Superb service from start to finish. I called them to install a Tesla charger in my new home, and they were out at my place to perform a survey in a couple of days. They performed a comprehensive assessment, including a review of all my home's appliances, to ensure that my capacity was sufficient given the load requirement. In two days, they came back with two comprehensive estimates based on two scenarios I asked them to model. I went with the more expensive installation option, which required them to run the electricity up the wall and on the ceiling to accommodate the charger on the other side of my garage. While more complex, the cost was not that much more expensive, and their quotes were competitive. The gentlemen who arrived at my home for the installation were also very professional, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and did a very clean job. I don't know what I signed for but fast-forward for today. I have an open permit from this company on my property. I can't sell it till I get this rescued or resolved . He is way overpriced. My friends tell me that I'm a tough customer who is hard to please, but I couldn't be any happier with the job done for me by Elektron Electric. The job was to install a Tesla Wall Connector which is not rocket science, but there are a lot of details that need to be considered before doing the job. Rodrigo Moreno showed up on time and provided me with a detailed estimate after spending a considerable amount of time examining my electrical service as well as doing an electrical load analysis to ensure that my existing service was adequate for the increased load. I had a few other estimates where they didn't examine my existing service and panel configuration nor did they even mention a load analysis. Rodrigo and his team are remarkably professional, courteous, honest and have integrity enough for me to give them the keys, codes and passwords to my home and security system while I am thousands of miles away. I hired Rodrigo to fully equip my home with security lighting and cams, landscape lighting and interior work which require utmost care (working with antique light fixtures and heavy chandeliers, etc.) From the initial meeting, to the estimate and how it was broken down to his suggestion to work in phases to roll out the costs and production was just brilliantly executed and delivered.
