Please be aware. This company scammed me. Make sure you get everything written out in paper bc you will be scammed out of your money. This company charged me $750 to stop a leak, put an emergency switch on and add refrigerant. I was told that the price included yearly maintenance but when I called back to get clarification, he said it wasn't included in the price. He advised me that it is $600 to put refrigerant in the ac and leak seal so he gave me a "deal", bs. He told me I needed maybe 2-3 lbs of refrigerant, how does that amount to $600!?!? I received no invoice and no real explanation for why I was charged so much. Don't let these people take advantage of you in your time of need. read more

He kept me updated about the ETA (est. time of arrival). After diagnosing the problem and answering numerous questions I had, he explained several options that could be done. I have no doubt he was being honest. He explained the pros and cons of each option. After some more time he even thought outside the box and offered me another solution that was even more cost effective. That meant he would have less work. Simply AMAZING!!! He walked me through the process of diagnosing the system informing me what the issue was giving me a quote for repair.
