Our move was confirmed for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. We packed our entire home, organized our schedule, and prepared everything according to the commitment made by this company. When the scheduled time arrived, we called to confirm their arrival and were shocked to learn that our reservation was not even in their system. After spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve the issue, they apologized and rescheduled the move for Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Because we live in a townhouse community where moving is not allowed on Sundays, we had to go through the trouble of obtaining a special exception just to accommodate their mistake. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. Sunday came, and once again they failed to show up. No movers, no solution, and no accountability. As a result, we were left with our entire home packed in boxes, unable to move, dealing with stressed and confused dogs, rearranging work commitments, and facing unnecessary emotional and logistical stress. This was not a minor inconvenience--it completely disrupted our lives for an entire weekend. What concerns us most is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of reliability. A moving company is hired because people trust them with one of the most important and stressful transitions in their lives. Failing once is bad enough. Failing twice in a row after promising to fix the situation is unacceptable. We strongly advise anyone considering this company to think carefully before booking. Verify everything repeatedly and have a backup plan, because our experience demonstrated that a confirmed reservation may not mean much. One of the crew was on his phone nearly the whole time and needed several verbal prompts and reminders of tasks. Throughout the LOAD, the crew did not use tie-downs or ratchet straps at all to secure the load throughout the truck. I kept mentioning it as a suggestion (knowing they're the 'professionals' and should know what they're doing, and again, give them the benefit of the doubt... but I've also moved several times and know securing throughout the truck is critical for security) but they assured me 'it was packed tightly.' Additionally, the crew did not use provided furniture pads or plastic shrink wrap to wrap/protect furniture, shelving, pictures, paintings, etc. - even with me giving suggestions to do so... When we unloaded at our destination, several pieces of furniture were damaged, either punctured, scuffed, scratched, or bent... because the load was not tied down nor were furniture pads used to protect surfaces. I wanted to trust that everything would go well, but it didn't unfortunately... so all of this to say... I'd not recommend this team.

I was a little wary because of the reviews, but decided to give it a chance. So glad I did, because the notary was warm and friendly, interacted with my kids, was very professional and completed the notarization in a timely manner (and beautiful penmanship). It only cost $5 which was an excellent value compared to other places. Thank you Ms. P! Also, there is a small play area for kids at the front of the store with blocks, so very family-friendly. Will definitely go back with other documents in the future.

Hired them for a two part move. First part was moving a mattress. That went fine second part was…read moremoving a large desk and credenza. They came with a U-Haul, a couple U-Haul blankets, and a u-Haul dolly. And 3 total men. When moving the desk the they were really struggling with getting it to the agreed upon place. When they did get it to the stairs they left a gigantic scratch in the flooring that will need to replace a few boards. From there there were tons of excuses of what happened. They blamed it on the weight, the equipment they had rented from U-Haul and a nail (which nobody could find) in the flooring. They stated they had insurance so asked them to provide the proof of insurance so that we can get the floors fixed. They gave us their office number and asked us to call. When we talked to who ever answered the phone they stated that they only carry the minimum insurance that the state of florida requires and that is for only the contents that are in the truck (meaning after the items are off of the truck the items and the home are not covered. ) After going back and forth they decided to refund $175 of the $375. With the damage to the floor it's not going to cover it. My takeaways.... These guys are amateur movers. The guys were from Lakeland. 80 miles from the job site. The drove here rented a U-Haul, used U-Haul cheap blankets, uhauls cheap dolly and tried to a job that they did not have the proper equipment for. They do not carry any insurance for the items they are moving once they leave the vehicle. So if they damage ANYTHING, they are under insured and won't be able to fix or repair what they have damaged.
