The place is always clean & some of the workers are friendly & helpful. Not all of them are that way. I don't like that they always have the bathrooms locked no matter if site is open or closed. What's the purpose of having restrooms if the paying customers can't use them. So if you have to use the restroom while visiting your storage unit you can't. Also wish it was opened until 10 or 11 like some of the other public storage properties. Other than that I'm pleased with the climate control units & the location. read more

Ms.Rosana at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me get my access code and showed me how to work the app to open the doors/elevators. I left four stars because my unit is supposed to be a 5x8 but instead there's a cut off that's blocking half of the unit. read more

I've never had a problem with public storage until i met their associate that hated their job. This man behind the counter was rude and did not care about any questions or concerns that we had. He literally looked like he hated that he had to clock in and took it out on us. When i called him out on his behavior it must have struck a nerve because im a young woman and he told me to leave. And i then said "i don't want you to lose your job but you're not doing well helping us" he stated "i will not lose my job". i called the customer service line and they women was Just as bad. Then i called some other line which had the management line which allows you to leave a voicemail. I left a remarked message with the associates name and i haven't gotten a return callback eirhr. PUBLIC STORAGE does not give a damn about their customers from the associates at the desk, to the customer service line, to management of the location. It's absolutely disgusting to me. I won't even name his name but he was very nasty to me in front of my toddler child. I dont want a black man to lose his job and he doesn't even see that. He didnt apologize, or give kindness or anything. Instead he let his personal life enter his professional life when he unlocked that door in the morning. and his Bills will continue to be paid because like he said "he won't lost his job." if i acted Like this at my job i would immediately had a meeting with my superior and the family would not have wanted for me to take care of them anymore. I'm going to apply to public storage where i can be a compete asshole and hate my job and still be able to pay my bills. I guess this is 2023. can't wait to start my job while working beside him because i already applied and im going to give the worse service as i was given andi will tell ppl to leave the store. They should have left well enough alone and not asked for this review. The level of service that I received was trash! I went to the actual facility to purchase the storage with a live person because the website did not allow me to omit the lock from the bill. Therefore, I had to go into the store to complete the reservation. Once I arrived, the facility was locked and no person was present. I contacted customer and the rest of my experience was just a disaster from there. Too much to even type. But what I will say is that once the lady finally decided to come back to work, she barely even wanted to assist me with anything. She wanted me to do everything online even though I requested to do everything at the counter. She didn't want to show me the different sizes of the storage spaces which I ended up with a space that is not even suitable for my belongings. She told me that I had to purchase the lock that they provided when it clearly stated on the website that I could be refunded for the lock. She didn't want to contact customer service to rectIfy all the issues I encountered. She was just plain ole lazy. She should NOT be working there.. her personality was horrible. She should not be working in Customer Service. She really acted like she hated her job. I didnt even want to deal with her after while. Her attitude was very unwelcoming. I spent my entire morning and afternoon trying to rent a little ole space because of all the issues that came up.. it was terrible. The only good thing I have to say is that the facility is very clean. The address is 1083 Old Peachtree Suwanee GA.. however the lack of good customer service was an extreme turn off! read more
