bring my Cablevision to an detached garage, along with wifi and to also bring my cable out to the back of my home for a TV, along with the installation of the wall brackets and TV's as well. This required outside trenching a conduit for the cable from the house to the garage and going under a cement and paver walkway. Brian came, checked it out, had me rest at ease knowing that it can be done no problem. His crew of 2 hard workers, Chris and his Ryan showed up and started the job with diligence. They started by surveying the site for the best route of running the wires, and got to work. These guys worked all day running cables (cat5 wire) and installing all that was needed. They needed to come back a second day to finish up. Chris and Ryan were amazing working really hard as a team and not stopping. My end product...I have my 2 TV'S installed and my wifi repeater in the garage as well. These guys are amazing!! I already discussed with Ryan now a security system and well be getting that done in the future. He gave me a great price on that too. He is coming this Friday to install an electric box on the roof of my garage room to hang a chandeli over a board table. These guys rock. They are professionals and get the job done!

I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.

Since they don't respect appointments I had my mother wait on them to come install the equipment, they wanted a check. I left it with my mother and went to work. On my way to she calls to tell me they'll start installation when they receive they check and the payment goes through (meaning another day wasted) so they were going to send their technician out to pick up the check then schedule the appointment when they feel like it. This company left a really bad impression to my family who were also interested in contracting them. Is it so difficult to send clients to collections if they're owing you? Why let others pay (waste time) cause apparently other clients are owing them (that's what they told my mother)
