Finding a honest skilled electrician in south Florida is tough. These guys hit the spot, and they are reasonably priced to boot. Jose got here on time, made it through the five items we needed, and cleaned up after himself. All while being kind and courteous. He even took time to show me how I can adjust the pendant lights myself. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be giving them more business. read more

I wanted to give an update to my prior review. My house was going through a major renovation of which we stumbled upon a lot of poor electrical work that wasn't up to code. Charlie and Jose were so helpful with all my requests and change in schedule. Not only were they patient but the did exceptional work! Charlie and Jose were always transparent and honest about all the work that was recommended. My house is older so quite a bit needed done (replacing the panel, meter outside, complete all the electrical in my kitchen, hang my light fixtures) they can do it all! Highly highly recommend them for any and all electrical needs read more

IES Electrical Services installed a 30-amp outlet to hook up our portable generator to be used when we have a lengthy power outage. I was quoted a reasonable price that included both materials and labor. The electrician showed up on time and installed the outlet. The lockout part had to be ordered and when the part came in, the electrician came back as scheduled and completed the job. The electrician was very professional and courteous. He thoroughly explained the steps required to hook up our portable generator. I would definitely use IES Electrical Services for my next electrical project. read more

Very happy with the service that Charlie and his team at IES provided. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, had someone out within a short time frame, quoted a competitive price, got the work done quickly and well, and even pointed out a few things that needed to be fixed / updated that I, as a non-electrician, wasn't aware of. I've already recommended IES to others! read more

I put in a request for an electrician to repair a light switch and possibly the circuit breaker on yelp and Carlos from I E S Electrical answered within 10 minutes of my request. Carlos was able to schedule me for the very next day with a two hour window and he showed up on time! He immediately knew what the problem was he came prepared, he had a mask on, he had all of his tools and did not have to leave to get any other supplies. I had major damage to a wall socket due to faulty old wiring that could've caused a major fire inside the wall, leading to a house fire. Carlos's service and professionalism bar far at the top and the best I've ever experienced. His communication, professionalism, and honesty is impeccable! I am going to post the name of his company and his name on the reference board in my condominium building. He deserves every bit of business that comes his way. Thank you so much Carlos... you truly most likely saved me from a possibly dangerous situation and outcome. read more

Great job delivering great service! Appreciated the quick follow up and attention to detail.

Based on the great reviews and the initial responsiveness I had great hopes. Sent a variety of pictures as requested. Was given a verbal quote and diagnosis. When asking for a written quote suddenly all went silent. Now it seems we are blocked. We needed the work done and all we needed to proceed was to show the invoice/quote to the buyer of the home. This was necessary to show we were moving forward with the repair. Gone are the days when companies actually come out and give written quotes. Very unprofessional.. read more

Very pleased with their service. They initially requested pictures of the project (install outdoor light) and were able to give an accurate estimate of the total cost. Once we agreed on that, the technicians came over that same day and completed the job quickly and competently. Overall a great experience. read more

Charlie set up an appointment for me a week ahead of time, he confirmed the day before and arrived on time. He promptly went to work and explained the issues I was having. It is New Year's Day, 1/2/23, and good luck with finding a qualified electrician who could restore water to my friend's house. Charlie from I.E.S. Corp. responded immediately to my request for help. He sent José for the repair and he was amazing. It wasn't the circuit breaker causing the problem but rather broken parts in the well water pump that the inept plumber who came two days previously neglected to find. Moreover, even on a day when many stores were still closed for the holiday, José was able to go and find the needed parts. Bottom Line: If you are looking for a highly knowledgeable and extremely capable electrician, I'd recommend that you contact I.E.S. read more

Called IES after trying to go through Mister Sparky and not feeling comfortable with their estimate. Reached Charlie on Friday and by Monday morning he was here taking care of all my concerns. He took the time to explain everything to me, was very reasonable price-wise, and was refreshingly honest the whole way through (which is huge when dealing with this kind of foreign stuff). I found a real gem here in IES and plan to utilize their services again in the future and would gladly recommend to anyone I know. read more

I highly recommend this company. The company immediately respond to my inquiry and provided me a price range which was reasonable, but Charlie came out to our home punctually as promised. He brought all necessary tools and installed a extra large porch chandelier on a ceiling that is 20 feet high. Most other electricians refused the job because of thee height of the ceiling. Charlies did an outstanding job with the installation, completed the job quickly, his services are very reasonable and he is highly professional. His price was just as he quoted with No hidden fees.
