    Val is the best!!! Her customer service is phenomenal!! I would highly recommend this particular location for all of your storage needs!

I drove nearly three…read morehours to access my unit, only to arrive and find that I could not get into the storage space and there was no staff present at the office to assist. I waited over two hours on-site, attempted to contact the property manager multiple times, and also contacted customer service. Unfortunately, no one responded or showed up to help resolve the issue. The only solution I was given was that an email had been sent to management and that I should expect a response within 72 hours. That is completely unacceptable for customers who are actively paying for access to their belongings. A storage facility should have reliable on-site support, especially during operating hours. The lack of communication, urgency, and accountability turned what should have been a simple visit into a frustrating and stressful experience. I sincerely hope management takes this issue seriously and improves customer support and accessibility moving forward.
