I was at my storage unit today and one of the worker Carlos came and being very disrespectful to my husband saying he couldn't be on his phone saying he was going to terminate our contract we been in business with this public storage for 2 years never caused any problems there we was Storting out things inside our unit then we leave my husband was also sitting down in a chair due to our car accident his back is in very bad shape due to that he has to sit and Carlos was complaining about him sitting but never asked why while I get what we need out of our unit. this worker Carlo's made me feel unsafe at this storage coming on strong like that and the threatening is very unnecessary read more

No one is here, ever. They want you to use the app but I cannot find the storage unit they sold me. The app calls the office. No one at the office. The unit is no where to be found in the 5000 building. No one to assist. I am out the rental on a unit I can't find to move in to. They don't even have a support line to complain to. They want money and reviews. This is self service that has gone to the point of uselessness. My space is numbered 5205. I have been all through the 5000 building and there are no lots starting with 52 in the whole building. read more

Service is horrible. They double charged me and the supervisor advised that I dispute the charge with my bank. After following their advice, my account was blocked from using my card. I showed up to make a cash payment four times in one day. No one ever answered the phone or was there in person and now they are charging me a late fee. Ridiculous. This location is a SCAM read more

Worst place ever, noone is ever here, they sold me a unit that's too small, I asked them if I can upgrade they pretty much told me I have to buy another unit and I'll get my refund in 30 days... stay far far away from this place. read more

If I could give this ridiculous place 0 stars I would. We have had storage there a few years from a business we owned. We have been trying to vacate the unit for 2 months. Unfortunately we misplaced the key to the unit. (Yes that is our mistake) We have left numerous messages for weeks with no return calls for assistance. We called in to the 1800# and they were unsuccessful in getting anyone to return our calls as well from the location. Finally this week we get in touch with Rachel which I believe is the manager at the location. She informs us that no one can help us until some time in September. We have a schedule vacate date by the end of the month of August! So they are basically wanting us to pay another month of their ridiculous fees instead of helping us get the lock removed. Only solution from them was to wait or call a outside locksmith. Now mind you it cost $21 for them to do it but I just PAID $150 to have a locksmith to come do it so we can remove our things. Stay far away from this place!! They lock up your belongings, continually raise your rent, and are of no assistance when you need them. Rent was originally $130 a month for a 10×20 and now it is $289. read more

Year after year loss of value. When we first rented out unit the sites to our climate controlled unit had keypad locks to enter. After a few years, these were removed and left out unit less secure. The door mattress were broken and never fixed. The magnetic door holder was broken and never fixed. Carts continued to be moved around and finally never replaced. Inside, units are falling apart. They are not maintaining their property and by association they are not taking care of ours. What they do, however is price gouge. They've continued to raise our prices rediculously, however will rent a unit to a new renter for less than half of what they are charging us. We tried to resolve this, but all they can say is "the computer decides what to charge and we have no control". BS. We've been renting for over ten years and would gave gone another ten if they weren't price gouging. This is how they treat great renters that were on autopay and never late on a payment. Rip off city. We've had enough and just moved out. The last round of bad service was the last straw. read more

So glad I picked this location! Grant got us in & set up quickly! I appreciate that they are personable and care about our experience.

Went to get pricing and look at 10x10 and 10x15 units. The young lady was working her first day and we all have our first days on a job. However, they did not prepare her to run the facility on her own. She had no map plan (didn't know where the units were), golf cart broken so we had to walk with her through different areas to find where the vacant ones are. No dollies because she stated they were stolen. Which let's me know security or cameras isn't big at this facility. We walked into one bldg no air that is suppose to be climate control. Second building minimal air and smelled like an OLD basement or nursing home. Which makes me feel uncomfortable to leave my belongings here. They need to do major upgrades on this location. Very unsatisfied with this location. read more

I hsd to move in short notice and being able to do everything online was very helpful, I just talked to someone on the phone to confirm my space and the rest was set. My only complaint in that the light on my unit was not working at the time I moved in and it made it difficult to try to organize everything. read more

The facility is nice but I had a horrible experience last weekend. I wanted to pay my rent and manager told me to come back another time because she was eating her food. Hours are clearly posted on the door and it does not state anything about lunch break. Plus she was standing right next to me and still she refused to help. read more
