#2 The Boardroom sandwich
Jon O.

Great place to grab a sandwich for lunch. I had The "Boardroom" which had generous portions of ham, turkey, and bacon, with warm cheese and buttery bread. I could only eat half, had to save the other half for dinner. There are 11 other sandwich options on the menu so guaranteed you'll find one you like. They also have soups, wraps, and a few salads, so something for everyone.

Clam chowder and sourdough bread for nice light lunch
Timothy H.

Great spot in downtown Seattle for a quick and inexpensive lunch. The employees are all super friendly and they know the menu well. I had a small bowl of their clam chowder, which was decent, and it came with two slices of sourdough bread which they were nice enough to toast for me. It was the perfect lunch for someone like myself with a moderate appetite. All for under $10. I had my order in under 2 minutes. Everything was clean. I plan to go back and try their sandwiches and wraps. The person sitting next to me was eating one of their chicken wraps and it looked amazing. So that's next on the list. Please don't forget to clean up after yourself.

This is a spotless quick-serve coffee shop/eatery located downtown. It is also a little food market/wine shop. You order from the counter (or a touchscreen) and pick it up when they call your name.

Prime Chimichurri

Service was good but oh my GOD the Prime Chimichurri is quite possibly the worst sandwich I've ever had. I love sandwiches but I could only take one bite before throwing it out, which is incredibly disappointing because I paid $17 for it.

A Filipino Breakfast Experience You'll Never Forget…read more What can I say about Ludi's Restaurant? It's one of the most memorable, heart‑warming Filipino dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and full of soul--the kind of place where comfort food and genuine hospitality meet. We were even lucky enough to sit with a member of the family, who shared the history behind the restaurant. That personal touch made the meal feel even more special, like we were being welcomed into someone's home rather than just another breakfast spot. And the food--absolutely incredible. Every dish was comforting, flavorful, and deeply satisfying... exactly what you want in a Filipino breakfast. What We Ordered - Porkchop Breakfast -- Two beautifully breaded pork chops served with eggs, potatoes, toast, jam, and a rich brown mushroom gravy. Crispy, hearty, and delicious. - Lumpia‑Silog -- Seasoned beef wrapped in a perfectly fried eggroll wrapper. Crunchy, savory, and addictive. - Loco‑Moco -- A seasoned ground beef patty smothered in that same brown mushroom gravy. Pure comfort. - And as a special treat, the owner brought out oxtail for us to try--tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. Everything we tasted was delicious, soulful, and cooked with love. I truly can't rave enough about this place. If you want a breakfast that feels like a warm hug, Ludi's is it.

We also shared the combo silog which was a great way to sample more of the menu. I enjoyed the garlic rice and ilocos especially. The diner feels so cozy and homey - old photos of the owner and customers and magnets his guests left are a nice touch. Friendly and attentive service despite the busyness.

What a secret gem of a place! Just tucked in from a bustling Denny street!…read more We started out with some cappuccino and iced latte, and they were lovely. They served the coffees with a little shortbread cookie, and these little details really elevated the whole experience. Also, the cappuccino was so foamy, and it hit the spot immediately. The breakfast menu was also fantastic. The TPC Breakfast plate included sausage, potatoes, bacon, bread, and some scrambled eggs. There also was an option to add Beecher's cheese on the eggs, and I'd say it was totally worth it. Most importantly, the Dutch baby was as good as they'd advertised. It comes out on a piping hot skillet which kept the dessert warm till the end of the meal. The service was very quick even though they were entirely booked out for the time we were there for. I appreciated the patience from the servers and their helpful directions in picking the menu items. I will warn you that we had to reserve our spot months in advance. This is probably because the restaurant is great but pretty limited in seating space. However, it was definitely worth the wait, so don't be discouraged. I highly recommend trying it out at least once. All in all, highly recommend! Please go try Tilikum Place Cafe!

The baked eggs, however, were just okay - nothing particularly good. The ambiance was cozy and nice, right in downtown Seattle. However, be prepared: the wait can be long, and once you're done, they'll need the table, as there's usually a line. Overall, it's worth a visit - just make a reservation and come for the Dutch babies. I was told there are seasonal Dutch babies so try again sometime in June maybe. Ambiance is awesome! Lots of people so make your reservations like us. We ordered a shared appetizer - pita bread and all 6 kinds of toppings hummus, tzatziki, and all they offer. Each one of us had an entree ranging from lamb burger, chicken, mushroom and lamb kebabs - all so good. It was so tender and tasty. Enough to fill us. Love it! So good! Kebabs were served on a hot plate. Nice presentation. Service was outstanding. Good attentive service .

This is a lively place, always filled with a lot of upscale looking customers. So the atmosphere is quite loud, but fun in a buzzing way. We were seated quickly, as we had reservations. Our server Charlie, was engaging, friendly and on top of things. We ordered the shared dips---olive tapenade, eggplant, hummus, tatziki with some warm pita triangles. They're all good and a fun way to start the dinner. We each had kebabs---lamb, chicken and mushroom. All good, moist and tender all poured with a jig of ouzo on a hot skillet. The onions in the bottom get browned and crusty, so good to eat. One had a lamb burger which looked juicy and served with delicious mound of fries sprinkled with rosemary. Food here has always been awesome. Skipped dessert as we had homemade cookies to eat at our next stop.

The grilled cheese was made to perfection the bread was fresh, thick, and delicious, and it was packed with cheese! The tomato soup was also delicious with a unique flavor. My only (very minor) complaint is that it was served in a cup, which made it hard to dip the grilled cheese. A bowl would've been much better for dipping! Overall, this café was a quiet, cozy spot with pleasant employees. I'd definitely visit again.

Because you never turn away a delicious PNW Salmon dish. The place is cute, mainly wooden, lots of plants inside (my allergies were killing me here hehe). Plenty of sitting areas and window views too. I got lucky to seat by a window to just enjoy the rainy view. Their Salmon toast was delicious! I asked for the cream cheese on the side because I cant have lactose but I still wanted to try their dish with all ingredients. So I dipped the slices a few times to try it all and omg its so perfectly paired. I totally recommend it! The coffee was ok. I had their gingersnap latte seasonal drink. I asked with only 1 pump of sweet and alternative milk. I was not impressed. I prefer black coffee haha but if you enjoy sweet drinks you may enjoy this one. I still finished it, so it wasn't terrible just not something I'd order again. Also, Idk why my coffee was served on a to-go cup. Maybe that took some of the joy of it? Overall, I recommend the this spot. Staff was friendly. The menu is vast. Sitting arrangements are great and cozy. Within walking distance from the convention center and a couple of the hotels in the area.
