First time working with Texas Eagle AC & Heating and had a pleasant experience…read more Office Manager Ahmad was one of the quickest to response for a quote and answered my questions in detail. The quote for an AC inspection was very reasonable and he was very responsive in setting up the inspection even I contacted him via Yelp after business hours when I was ready to schedule. I was trying to make an informed decision of buying a townhome. After a prepurchase home inspection from Randall with RECON Home Inspections (also high recommended). Inspector suggested to have an electrician and an HVAC technician to have further inspection. The HVAC Tech arrived in its company van wrapped with its logo during the scheduled time. Around 45 mins prior to it, I got a text from TX Eagle about the arrival time. The HVAC Tech named Justin was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was patient to answer any questions I had and he used the human body and the heart as an analogy to explain the AV system to demystify it, so it was easy to understand and I appreciated it. He found the problem which half the evaporator coil were not working due to blockage that was why the temperature couldn't go down further than 76°f, which the home inspector pointed out prior but didn't know why. He also checked the duck in the attic and mentioned the firewall were torn down which needed to be sealed up to prevent fire coming in from another units as he used to be a firefighter. That also aligned with Randall the inspector told me during the home inspection. He also wrote the coil issue on the receipt of the HVAC inspection and it was available shortly after the inspection. Buying a house/townhome is very stressful and having a team of expertise was very helpful. I am so glad I found the right people to help with making an informed decision for such a huge purchase. I highly recommend Texas Eagle AC & Heating. You will be glad you go with them!

We bought a very nice 2 stage cooling system and feel the difference immediately. What sets ultimate comfort apart though in my opinion, is the crew. Stephen and his men were very considerate, professional and courteous. Many times you feel uncomfortable having strangers in your home, but these men were very friendly and informative. One man happened to be outside when the garbage truck came by and he pushed our trash can closer to the truck to line it up better- very considerate! Above and beyond in my book! I really appreciated how Steven walked us around to see the outdoor unit, then the attic, explained the thermostat and answered all our questions thoroughly. We will be calling them for anything ac related in the future. Thank you gentlemen!

Kenny, the lead tech, had great knowledge of HVAC and was able to figure out the issue, apparently a pretty rare one, quickly and got to work on the solution. I'm very pleased with Kenny's attention to detail and knowledge. He explained in detail the steps he was taking to diagnose issues throughout, and also the steps and costs associated with the solutions so you had a rough estimate throughout the process. I've been surprised by costs after some minor HVAC work before, so it was nice to know throughout the process what the work and parts would cost me. Texas Pride is now my go to HVAC provider and I'd recommend them to anyone.
