When I arrived as scheduled, I was informed by the associate working that my reserved unit had been given to an online reservation to another customer. I was told this happened because I was "not committed to my reservation ," which I found unprofessional and needless to say disrespectful . I was then offered a unit on a different floor, which did not meet my needs. Unfortunately, my time was wasted due to poor communication and lack of follow-through. With so many storage options available, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility.

Went to the front desk to ask a few questions and buy some boxes and the woman up front had terrible customer service. She was kinda rude and made me feel like I was bothering her or something? You can tell she doesn't like her job. Skip a few months later, I'm moving out, finally, so I call to ask some questions and I knew it was her that answered the phone because I recognized her voice and her tone.
