It captures images of your eyes that can be referenced in the future, too, so doctors don't have to rely on chart notes about the status of your eyes. Awesome stuff. The office is spotless, the staff is friendly, courteous, and swift without making you feel rushed. Great selection of frames, and the opticians are great about helping you make a selection and fitting you with your frames and lenses. They also are easy to work with on getting the lenses right. I always get my glasses sooner than they estimate, and once I had to get new lenses because there was a problem with the placement of the 'components' (?) of my progressive lenses, and they corrected the placement, and replaced the lenses swiftly and without hassle. Jennifer did my initial scans and was super nice, quick, and explained everything to me very clearly. The process was easy and painless thanks to her. I went with the Nikon eye scan instead of a dilation because I had to drive after and I'm so glad I did. I waited for a bit while Dr. Phillips finished with his previous patient and looked over my scans and paperwork, then he came out and got me for my exam. He was very thorough and showed me my eye scan. I got a new prescription and he walked me out to the lobby again. Alana helped me pick frames and lenses. She picked out several options for me and I picked the one I liked the most with her support. She was very nice the whole time and took the stress out of the whole process. I put off getting new glasses for 14 years because of the stress and anxiety associated with going to the eye doctor and adjusting to new lenses and frames each time your prescription changes. The people here made the entire process so easy that I am confident I won't have any reservations about keeping up with regular exams again.

Sequence of events: 1. First appointment, the receptionist asks me if I knew anything about computers and Gmail as she was having problems setting it up. I meet with Dr. and specifically order new Gas Permiable contacts, bLue (Left eye), and gReen (Right eye) so I don't mix them up (the dot put on Right contact to tell which is which always disappears after a while). After waiting several weeks for call that they are ready, both came back clear. 2. Reorder and wait several more weeks for delivery. 3. Less than a month, Left contact broke/chipped. It wasn't quite right anyway so I asked for another appt to see if we could get better vision - Reordered Left contact but gave both as they were in same case. 4. After several weeks, I got call that contact was ready. I go to pick up and they only give me Left contact. I asked where the right contact was. Receptionist inquired and said it is on order? I explained it didn't need to be reordered as it was perfect. 5. After several weeks I get call that Right contact is ready. I use my short lunch hour to drive across town to get it. After waiting a while until my turn, I hear receptionist on phone to manufacturing company asking if my contact was delivered to her office! She had called me telling me it was ready for pick up! I see her rifeling through files and going to back room. She asks me to have a little more patience! All I could muster was "I got to go!" as I had to get back to work. I was so angry and frustrated. I never got a call from the office. They mailed me my contact! I'm not wearing them as they still don't fit well, but I will NEVER go back there again. I had low expectations, but was so impressed with the level of care I received by Dr. Morey. He took his time, listened to me, and even went so far as to pull up some relevant images for me on Google to help educate me, staying long after their closing time. The icing on the cake was that he was willing to accommodate me by providing samples at no charge after I told him I'd be moving out of state within days and wouldn't be able to see him for a follow up appointment. I'm sad that I won't be able to keep seeing Dr. Morey and wish I'd found this office much sooner. Thank you, guys!

I stood there until they looked up. I told them this was second time this has happened, no offer to assist me. They both just looked at me. One girl has scurried back to her desk. The male and female on their phones tried to act attentive but too late. Very poor customer service, will not be back.
