I recently spoke Marcin from StorageMart about the missing items from my Storage. First of all this was my first interaction with anyone from StorageMart since Nov. Marcin was very nice and professional and explained things much better than Vincent. I however explained to him that I have been a customer for 3 years and you'd never have heard anything from me since this incident happened, but the fact that I had to seek someone out to get resolution was crazy and no kind of customer service.The way in which Rebecca the insurance lady spoke to me was rude and disrespectful for someone representing StorageMart. Anyway, after telling Marcin I wanted to see the pic from when my Storage was opened,why was I not allowed to see the camera footage when I reported it. Marcin listened to what I had to say and addressed all my questions and concerns. He apologized for the lack of customer service and that my stuff was missing. If this had been addressed like Marcin addressed it now I would've still been upset because my stuff is missing, but I would've appreciated hearing from a member of management who could answer my questions. I cannot get my stuff back, but I am satisfied with Marcins customer service and if he isn't the one addressing customers when something goes wrong he should be. Members of management and employees serve as the face of your business and when the are rude and dismissive it leaves a customer with a bad taste about your business. Thank you for taking the time to listen and address my questions and concerns. I am sorry that it took a bad review to get to be heard, but my son is overseas in the Army and should not have to come back and have his stuff missing. My fav place for storage. It's nearby, and the service is awesome. Vincent quickly took care of downsizing my unit as it was obvious my items didn't need such a large space. Since the units were close to each other, two hours later I was moved. Working nearby, he stopped to see how things were going. Aleyanna is new and very thoughtful. She kept track of how to do a transfer. As I was leaving, she was in a unit scrubbing down the metal walls. The friendliness of the personnel keeps me coming back when I need them. Clean. Cared for. In the middle of my move, I had to switch out to a larger unit, this was hassle free, while I'm switching unit, Randy took care of All the paper work then drove it down to the new unit for me.
