The only solution I was given was that an email had been sent to management and that I should expect a response within 72 hours. That is completely unacceptable for customers who are actively paying for access to their belongings. A storage facility should have reliable on-site support, especially during operating hours. The lack of communication, urgency, and accountability turned what should have been a simple visit into a frustrating and stressful experience. I sincerely hope management takes this issue seriously and improves customer support and accessibility moving forward.
