John Leyva turned my 2008 Ford F-150 into brand new condition. It now runs better than it did when I bought the thing! I am very satisfied with the outcome of my experience with Colley Ford. Not only did John make sure my truck was back in optimal condition, but he communicated with me throughout the process, and even placed me into a loaner car! Kimberly Feathers is the sweetest and put me into a brand new 2016 Ford Fusion during the time that John worked on my truck. The customer service at Colley Ford is what sets it aside from these other dealerships. I have never received customer service like that from any other dealership (post sale, obviously), and I was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you again, John and Kimberly. I will be recommending your dealership to my friends and family. read more

A few weeks ago we were looking at buying a new car. We stopped by Colley Ford to look at the Explorers. We had been shopping around and wanted to stay local. While walking thru the lot Lyndon Dole greeted us with a very friendly "Hello"! He showed us the Explorers they had. We had to go do an errand, Lyndon said come back he'll be there till closing. We felt very calm and comfortable with Lyndon, he made a great first impression on us, so when we were done, went back. He offered us a test drive, which we did, and the wife fell in love with the car. He was very knowledgeable about the car and knew everything about it. He explained every feature to us in detail. He was also very patient with us. He told us we don't need to look any further, the car we test drove is waiting to go home with us. He took us in the office and introduced us to his manager Mike to go over the numbers. Mike did a great job. He along with Lyndon, worked together on getting all the rebates Ford had to offer. They both were very confident we were going to come to an agreement, they had the car rinsed off and fueled while we were discussing the price. And we did! Thank you Lyndon and Mike for making our car buying experience a success. Colley Ford is very fortunate to have these two excellent employees working for them. read more

This is the 2nd time in two weeks I've taken my car in for servicing to Colley. I couldn't complete all the work I needed done last time and made an appointment to complete the job this morning. I needed my coolant line replaced due to a leak. I was the first one to drop off my car at 7:10am and service was friendly and efficient as usual. I was quickly shuttled to my house and my car was ready by 10:45am! I will continue to receive services from them because of their great service. read more

Ford his raised the bar on their new F1 50 as Colley Ford has raised the bar as far as dealerships go. Nick at Colley Ford did absolutely everything imaginable to make the deal on my new 150 Platinum to come true. Please don't miss the best car buying experience you could ever have by not stopping by Colley Ford. Just tell Nick that Mark sent you, you won't be sorry!!!! read more

I went here by accident. I was looking to trade in my 2012 ford focus to get a new one. I had gone to 2 other Ford dealers and they didn't want to budge. At first, I was not interested in the Focus that Colley ford was offering me, but eventually they said they would bring over the one i wanted. It took at least 5 hours to get all this done (which is probably the only con I have with Colley Ford) but I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted and 0% interest! I was in the market for a Raptor and Colley Ford was in my neighbor. I first send an email to the dealership to inquire and Dave Reimer was prompt and professional. So 3 days ago I happen to pass by the dealership and decided to stop-by without appointment. Drove my Tundra in the lot to check-out the Raptor in display, 2 salesperson standing by the Raptor smoking and saw me walking around and checking out the 2018 Raptor (Lead Foot). Took awhile until the younger male finally approach me but he doesn't really seem interested entertaining me. Mind you, I'm only wearing T-shirt and jeans (nothing fancy) as I was simply running errands for the day. To me its almost as if salesperson implying "you can't afford this truck" and to add fuel to the fire, the younger salesperson said "we have that black Raptor" (pertaining to the older Raptor park next to the 1 I'm interested in)--as if he's saying **it's the 1 can probably afford**. I was boiling at that point so I straight-up left. Its almost as if they look down on you or profile you when you shop here. Email Dave Remier when I got home about my experience and I guess it got forwarded to Lou Mojico who called/left me a vmail. Lou sounds genuine but at this point, my experience left a bad taste in my mouth thus I can't see myself making business with this dealership. My advice, drive your most expensive car (Porsche, Ferrari, etc.) and wear suit/tie if you want attention looking at there higher end car. Maybe if I drove my M5 I would've gotten a better treatment. I guess I will never k UPDATE: After my experience above, LOU (sales manager) and KIM (customer service) reach out to me to make things right. They sure did just that, got my truck and enjoying every minute with it. Special thanks to ED (sales person) who went above and beyond to make the transaction go smoothly. read more

First of all, I only rated one star because Yelp makes me rate something. If I could help it, I wouldn't even rate Colley Ford a piece of lint. I have already given Colley Ford a negative review when I bought my car from them in 2010. I am back to give them another negative review due to the hassle I have had to go through over the last 3 weeks and it is still continuing for another week at least ALL DUE TO COLLEY FORD'S NELEGIENCE. NOW! Any car dealer knows what is sold with their cars (i.e. floor mats, an engine, seats, etc). They know which cars are sold with keys or remotes or both. Well, my 2008 Ford Taurus was sold to me with one key. I didn't know how important it could be to have more than one key, but the morons at Colley Ford know that because they are supposedly knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. Three weeks ago I went out to start my car with no noise, no clicking, no damn noise. I had the security symbol on my dash blinking at me instead. Come to find out that the security system on my car went out and the microchip in the computer had died. That's a pretty big deal. Well, I took the car to my mechanic so they could hassle with the car and have migraines to no end trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with my car. The mechanic and his crew finally came to the resolution that the problem is with the key fob, it isn't synced with the computer in the car to make the car turn on. So I get a phone call from the mechanic asking me if I could bring them my "other key". No, I can't bring the other key because when I bought the car, it only came with one key - SUPPOSEDLY. Oh yeah! I bought my car from the assholes at Colley Ford. How could I ever forget??? The mechanic tells me that if I had another key, he could program the car off the microchip in the key fob. Yes, there's another microchip in the key fob as well. So, Colley Ford sold a car with one key fob when any fool on that lot knows that it originally came with two key fobs. If they knew what the hell they were doing over there, besides robbing people of their money, they would've done what needed to be done to make sure this car was sold with two keys. After all, it was one of their "certified used cars". Buying a car from Colley Ford was the worse mistake I have ever made. They could drive me out a brand new car fresh off the car hauler for free and I'd send it right back. If they have any positive reviews, the person must work for Colley or is related to someone who works at Colley. read more

What a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I brought my 2015 ford escape here in September for a problem with my Bluetooth. It absolutely would not pair with my phone. They fixed it under warranty. The same issue occurred this last week with my Bluetooth not connecting. When I brought my car in on Monday I was told no one could service my car until Wednesday. And that it would be covered since they had already repaired the problem once. When I brought my car in for my appointment this am I sat in my car for 5 mins before I was approached or acknowledged. The two guys in the service department office kept speaking over and ignoring me while I was asking if I needed to sign anything so I could get to work. When I asked the service manager to confirm there would be no cost I was told even though they fixed the problem before I would have to pay to get the car diagnosed. ($120) and god only knows how much to actually fix it. I left the dealership. Talked to a client at work today who constantly has the same problem with his ford Bluetooth. My boyfriend messed with the fuse and it now connects and works again. Wow. A 3 minute fix. I was about to get jipped on something that ford should cover anyways.I will never purchase another ford. I have bought two in the past 6 years and have nothing but problems with them. If you do make the mistake of purchasing a Ford DO NOT get it serviced at this dealership. read more

Best dealership ever! The staff is just the best. My salesmen Chris Chaffee treated me like family and never pressured me into buying anything. It took me 7 months to purchase the truck I have always wanted and still Chris never pressured anything on me. He is a great down to earth family man salesmen. Cj the GM did a fantastic job himself. Very friendly welcomed me into his office to discuss ordering my truck. Great guy!! He wasn't trying to sell me every package under the sun for my truck. He explained every detail and saved me a ton of money. Last but not least big Lou the sales manager! He was just as amazing as the other guys on getting me approved and working with me for a deposit for my truck. Lou was patient and gave me a killer deal. Colley Ford truly looks out after their clients and treat us like family. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from any other dealership. COLLEY FORD is my go to dealership from here on out! This place kind of sucks. I have had two bad experiences with them and so even though they are conveniently located in my community, I would rather drive ten miles to feel like a valued customer. The first bad experience was when I was shopping for a new truck. They refused to talk with me becasue my wife wasn't with me. The second bad experience was with the service department. They prefer appointments so even if you arrived before anyone else, they will ignore you to find all the people in line that arrived after you with appointments. Even if you go to a restaurant with a reservation, everyone waits in line to get to the hostess. Too expensive and there are much friendlier places that will make you feel welcome. read more

I don't know why I keep coming here. This was the last chance I gave them and they blew it again. I came here a couple of months of ago just to replace my back brake light and apparently they used a screwdriver to remove the brake light cover. MY CAR WAS SCRATCHED!!!!! they were not even going to tell me but it was a good thing I checked and brought it to their attention. I ended up leaving my car for the entire day so they can send to repair the scratch and paint that area. I came back for an oil change a week ago and they messed up all my car setting (never happened before). Then they tell me I need new tires and a battery. Really???? I declined that service (got estimate for $1,500-WOW). I took it to a well known tire place and was told I did not need tires and I still have a long way to go. PLUS they noticed the 2 side tires were missing the caps where you put air in. GREAT just what I needed!!! All of a sudden I noticed now at times I have to turn the key 2x to turn on my car. I wonder if they messed with that too since I declined to buy a battery. It was working fine before I took it in. Sorry Colley Ford. You just lost a customer. read more

I have never bought a vehicle from this dealership, because I've never liked Colley Motors, going way back to when they sold Volkswagons on Rte 66. I do go for service because I've had 2 Ford's, prefer Ford service & parts and live in Glendora. If you go for service, be sure to remove anything of value or sentiment. The first time I found my CD cases were empty. The second time a pair of designer sunglasses were missing. The third time was an empty bottle of oxy codon, which I carried for my dad for pain from cancer. Take everything out of your vehicle you don't want to lose. A few months ago, they told me a repair would be so expensive, that I should take my vehicle to an independent (which I did). The most recent issue was that I wanted to use a Saturday discount coupon and was discouraged. The service guy told me there was a better rebate online. When I went home, I went online and there was no service rebate available!! I have my vehicle listed for sale. No more Ford products or dealers for me!! read more

I have had the pleasure of owning three ford products over the years and have purchased all of my cars new from various dealerships and subsequently had them all serviced at Ford dealers also. I have invariably had good experiences on all occasions with staff at these very professionally run and managed businesses. However that stellar record was severely tarnished today when I decided to call Colley Ford.I find myself in the Glendora area more frequently now and thought it would be both convenient to me and prudent to patronize the local establishments of this fine city since I'm spending increasingly more time here. However despite best intentions upon calling Colley Ford I encountered a woman who answered the phone as 'Parts' ,I proceeded to inform her that it wasn't parts I wanted but Service.....with the rudest tone I've heard since being reprimanded by an elementary school teacher t the tender age of 8 years old I was subjected to a line of questioning which utilized a tone reminiscent of a TV show detective who'd just arrested and was interrogating a murderer. .all with regard to 'who do you want to speak to in service?' To which I answered 'someone who can service my car' to which she responded curtly with ' yes ...But Who! in service and What! is it you want done to your car, all with a more than noticeably angry tone. Long story short after being subjected to this unprovoked insolence I decided this was no way to start the new year so I hung up Thanks ,but No Thanks Kimberly and Colley Ford Keep that sort of treatment for those who don't know that your competition will gladly take Their/My hard earned money and certainly treat me with respect Peace !! read more

Almost got a new car here. Sales person from Internet sales department just played the game with incentive and sales tax when I almost agreed the sales price. Tried not to disclose the OTD price before you are in the dealership. Fortunately, I did not wast my time at the dealership with those sales people. Had two bad experiences here. First was about 5 years ago, I brought my vehicle in for a PROMOTIONAL free belt and engine inspection because my belts were squeaking. When i took it to the service center I asked them if I could drop it off for the inspection and if they could write me out a quote. They told me they were to busy to accept any vehicles and I would have to come back later. I looked around and their was absolutely no vehicles in the service line and it look extremely slow, there could of been tumble weeds blowing by it was so slow. So i said screw it and went to a dealer farther from my house where they kindly took the vehicle, gave me a quote, and I had it serviced. So a few years pass and I call up the parts department. Told them i needed a part, the part guy was rude when asked for a quote on some floor mats. He said $60 to $110, I asked him if I could have a more specific quote. He said i needed my vin, told him if he could look up my model year and style. He was rude and said "that's not what i asked for". After that i said screw it, and hung up. Called ford of duarte where they easily looked it up and gave me a quote. Horrible place i will never, EVER, BUY PURCHASE OR SERVICE my vehicle their. Stay away! This place must breed ignorance and rudeness... read more

So about two years later my case was settled, my insurance company had sued Colley Ford and won. I even got back my deductible. For a business claiming they didn't have responsibility for letting my car get stolen off the lot with the car keys. Yes I said it with the car keys. Someone walked behind the counter during business hours and walked directly to my car and stole it. This was all on camera. My two car seats and stroller was in the car and Glendora Colley Ford's manager told me it was not their fault. The proper thing to do would have been hey I can't believe this happened I know this has to go through insurance but in the mean time we can get you set up maybe with car seats and a rental for the day, until your insurance takes care of you. 30 days later I got paid by my insurance to purchase a new car, and it was not from Colley Ford. Reading the other recent reviews it looks to me that the place is just going down hill. read more

There are so many other Ford Dealerships, don't waist your time and frustration at this one! Even if you have to drive a little farther, it's worth it. Our first impression was looking for a new truck here, let's just say I knew more about their vehicles than they did and I had never even owned a Ford, the sales people were defensive and rude because they were embarrassed by their own incompetence.... Not my fault buddy! We ended up buying our brand new truck somewhere else but since this one is closer, came here to get the oil changed, bad choice! I gave it 2 shots, both times they promised 45 min, that didn't happen! 1st visit 1&1/2 hours 2nd visit 2 hours! I was with my baby both times and she grew just as pissed as me! They kept telling me 5 more min, 5 more minutes turned into an hour!!!They weren't apologetic AT ALL, I threw a fit and expressed my frustration! After the 2nd visit with this kind of experience I left there at no charge for my oil change but because they were apologetic but because I raised hell! If it's gonna take 2 hours JUST SAY THAT! Rule #1 of sales/ customer service: Don't over promise and under deliver! You suck Colley Ford Glendora!!! I will not be visiting this dealership EVER AGAIN!!! read more

TOTAL SCAMMERS! Do not buy or get work done from them. We purchased a used vehicle. A day later we noticed some of the seatbelts weren't working and a passenger door wouldn't open from the inside of the vehicle. They initially weren't going to do anything about it. After we insisted they needed to fix it because it's a SAFETY ISSUE, they finally did. But they took over a week to fix it. Then two months later the ENTIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM shut down while we were driving the vehicle. We took the car to a trusted mechanic who said the dash was already opened, screws were missing, and the electrical system cuts in and out with the slightest tap. He said we should take it to the dealer because it's a FIRE HAZARD. I called Colley Ford to see what they would do. They said they won't do anything. Nothing at all! According to the CarFax the mechanical work was all done by Colley Ford so either they LIED or their mechanics are just as shady and incompetent as their sales managers. There are several dealers in the area. If you're looking for a car please save yourself the grief and money and go elsewhere. read more

Had my car towed to Colley Ford after my mechanic could not take care of the issue. Labor book said $300, part $4. My bill was $600+. When I first called in to speak with Service, I realized I was dealing with people who lacked customer service skills and had no personality. Some of the comments made were sarcastic in nature. When I went to pick up my car, the lady at the cashier also lacked customer service skills. No smile, no concern that I was standing there at the counter waiting. Another gentleman told her to stop what she was doing and help me. As i was waiting for my vehicle, a sales guy shouts at me from a distance to not fix my car but trade it in. At first I didn't quite understand what he was saying so he repeated himself and I told him I was picking up my car. Not looking to buy one. When my car pulled up it was filthy. I asked the young guy why my car wasn't washed after having it for 6 days and he said they were too busy. Then he said they would have only done it if I asked. As I got in my car to drive away, I noticed the inside was dusty and my inside door had black handprints. I'm really agitated and needless to say, driving straight to the car wash for a detail. Disgusting! I've never been to this dealership and I'm never going back. I really should send them the bill!! read more

BE AWARE.....BE VERY AWARE! My son took his truck here to get a diagnostic check. He was told the check would be $90. He received a call from "Gary" telling him what they diagnosed the issue as and it would cost "around $1,400 to fix". The diagnosis wasn't described in much detail for such an expense so I decided to go there in person and ask a few questions. I met with Gary who was an incredibly nice guy, but his looking through scribble on half torn pieces of paper to explain the problem to me didn't give me a great deal of confidence in the service department. Keep in mind I hadn't yet read their other reviews. After not really getting much of an explanation for a potential $1,400 bill I decided to pay the diagnostic fee and take the truck somewhere else. I got to the cashier. Yes, the one with her boobs hanging out. You will have to read the story about five or six back from mine to get the humor of the comment. The cashier charges me $130 for the diagnostic check which I pay, mainly because I thought this whole deal was on the up and up. The cashier then puts a work order in front of me and asked me to sign one place and initial another. I ask what I'm signing an initialing and she says the signature is to acknowledge I read the back of the page, which there wasn't anything on and the initial is to "Okay the increase in the estimate". I asked why I would sign either of these if I hadn't done either. She says "I don't know, that's just what they tell me to say". Really? I ask about the "increase" and she said the diagnostic estimate increased from $90 to $130. I asked her if the increase was approved by talking to my son in person or over the phone, which I'm pretty sure is the law in California. She looks at the paperwork and turns each pager over about ten times and tells me I have to go ask Gary. So I go ask Gary and he looks at each page and turns them over, and back over a few times, at which time he walks into the cashier and tells her to charge me $90. The cashier refunds the difference without hesitation, or a smile, or a I'm sorry, or at, well you get the picture. So I say again, BE AWARE....BE VERY AWARE. If I had not said anything they would have get me for $40 more than they were entitled by their contract. The reality is though that I think they got me for another $90. Not that I don't think they did the diagnostic, but the quality of the whole experience as far as I am concerned rates a couple stars on the negative side of zero. UPDATE 9/15/16 The Colley Ford diagnosis said "IDSEEC TEST EEC PPT DTC P0304 HAS CYL 4 MISFIRE CAUSED BY COOLANT LEAK INTO SPARK PLUG WELL HAS VACUM LEAK AT INTAKE MANIFOLD". This is what they were going to charge $1400 for. I took the truck to a very reputable shop in Covina on Monday. I received the truck back today and the bill was a smidgen over $500. The diagnosis.....it needed a major tune up which included replacement of the plug wires at my request and replacing an oxygen sensor. There was not any coolant in the #4 cylinder and there wasn't an intake manifold leak. A $900 difference in the price and a totally different fix. And no, I have not called the we are sorry you weren't happy with us and please call me so we can lady. I wanted to wait until the truck was fixed to see if there would be more or less to talk about. If anyone is interested I'll post how that goes in the next couple of days. Remember.......BE AWARE.....BE VERY AWARE. read more

What I am writing about has nothing to do with this dealership or its people. I am writing in regards to Ford the company themselves in how they handle complaints about their product. I brought my 2012 focus to this dealer because of my trunk opening while I am driving. They called me back to let me know that they need to replace the trunk latch, whatever that means and that it was gonna cost me around $350. I told them that this charge is bogus, because many people are having the same issue so apparently there is a defect in the part and that it shouldn't be doing that. Long story short I contacted Ford Motor Company to let them know of the issue and all they said is that my warranty is out and they couldn't do anything about it. Mind you that there is no longer a keyhole on the outside so I can lock the trunk by myself nor a button inside the car to pop the trunk open, the only way I can open the trunk is through my key remote. With that being said, how could this my problem...unbelievable. This is my first ford and I've had nothing but issues, don't even let me get started with the transmission. Shame shame how they don't stand behind their product. #firstford #lastford read more
