I took my car here because over the phone they said my car was covered under power train warranty I told Brandon the sales advisor multiple times that my clutch went out on my 6-speed mustang. I took it in on a Monday and he told me that he would get a tech on it and I would have an answer the next day I thought great it's gonna be fast and simple. Which however turned out not to be the case at all. Heard nothing from him all the next day and so I thought I would give it till the next day. So I called the next day and he said he wasn't gonna be able to have an answer for me for the next couple of days so I thought nothing of it and said okay that's fine. A week went by and no answer, another week went by and the same excuse over and over every time we spoke. So 2 weeks later he said he finally had an answer for me on Friday on the second week of having my car. Said it wasn't under warranty because it's a "wear and tear" item and that it was going to be $3,600 to repair. Right off the bat I thought that was an absolute Insane. So I told him if it's a simple clutch repair I'm going to my normal mechanic since it's not under warranty like he originally said. I told him to have my car ready Monday I'm going to get it and take it else where, come Monday Brandon called me assuring my car was ready yo be picked up and i could come get it. Well my car wasn't ready Brandon failed to do his job and actually take a look at my car to see if it was ready so I was there with a tow truck to take my car home and it was still in a bay on the lift I'm the air I asked him why my car was still in the air and he assured me it wasn't my car. I read him my plate number off to him and asked him to read the plate number for me of the mustang that was still in the air in a bay he looked at me like a dear in head lights and went out to go see him hat was going on and told me the technician didn't even come in and my keys were locked away, A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. I had to return the following day to get my car and finally was able too. I took it to my mechanic and he was legitimately half the price and I showed him the colley invoice and he said they put an extra 5.5 hours on the job that wasn't needed. Come to find out since the trans has never been touched besides the factory installation NOBODY TOUCHED A BOLT ON THE CAR!!!!! So they had my car for 2 weeks blowing smoke up my a** with worthless excuses and 2 weeks wasted and they even still charged me the diagnostic fee after not even looking at my car they just put in the air for looks I guess. But I wouldn't recommend this service department after this experience with Colley ford. read more

JESSE LAMAS was my sales man, he was very knowledgeable with all the cars and their bells and whistles. Woohoo, I am so excited I got a great deal on my Ford Fiesta and I and I got great service from everyone there. Jesse made me feel very comfortable with my choice. He let me walk around and look at the different models, and he provided me with all the information so that I can decide on which car to get. I had been to other dealers and I didn't feel as though I was getting all the information. But Jesse was not trying to sell me what he wanted, he definitely gave me the tools to make my decision much easier. I love my car. I love it. My experience there was a very positive one. I would recommend everyone to buy a car from Jesse Lamas :) read more

This is a two part review. I walked in late one night to look at buying a new Ford Explorer, the salesman was very put off and looked like my wife and I were an inconvenience to him. I was upset and I decided to start looking at other Ford dealers for a possible purchase. Next comes where the 5 star matters. The next morning I got a follow up call and I vented my frustration and disappointment to the sales manager. She were very apologetic and encouraged me to look elsewhere, but asked for one more chance before I made my purchase to speak with their Director (Nick Wilson). Since this is my home city and like keeping money in it, I obliged with the request and went to meet with Nick. Nick did what I wasn't sure would be possible. He took the bad situation and created a solution. That day he made a friend in me and I would recommend him highly to everyone. I've always believed that everyone will make mistakes, but it is whether they are willing to correct it that matters. I am very happy with my Ford Explorer and I know you will be too if you come in to Colley Ford and ask for Nick. read more

Lou Mojica is one of the people in this industry that make the name of the car sales men in the world better! He is a sales manager at Colley. The sales person who helped us was James Keen (Jim) who was also awesome. I enjoyed speaking with Lou and he was completely honest, up front, and respectful throughout the entire process. Himself and his team are a pleasure to deal with. I know that with my other needs for ford I will definitely be contacting him. Thank you Lou and Jim for making my experience with your dealership a very positive one!!! read more

I did not purchase my F150 from Colley, but needed to get a seat belt repaired and some recalls taken care of that the dealership I purchased from were not able to do. I moved to Glendora this year and wanted a closer location to have work done on my truck. I initially made the appointment online for a Saturday to go with my work schedule. Stacy kindly called me and said we needed to change it to a weekday and got me situated. She was very helpful, kind, and attentive to my needs. I brought my truck in at my appointment time with no wait to be attended to. Kevin kindly came up to the window and got me situated. Kevin was very nice and friendly. I went to work and was surprised with a call that my truck was done earlier than expected so the shuttle was scheduled to pick me up at work to go get my truck. I needed to come back for a part and did so to have the seat belt fixed this morning. To my surprise instead of having to take the shuttle to work, Kevin made it happen on the spot and I only waited about 30 minutes. The service department has made it so I don't cringe at the thought of getting any work done on my truck and I will make sure to go through Colley for any future Ford needs. Thanks guys! read more

This was probably the most easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Completely unexpected because I was just going in there to buy a car for my mom or with my mom. Asked one question about if they can get me a new a new truck and pay off my old truck. And a few minutes later we were signing papers for a new F-150 2017. Tim White and his brother were absolutely amazing the most helpful car salesman and / Financial guy I have ever met in my life. It was like I was part of their family from the moment I walked in. So needless to say my mom has a brand new 2017 Ford Escape and I have a brand new 2017 Ford F-150 thank you so much Tim White. And thank you to the Colley Ford family. read more

Changing my rating to *****. Over the last week since purchasing my new Explorer I have had many questions and Tyson Roberts has been there every time I called. I came in today for my second service in the past year. Like last time, my car was in and out within three or four hours. Last time, I decided to wait it out because I had some things to do at Walmart. This time, I took the ride offered home. they quoted me 2pm or 3pm, but my car was ready by 1pm today. I took it in at 10am, so this was a nice turnaround. Service was great, very friendly. I can now put my mind at ease knowing I've had a tune up. read more

Bought a used Mercedes Sprinter from this dealer. Talk about scandalous. Van was as is, price was decent until they tried adding a bunch of extras on it. Including a theft system for $1300 that was already in the van. They claimed they could not take it off and still wanted to charge us $750 because it was on the van. We were like "ok" but if it is on the van why are we being charged ? Suddenly they were going to remove it and not charge us, it should have come with the van as it was already on it. I almost got up and walked out but , it was the van we wanted. Then over 6 weeks later I am wondering where our tags and registration are. I get call from Jim who tells me they could not get it processed because it was too heavy of a vehicle (lies) and they didn't know it needed a smog. How can you be a dealer and not know what used vehicle require smog. I called dmv because I thought it was odd. Found out it had nothing to do with weight it was because it was Diesel .. all vehicles that are diesel must be Smogged , regardless of age. I confronted them and Jim said he didn't know it was a Diesel. How can you not know what you are selling. Last but not least I had to bring the car to my mechanic to have it smogged . They of course reimburse me, but forgot the $10 certificate fee. It would not even have been a major ordeal had they have just told the truth. Honesty goes a long way in my book. The manager Cory was also not honest with the changing of items on car. Typical used car salesman experience. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. Not a good experience for me. read more

Dropped my 2010 Fusion off here for service due to a Ford recall this week. I made an appointment online, dropped it off in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon as promised. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and welcoming. I will be coming back if I need any other services. read more

After spending months looking and going through the standard procedures of car dealerships and sale tactics, we were at the end of our rope. We decided to take a few months off from pursuing what we thought was going to be an easy task. I set up a few appointments with some of our local dealerships with going in with a different mind set. We found the vehicle we were wanting & two dealerships said they were in stock along with sending us Vin # / Spec's. Soon we find out, the numbers don't exist in Manufacturer data base. I called them out on issue and my recourse was bad attitude with horrible customer service. So! After talking with another Ford owner. They suggested to call Colley Ford in Glendora. I spoke with Chris Chaffee. I told him what I was looking for, but he also told me that there was only a few available in the State and he would be in touch. Chris started texting me not long after we spoke. (Same Day) After two attempts on getting other dealers to release the vehicles was no go. By the end of the day, they found one 100 miles away. We told him to jump on it. Chris called next morning to tell us it would be in the lot ready to go by mid day. We have never been to Colley Ford and was almost expecting same routine. Nope! It was like going to a unfamiliar gathering and knowing everyone their. Super humble people. It was the easiest and most pleasant dealership experience ever. Colley Ford rocks!!! Thank you all. Colley Ford really did a great and fast job with the three recalls on my new car. I had a terrible experience at Chino HIlls Ford and took my car back, as they were unorganized & had terrible customer service. Rick at Colley Ford took care of my car and returned it within 3 days (one day less than they had estimated) and even washed my car for me. Great customer service and very friendly. When it is time to buy a new Ford, I will be going to Colley Ford. read more

Then I got a call back from our friends at Colley. We had bought my wife's Fusion Hybrid in February. I gotta say, this was the best car dealership experience I have had. I have purchased many cars and It is always the same song and dance, this however was much different. I brought my f150 in for service on Thursday, may 2nd. I was met by Sierra, who was incredible to work with and made things pretty easy. While waiting for the truck, I walked the lot to pass time. I was greeted by Lyndon Dole. Really nice guy and super genuine. He never felt like a "car salesman", which is always nice. I expressed that my truck was in service but that we had been interested in the expedition. He showed me one that checked all of my boxes. immediately I wanted to see what this would cost. we worked some numbers, he introduced me to his manager Luis Mojica. this is where I thought things would get more like a dealership transaction, but it never felt like that. It was the best experience. I told them I would have to come back tomorrow because of an event for my kids. my truck was still in service so they offered me a ride. Then, they said, "you know what, why don't we let you take this car for the day, that way you can see if it really fits your need. I was shocked. Never have I ever had this happen. Not sure its a common practice or not but the fact that they even offered was nothing short of amazing. I brought the car back the next morning. Luis was off that day, so I worked with Nick, also an awesome person to work with. We made a deal and I bought it. They did everything in their power to make this deal for me. Gave me more from my trade in, got me the best financing, gave me a nice deal on a warranty, etc... I sit with the finance guy, Jesse. apprehensive again in a different process but this was no different. The service level from these guys were the best I have experience. Jesse explained everything in detail, which I appreciate and got me in and out of there pretty quickly. Purchased the Maintenance package from Ford because frankly, it makes so much sense and for a couple bucks more a month, it was a no brainer. Overall, this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealer ship. EVER!!! I feel like I got a more than fair deal, my family is happy, I am happy and most of all, I feel like a made some new friends in the process. It was that good. I appreciate all of the hard work these guys put I not only will buy more cars from them but I encourage you to go do the same. Thank you to everyone at Colley Ford. I appreciate you guys. Took our family truck due to the check engine turning on on a Tuesday, the truck was then promised on Wednesday and we were told it would be $1300. Comes Wednesday and we didn't get a call all day, we proceed to contacting the service department and are told Rudy our original service manager quit!!! That should've raised a red flag! Anyway they said Mike would call us in a bit to let us know when we could pick the truck up. Wednesday night closing time and we did not get a call. We call Thursday and they say that our truck would be ready on Friday. Come Friday morning still no call from Colley Ford....finally get ahold of Larry who says that nothing has been done to the truck as the part won't be ready until a week and a half later!!! Why didn't they tell us this on Wednesday morning at least! We tell Larry that we are upset that nobody had called us Thursday and he says that's not his problem. At that point we are fed up and inform Colley Ford that we will be picking our vehicle up, Larry simply says "okay" and hangs up. Oh and when we dropped the truck off we were informed there was a recall for the door handles , well they didn't even address that issue!! When we picked our vehicle up they had done absolutely nothing!! What does that say about Ford that they don't care about the safety of their customers! So we speak to Kimberly Feathers who is "head" of customer service and replies to every post on yelp, well she does nothing and doesn't show any care in the world or apologize instead she asks if we want to cancel our order.... hmm yeah! So then she tells us we have to pay over $120 ...... for nothing?!!? Yeah she says we owe that due to the diagnostic!! How about we charge them for the 3 days we had a rental car due to them not giving us our truck back! Anyway we ended up paying just to get our vehicle back! Worst service ever and customer relations does nothing to make one feel appreciated for being a Ford owner how unamerican is that! We took the truck to a local shop who fixed it in one day and for 1/3 of the price!! read more

We had a really great experience with Colley Ford and Tyson Roberts as our sales person. We were looking at Ford Explorers and ended up doing quite a bit of research and coming back at least 3x's to look at different models and for test drives. We also had our Toddler along which made our car shopping experience a little longer since we had to take turns going on test drives. Tyson always had a smile on his face and answered all of our questions. He also helped track down the right vehicle when it came time to leasing. After performing searches among multiple dealers, I was able to find a truck with the features that I wanted at Colley Ford. Nick Wilson of the Internet Sales Dept worked with me until we got a price that we both agreed upon - all via text and email. Throughout the process, Nick was upfront with me and answered all the questions I had. Because Nick was busy when I arrived, Jim Keen allowed me to test drive the truck and took the time to explain the features of the truck while we were waiting for the Finance Mgr to become free. Had there not been a backlog in front of me, I would have been in and out in less than an hour. Nonetheless, Jim kept me entertained while they were prepping the vehicle and until the paperwork was completed. I cannot recommend Nick and Jim highly enough. I don't have enough good things to say about this dealership, their team and their customer service. I was aimlessly wandering around their lot at the end of June, unsure if I was going to be able to make the purchase that I really wanted, until I was greeted by Shalom. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was able to answer all of my questions. We sat down and figured everything out together and to my surprise, she made it happen! Being a first time buyer, I was very nervous of what the process would entail. Shalom and the rest of the Ford team made it quick and painless, while answering all of my questions in between. They didn't pressure me into anything that I didn't want, which was a nice change of pace from other dealerships I had visited previously. Shalom, CJ, Matt, Tim, Tyson, Chris and Kimberly have all done well over their part in making my Colley experience nothing short of perfect. They truly are a wonderful group of people and after working with them, I would never visit another Ford dealership. I recently took my car in for its first service and was greeted by half of the team that was there during my purchase, who "Saw me pull up and wanted to say hi." Pretty cool. I would highly recommend their services and this dealership to anyone. read more
