Bûcheron's space is small and homey, tying in well with the Kingfield neighborhood. It's cozy and unpretentious. I liked that. The food was scrumptious. Everything tasted wonderfully, and there wasn't even one miss. The menu changes constantly, so listing the dishes might be moot. However, the Pomme Dauphines, gazpacho soup, halibut, and sticky toffee cake made us sigh with pleasure. On a Monday night, the place was packed, but it empties early. That's typical in the Twin Cities. Late dining is not in vogue. However, Bûcheron is popular, so make reservations early. For the 12 months that we have lived in the Twin Cities, Bûcheron and Myrial provided our best meals. Bravo and Brava! Both were priced fairly, providing bang for your buck.
