Don't know it. Can't review it if I don't know it not sure maybe if I knew the business better I can then make a recommendation

I called because their website advertises free estimates. Instead, I was told flatly, 'We don't do estimates.' Just hourly billing. When I asked for even a rough idea of time or cost for a few small jobs, like replacing two light fixtures, checking an exterior outlet, and replacing a potentially hazardous wire in the attic, he was rude and dismissive. It felt like I was being pushed to hire them blind, with no sense of cost. I told him, 'No thank you,' and ended the call. read more

I've used John Johnson a couple of times. They're great. Tim is an absolute pro! But don't take my word for it. I just had an outside electrician look at John Johnson's work and admire it. Like he seemed genuinely impressed. He said it was very well done. Possibly even overdone from a safety perspective (in a good way). Maybe there's no better vote of confidence than from your peer. read more

I've lived in South Florida since I was 5 for the last 45 years and in the same house last 19 years. I'm a gringo and a war vet so to me your word is the defining nature of how "good" you are as a person or as a business. I've had 19 years of electrical contractors that would promise and either show up late(or not at all), change the price or screw up the job. And good luck getting them to fix it. John's company showed up when they said they would, they gave me a reasonable estimate and didn't change it later, and when they were done not only did it work well but when done but after you actually checked it out you could see they didn't take any shortcuts. And by the way I can talk from MANY years of experience, the one guy out there that's cheaper than everyone else is cutting a corner somewhere and sometimes it's a dangerous corner. I can tell you from experience and you might not figure it out til later when it's too late). These guys went above and beyond the call of duty and at a reasonable rate. In my humble opinion don't gamble with a shady electrician. Give these guys a call and you you will be treated with what is badly needed in this country, some honor. Just my 2 cents. Ray read more

Update: I called this company to come figure out when my lights were flickering so bad and to check a bad outlet. The Electritian who came over simply checked the inside box and claimed that he had to tighten the lines and everything would be fine. I assumed that he fixed our issue and my safety concern. I continued to have light flickering after the Electritian left but figured that we were safe. So when my entire house almost blew up and my garage door opener, printer blew up with a plume of smoke, light bulbs blew up after shinning brighter than the sun, etc all shorted out costing me over a $1,000 to replace. It turns out that the reason why my lights were flickering was because my outside neutral line to my house (220) was loose and breaking away from the neutral bar. If the Electritian would have just went outside, he would have saw my neutral line was broken and saved me $1,800 in repair costs. Two stars for coming over quickly but when I hired another professional company after my house was blowing up, the electrician easily identified the problem within 20 mins of coming to my house. Can't commit to a five star review on a company after paying over $350 to them only to find out that they never treated the problem and costs me way more money due to a lack of knowledge. read more

I called on the weekend and left a voicemail. My call was promptly returned on Monday morning. I explained the issue to John and he informed me that he could have someone out the next day. Tim was assigned to take care of the request. He called an hour before arriving to notify me that he was on his way. Tim was respectful and professional. Amazing response and professionalism We had an electrical emergency last night so I called first thing this morning. Tim arrived early around 8:00am to fix all of our electrical problems. He is knowledgeable, professional, and always very polite. He had to replace the electrical components of our hot water heater that were fried because they were installed incorrectly by the plumbing company. This caused the unit to melt the connection, cause sparking, and our garage to fill with smoke. He also brought the electrical connection up to code (also not done by Ganz Plumbing when the water heater was installed less than a year ago) and fixed the loose ground wire that caused sparking on the outside of our house. This was a scary situation and I feel confident that this company fixed all of our issues! Thank you! read more

Better than "complete turn-key valet service". Real pros. Fair price and courteous. - I called the main office and quickly a technician was sent over to review the problem. They had parts readily available and no delays. - They operate efficiently like a "well-oiled machine". - Communication was always clear and easy to understand. - They fixed some major safety issues with my electrical panel and entire electrical system of my house. - I'm a licensed General Contractor. So, I know when I see a good electrician like Tim or John. read more
