The price was good in my opinion and notably far below the rip-off price proposed by another. I thought that getting the low price meant I wouldn't get the best of options for the install. I figured the "swag" wire coming from over the door sill would have to remain. But he got the wire hidden above the ceiling with just one hole that he patched up perfectly! I figured I'd have to repaint the ceiling, but he said, "Maybe not." It dried perfectly white like the rest of my ceiling! I don't have to repaint. I can't see where the hole he made was! I've owned my home for over two decades, and this has been the best project ever.

I reviewed that contract clause and it says " Solomon Electric LLC is not responsible for repairing, replacing, refinishing, matching, painting, texturing, patching, or restoring drywall, plaster, stucco, tile, flooring, cabinetry, concrete, landscaping, or any other finished surfaces that must be opened, removed, or disturbed to perform the electrical work. Any restoration work shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer and is not included in this estimate unless specifically stated in writing."
