Barrington is awesome! Very knowledgeable and knows what's he's doing. Went to a couple other places to repair my PS5 but they seemed to not want to do it. Had no problems bringing it here and I got it done for a reasonable price in a reasonable time. I haven't had any problems with my PS5 since. Definitely would recommend! read more

Really great place. Everything is very straight forward and he even gave an idea what it could be. Had my laptop done promptly and it was exactly as he thought! Definite going here as my place to go for when I need things to be fixed! read more

I consider myself pretty good with PC's and can usually fix any issues on my own. But when I tried replacing my CPU with a new one, I couldn't get my PC to boot and then spilled some thermal paste on my motherboard. I knew I needed a professional and at this place I got my PC back the next morning, working perfectly and all cleaned up. Hopefully I won't need to see them again but if I do, I wouldn't take my PC anywhere else. read more

After finding all those positive reviews I brought my kid's gamer Asus laptop to PC Reboot. Barrington was amazing, his service was kind, quick, respectful and to the point. Laptop was serviced by end of the same day after Barrington explained what the problem was and what he did. would highly recommend to everyone! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! BEWARE! This place is the absolute WORST! They gave me someone else's hard drive and now they cannot find mine! So now I have all of the files and information of another customer and I am sure someone else has my information. This is not the place you want to trust with your personal devices! The owner also has terrible customer service. He did absolutely nothing to try to resolve this problem. In fact HE TOLD ME HE THREW AWAY MY HARDRIVE! What kind of PC REPAIR SHOP just throws away hard drives? All of my personal information is floating around somewhere because I paid the wrong place to replace it. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL HOPEFULLY it doesn't end up in someone else's possession ONCE AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE. (I went to Kenny G's to get my hard drive restored and they were such a pleasure to work with. They will be getting my money from now on) read more

After looking all over for places on Yelp to bring my laptop to in the PP/Miramar area, I stumbled across PC Reboot, and boy, I'm glad I DID! I do photography for a living, and in this day and age, a computer is EVERYTHING. While I was editing, my laptop went from blazing fast to smoldering slow. Checked the disk, and it was giving me a hard drive fail status. Just a couple of days before a big travel trip for a wedding. Barrington should be called a life saver. Not only did he provide me with an accurate solution, but an affordable one as well. He even stayed after closing to make sure everything was working A OK. Definitely recommend!!! LD read more

I had dropped my Dell touchscreen laptop and broke the entire back panel. I found PC Reboot here on yelp and took my laptop. Barrington ordered the part and repaired my laptop and it looks new again. This was not your typical screen replacement. I would definitely come back again. read more

This service was sooooo fast!! So glad I picked this location to come to! I needed my laptop trackpad fixed, he didn't even have the part, and was still able to get my laptop back to me in one day. Would definitely recommend!! read more

I dropped off my laptop on the day before New Year's Eve and they got it back to me all repaired by the day after New Years Day. They did an excellent job repairing my laptop, they did the job fast, they communicated with me throughout the process giving me updates on what they were doing and how long it was going to take, and they did not charge me more than what they told me they would charge me. No excuses, no problems, just excellent, competent service. Excellent all around! I would recommend this business for the services they provide. read more

This guy is a con artist. I have two laptops that I tried to replace the trackpads on myself. I couldn't get the trackpads lined up properly on my own, so I decided to go to a professional. He said he could fix it. I brought them in on a Saturday, and he said he wouldn't be able to look at them until Monday. On Monday morning, he called me at 11:00 and told me he fixed them. When I got there, they looked exactly the same as when I brought them in. He said he tried to take them apart and fix them, but he didn't do anything at all, and still charged me 60 bucks. I know for a fact he didn't even open the laptops up, because when I got home I opened them again and the exact same stickers and adhesives that I applied when I tried to fix it myself were still completely intact. I knew something was fishy when he said that the three button trackpads on the Lenovo's are separate parts from the trackpad itself, because that is not true at all, I ordered the replacement myself and I when I took it apart to fix it, the three buttons are part of the trackpad. He literally just kept my laptops in his store over the weekend, did nothing at all, then charged me for it. I am disputing the charge with my bank and I hope I get my money back. Also, the store hours are 10 Am to 8 pm. I arrived at 10 Am, and he didn't show up until almost 11. Then he said at 12 he goes on lunch break until 2 pm. I came back at 2 pm, and he didn't show up until almost 4 pm. He comes into work at 11 AM, works for an hour, then takes a 4 hour lunch break... I saw at least half a dozen customers walk to the door, see he wasn't there, and then leave, during the time I was waiting for him to show up. I don't advise anyone to go to this place. Find somewhere else. read more

Great company! Great prices! Trustworthy and very honest. Highly recommended. This guy knows his stuff.

I Highly recommend this place. They offer reasonably priced and prompt services. Best prices in Pembroke Pines, believe me, I shop around.

The service here is amazing. & i love the way things are ran. You can leave your computer & you pay when you get back. They don't ask for your money upfront. It's better that way, in my prospective because what if they did something, i don't like? But no. I strongly recommend this place. They left my computer brand new, for a good price. read more

Barrington was super helpful and went out of his way to attempt to fix a desktop PC. He even took parts out of other machines to isolate the failure beyond normal diagnosing techniques. He can either fix it or provide a path to replace what is needed. I HIGHLY recommend PCREBOOT and Barrington! read more

Being that I know nothing about computers I felt vulnerable taking my old laptop to a repair place for a black screen. Did not even know where to start so I search the web near my area and PC Reboot kept coming up. I emailed the company and had a response very quickly the other company I found still waiting to hear from. And after emailing a couple of days I went to see Barrington. He is the old fashion customer service, cares and takes time to explain and answer dumb questions, lol. Service took only a week, to be expected with snail mail and the price was unbelievable. When I went to pick up my laptop he even was kind enough to answer questions about another laptop I have, where I feel some where else would have said to bring in it. Also, the estimate he gave me to replace the screen is the price I paid when I picked up my laptop nothing extra. Wonderful, Barrinton is the best, will go no where else for any technical issues I have with any electronic. He even tried to help me with my smart watch! Beyond duty. Old fashioned customer service with a smile. read more
