    Bro parked over 30 minutes with my truck to eat waisted over 100 miles

    Anyone saying the service here full of it I dropped my truck off and they took about two weeks with it not even working on it saying to me they need more time yet they have there guy joyriding my truck to go eat and go home told me they would put diesel in my truck for what they are going to waist and never did what they said took 50 dollars off my bill put put a good scratch on top of of my hood of my truck. They didn't reconnect my A/C correctly after giving me back my truck so now I have to go back again

    Just leased a 2025 equinox ev and am super pleased with the deal. Hubby and I tried another dealer first but couldn't come to an agreement on the price. Came here right after and Kobe was super friendly and helpful. They didn't have the particular model and color we wanted in stock, but he assured us he would call us as soon as it arrived. Well he kept true to his word and we returned. We didn't make the deal the same day because again we couldn't come to an agreement on the price. But the following day we received another call, worked w Kobe and his boss Lorenzo and came to an agreement. Isela the finance manager was a breeze and Joy and we left very happy!

    I recently purchased a 2026 Trail Boss from this dealership and used outside financing, which went completely smooth from start to finish. I've been loving my truck so far, and the overall buying experience has continued to impress me even after the sale. About a month after my purchase, I received a package in the mail a box of freshly baked goods from the dealership. I wanted to highlight this because it's the exact type of small gesture that makes a customer feel appreciated and valued. It's not about the dollar amount; it's the thought, effort, and personal touch behind it. That kind of follow-through really sets a business apart, and it shows they care about building long-term relationships, not just making a sale.

    Not to mention, they wanted to charge 1.5 hours to do actuators on each door so 1.5 hours each door..............

    Once again chasing people around to get a refund and this general manager IS NEVER THIER! Or the receptionist is lying whatever the case is horrible customer service it's now Friday. I called Monday I can't get a simple call back I left 2 alternate phone numbers and yet I've received 0 calls to either numbers.

    AMAZING!!! Drove down the hill from Hesperia to Glendora due to Lorenzo and he was AMAZING. He introduced us to Kobe who was very sweet and helpful. It was well worth the drive. Lorenzo and Kobe made my time worthwhile like he promised. Victorville was such a bad experience so if you're up the hill, definitely drive down to Glendora instead.

My husband surprised me with a 2025 Chevrolet Traverse, and both Lorenzo and Julian made the process so easy and got us exactly what we wanted!! I drove almost 2 hours to look at and potentially purchase a used Honda Civic after speaking with the sales team multiple times beforehand. When I got there, the car wasn't even properly ready. They told me the battery was dead and temporarily put in another weak battery just so the car could start. Despite that, I still spent my own time and money getting an offsite pre-purchase inspection because I was seriously considering buying the vehicle. I even spoke with management about the battery issue, and they reassured me that if I came back the next day, the car would be fully ready with a new battery installed. One of the sales reps even confirmed to me the next morning that the car was ready for me. While I was literally preparing to head back over there, they sold the car to someone else. What frustrates me most is the false reassurance and lack of honesty throughout the process. If the vehicle was still actively being sold to other buyers, they should have been upfront about that instead of repeatedly telling me to come back and making it sound like the car would be waiting for me. I wasted hours driving, arranging financing, getting the vehicle inspected, and planning around their word. The car itself may have been fine, but the communication, professionalism, and customer respect were not. I would be very cautious dealing with this dealership.

Recently, the vehicle began to hesitate while starting, so I naturally checked the battery...which rated "good battery" in a few local part houses. I was pretty much stumped, so decided to take my car, which of course is still under warranty, to CardinaleWay Hyundai. And I will tell you in no uncertain terms that I am elated that I did!! I walked in the customer service office, where I was warmly greeted by an associate named Saul. As I relayed my issues to him, he listened intently to everything I said, making notes while waiting to interject; I felt he was giving me his undivided attention, and he showed concern for my problem. He pulled up my information, and he informed me that indeed my car was under warranty. After a brief tour under the hood, he recommended that I leave the vehicle to be inspected to ascertain the problem. He said depending on the parts, it would be a couple of days to diagnose and fix. He immediately asked me if I needed a loaner, and that it would be no problem to provide one for me. Although I declined the spare car, his dedication to service never waned...and he had an even, professional demeanor throughout the process. I will say that his attitude was truly positive and pragmatic, and I appreciated his concern to get things done. (I have been to quite a few dealerships and their service dept., and as most of you know, this isn't always the case). To cut to the chase, Saul called to inform me that they had diagnosed the problem, and that they found a few other things that needed to be fixed. Again, they were very thorough; they fixed the problems they encountered in a timely manner and with professional quality. He texted me around 1:00 to say the car was ready...a mere 24 hours after I dropped it off. I found that amazing and , well, refreshing. The service rendered, the polite and attentive tone throughout the process, and the professionalism by each person I encountered was fantastic! I don't write reviews very often, but felt compelled to write this one. Because of the way this entire process went, I strongly recommend Cardinale Hyundai.

    PLEASE READ I normally do not ever post any kind of reviews but I would hate for this to happen to…read moreanyone else. Do not purchase from here! I bought a 2012 Nissan and in less than a month after driving it started making noises and running slow. Took it to a mechanic and gave me a print out of all the things wrong with it! The dealer MIKE then started "it's all wear and tear" (mind you some of these "wear and tares" could have been dangerous for driving!) He said he'd fix ONE thing on the list. Then did not answer any of my calls or texts. I have screenshots to prove everything. So I fixed it myself, $2,000 more later. Then after fixing the wear and tears, a month after that (2 months into purchasing the car) the car started slowing down. So not even a year later, the car now needs a whole new transmission! He refuses to fix anything because his cars are "sold as is" I ran a history on the car and there was no history of it being maintenance by him. So a total of $13,000 later here I am. This car is not worth that much for what it is. He clearly sold me the car with all these pre existing issues and didn't disclose any of it or is taking accountability.

Brought my car in, went over some paperwork and was told I'd be contacted once the inspection was complete. Sure enough Matt called me to let me know there were some items found during inspection and which ones needed to be addressed right away. After agreeing to the updated quote they got to work. I came back to the shop prior to being told my car was ready, and I think there may have been a delay in getting parts needed (dropped the car off at 9am, wasn't done until 4pm). Other than that, the quoted price is what I paid, there wasn't any pushing to buy a service that wasn't needed. I will definitely be bringing my car back for the additional work needed.

I chose this…read morecompany based on location and called ahead to confirm they could do more than just read basic codes. I had already done my own diagnostics and knew the car was running rich. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.
