When I asked for even a rough idea of time or cost for a few small jobs, like replacing two light fixtures, checking an exterior outlet, and replacing a potentially hazardous wire in the attic, he was rude and dismissive. And, in doing it the installer was on time, polite, cleaned up the mess, personable, etc. The price bid by "My Electrical Genie" was offered right away - they were the first to respond to my listing. And they responded with a price. Others didn't respond with a price even though my project was very specific, simple, and with pictures! The price was good in my opinion and notably far below the rip-off price proposed by another. I thought that getting the low price meant I wouldn't get the best of options for the install. I figured the "swag" wire coming from over the door sill would have to remain. But he got the wire hidden above the ceiling with just one hole that he patched up perfectly! I figured I'd have to repaint the ceiling, but he said, "Maybe not." It dried perfectly white like the rest of my ceiling! I don't have to repaint. I can't see where the hole he made was! I've owned my home for over two decades, and this has been the best project ever.

I used Happy Home up north plenty of times before with great satisfaction but this was my first time using them in southwest Broward and for such a big nasty job. Alex, Josh, Eddy, Matt , Mort, Joe, John, and Ronaldo all were very professional, clean, and efficient. They got four apartments powered back up after one of the meters exploded and put four new panels and wiring in like a nascar pit crew. Always upfront and honest. Terrific response and setup to be able to have everything they needed to do a job like this so fast.

Because of the height of the ceiling, the job required scaffolding, and they came prepared and were able to get everything taken care of in one day. I was extremely appreciative of how quickly they responded, their professionalism, and their willingness to stay late to finish the job properly. It is not easy to find a company that responds so quickly to an emergency and follows through until the job is done. I would definitely recommend Solomon Electric, and a special thank you to Juan and Camillo for their excellent service!

The day after Christmas, I called Perfect Electric and they had a technician, Brian, at my property within two hours, which already impressed me. Brian clearly explained what was going on and confirmed that nothing in my house was causing the issue. He was professional, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable.
