Mark is a great techi. He worked diligently to get my IMAC working as soon as possible. My drive needed to be replaced and we retained all data. Affordable prices and Excellent service! Brought in my laptop to get checked out for possible viruses. Not only did they do an awesome job in getting rid of the viruses but they also recommended some hardware upgrades and now my laptop is running brand new. read more

I was in the area on business and my Dell power supply did not make it through the airlines. I was in dire need and called Marc to see if he had one I could buy. The one he had would not work and it would take 3 days to order a replacement. He loaned me his personal universal power supply for the meetings I had scheduled. This was without a deposit! My trip went off without a hitch thanks to Marc. These are stand up guys and I will go back to them whenever I am in the area and need tech support. read more

Marc was recommended to me by a good friend and so far I have utilized his service twice and I'm very pleased with his work. Marc is genuinely nice and will provide you with an informative quote on services needed/requested at a fair price. He will even suggest alternatives to help you make a decision that suits your budget. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Marc on setting up my home pc with all applicable software to assist me with working at home while on maternity leave. He was great in providing door to door service which was a wonderful perk at the time being that I was a new mommy. Most recently, he rescued me from a destroyed hard drive and needless to say, he had the problem resolved and pc returned to me within a day. I had researched for help for my computer problem issues and decided upon B & F; and I'm so glad that I did. I dropped my PC off on a Saturday and within a few hours was able to pick it up, free of the problems that had been apparent for the past 6 months at least. I use my computer for work which I do from home Monday thru Friday; therefore, being able to have it fixed on Saturday was so helpful. I will surely use them in the future. The cost was affordable and I was treated with respect and kindness even though my knowledge of computer technologies is quite limited. read more

BandF Technologies are great people to work with. I've known the owner now for over 10 years and counting. They are very customer friendly and professional and won't overcharge you like some other companies. I've had virus removed from my computer, family photos and music recovered from crashed hard drive. Recently, I've ordered a custom built PC for my photography work and I love it.
