My vehicle sat there for a week with minimal communication, and I had to repeatedly call for updates. They ultimately claimed they "couldn't duplicate the leak." However, when my vehicle was returned to me after a wash, it was actively leaking onto the front seat--on their lot. Paperwork was incomplete and had to be corrected by hand at pickup. The most concerning issue: when I tried to schedule a return visit, I was told they could not book me due to a "note" on my account tied to the survey I completed. I was then repeatedly lectured about how my survey score impacted the advisor personally (Serena). Their service department has no respect for customers. Antonio Bojorquez is a horrible service rep who lies and likes to act intimidating. The service manager Ryan Suchanek is extremely unprofessional as well. Took my truck in to get the RF hub replaced and was initially dealing with Serena. It was right before new years so I understood there would be a delay due to the holiday. Serena assured me the vehicle would be fixed quickly and should be ready by Friday. Friday we heard nothing so I called and spoke with Serena, she looked it up and apologized and stated the vehicle had not been touched but would be fixed first thing Monday. Monday comes around and Antonio calls my husband and tells him that the battery is dead and it's $600 for parts and labor to replace it. Of course we have questions and Antonio could not answer them and sounded like he was making the answers up. My husband went down today 1/6/2026 with the intent to disconnect his battery and take it to auto zone where it's under warranty. When he shows up Antonio told him he had to pay the labor rate to have the battery disconnected. My husband went back and forth with him and then Ryan the service manager came out. He immediately escalated the situation and told my husband he is not welcome at this facility anymore and that he would have him escorted off property. My husband said he wanted to pick up his truck and leave and stated we will not be coming back. Magically the truck starts and they bring it for pickup however my husband cannot pay yet because the paperwork/work order was wrong. It said nothing about the RF hub being replaced. So he had to wait for that to be corrected to pay. Serena assisted him with this and he let her know that he has to come back to pick up my car and he doesn't want Ryan to call the cops if he sees him. Serena stated he wouldn't and my husband left to come get me from work. I went into the service department to get business cards and was greeted by Antonio, I asked for Serena and was informed that she and Ryan were in a meeting with the GM. I then asked Antonio if he had been the one communicating with my husband yesterday and that's when he started to laugh and stated that "all calls are recorded". His smug demeanor and attitude towards me were uncalled for and unnecessary. I then called the dealership where I asked to speak with the GM. The receptionist let me know he was unavailable and took my info so he could call me back when he was available. I asked if the calls were recorded and she said no. So Antonio is a liar and bad at his job. Loni called me back after I called again and left a voicemail asking for a call back. I thanked him for calling me back and let him know why I had called. I explained the situation and he seemed to also have questions. He stated that he was going to look into it more and would request the paper printouts showing the battery was dead. I asked for an in person meeting once he receives these as we would like to see them as well. He stated he would get back to me and my hope is he does. Clearly there is and has been an issue with their service department and the service manager Ryan. If this dealership is smart they would replace the employees causing the issues. On January 5, 2026, I received a phone call from Antonio advising that the work performed on my truck for an electrical issue had been completed; however, he stated the battery was dead. Given that the vehicle was in for an electrical concern, I questioned how the repair could be verified if the battery was nonfunctional. Antonio was unable to answer this question and stated the battery could not be jump-started or courtesy charged. To avoid a quoted $600+ charge for battery replacement and labor, Antonio and I agreed that I would return on January 6, 2026, to remove the battery myself and replace it independently. According to Antonio and the diagnostic documentation provided, the battery was listed as failed. Upon my arrival on January 6, I identified myself and explained the purpose of my visit. The initial employee I spoke with appeared unaware of the situation and consulted Antonio, who initially stated he was unaware of the battery issue. After I explained further, Antonio acknowledged the situation but stated that I could not retrieve the battery without paying $150 in labor to have it removed, which contradicted our prior agreement. During this exchange, I expressed frustration and made a verbal remark comparing Antonio's handling of the situation to that of a "16-year-old," which prompted Service Manager Ryan to become involved. While another employee had begun escorting me to retrieve my tools so I could remove the battery, Ryan intervened and stated that I was not permitted to remain on the property. So...it turns out that Ryan Suchanek (Service Manager) is the Son of the GM/VP Lonnie or Loni Suchanek....which is most likely why Ryan feels so entitled to speak with his customers the way he does. I was reasonably upset speaking with Nick the way I did as he never listened to my concerns and just took Jeep's word for my issue as "normal" - my previous 2 week stint at Fontana Jeep hadn't even come to that conclusion with Jeep Engineering. So Ryan calls me after I gave Nick my thoughts and I thought maybe he was going to de-escalate and start over...but no this guy decides to escalate by telling me I shouldn't speak to Nick that way...HaHa! Guess what dude...I am the customer!! If I could give fewer stars I would....Wow, where do I start..... I first came to these guys to get my wife's brand new Waggoner repaired under warranty for a coolant leak. I had to call them multiple times to get an appointment because nobody would call back when I left a message. I finally got someone to get me an appointment which was weeks out and I took it despite my brand new vehicle burning coolant and stunk as we drove it. When the car was finally looked at, it was clear that they had no idea what they were doing as I was told it was a turbo issue, a water pump and finally it was just a coolant leak...... I was quoted the end of the week, it took them over 3 weeks to fix a coolant leak! They never provided updates, I had to call them every week to get updated, to which I was provided inaccurate time estimates every time. I let it go, thinking it was just a mistake and nobody is perfect. My new Ram truck then started having an infotainment issue. It is most likely an update issue or something simple like flash/ update. I get there and they indicate that it would be at least 2 stays to diagnose it (yeah, been told that before). I said why can't you just call me when you are able to take it? They said "it doesn't work like that". I Contacted the manager who refused to take responsibility for their departments faults and then thought it would be a good idea to say that I was the problem for expecting the dealership as well as Dodge to take care of this warranty issue without dropping off the vehicle without a rental. He was non-responsive, indignant and it is clear where this service department is getting its shortcomings. Their finance manger is quick to educate you on the car business. He warned us of specific scams dealerships will try to pull. We'll get back to him. Instead let's talk about the EXACT scam the sales manager pulled that the finance manager later warned against. Behavior to make you suspicious - When you start negotiations with them (don't bother, they don't budge) they have you complete a 4 square form, very common in the industry. There should be no new information added from 4 square to contract. The sales manager returned with a warranty ON THE CONTRACT for over $4000. I am not sure about the legality of that practice, but it is super shady and should make you reconsider doing business with a place that has practices like these. I wanted the warranty anyway but the sales repenter offered. Full Price add-ons you didn't ask for - LoJack. A $1300 option that they install on every used car we saw. It an unnecessary forced add on. Obviously they will slip in the warranty if you're not careful. I would read everything that they put in front of you three times. Questionable practices - I have purchased my last 5 cars from the same lot. I advised them of this and that we would need another car soon. Used cars have the HIGHEST margins by far of any cars on the lot. The warranty and LoJack are HUGE margins. They would not lower the price on anything. Not the LoJack they installed. Not the warranty the sales manager added to the contract without asking. Nothing. Terrible employee interaction - The Finance Manager. I understand dealing with the finance manger is the least pleasurable part of the buying process. I don't think he was doing it in a sexual harassment way, but by the 14-15th he called my wife gorgeous when asking her to sign, it wore out quickly.Other comments such as, "and ma' lady signs here" are simply cringeworthy. This issue has a known service bulletin and was replicated by a technician but that was not good enough. Documentation from them states the VIN doesn't qualify for a TSB. We believe it does but when asked to have them show me that they were unwilling because the person who was there wasn't the advisor and the manger was gone and so was the dealership manager. They have had the truck for 3 weeks. Never communicated with us and got a massive attitude when posed with questions. Please think wisely about where you purchase and take your TRX's for service. I had some work don't to my minivan there and provided Matt with my extended warranty info. He called me back and told me nothing was covered but I went ahead with the repairs. It cost over 4k. I later found out that in fact everything was covered he never even called according to the claims department of my warranty provider. Unfortunately by the time I figured all of this out it was past my 30 days to alert my warranty company of any repairs so I had to eat the 4,000. PLEASE READ AND TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE I am not one to write a review unless it warranted to highlight a positive experience or a horrific one, in this case, I feel it is my obligation to share my experience for any potential future customers that plan on taking their vehicle for service at this location. I plan for this review to be long and detailed so I can expose how they conduct their business and treat their customers. Prior to writing this review, I thought my experience was a one off, but I noticed a pattern of similar complaints from other customer reviews. Naturally, most customers would go to the closest dealership for service out of convenience. In my case, it was out of safety as my Jeep kept dying out on me while I was driving. From a customer perspective, we should not see any delineation between other Jeep dealerships, most especially if the vehicle is still under warranty. We also seek comfort, accountability, peace-of-mind, and trust that our vehicle and customer experience are the fundamental focal points from one of the largest US automakers. I purchased my Jeep on April 1st from the Orange Coast Jeep dealership in the OC which is 40 miles away from my house. It was a CPO, purchased additional 5-year extended powertrain and certified added care warranty, and was told that I had bumper-to bumper warranty for the first 3 months. At the time of purchased, the battery was not working, and the dealership replaced it with a brand new Mopar battery. While I was driving to work on Monday April 3, a check engine light appeared. I had no worries as I assumed I had coverage. I took out my ODB2 tool and checked the faulty code. The codes were P1AC6 and P1AC7. I took my Jeep to the Glendora location to investigate in hopes to have the issue resolved in a timely manner. This was the start of my whirlwind experience of owning a Jeep. That first engagement internally had me questioning if I should've gone to the dealership where I had purchased my Jeep. Serena was assigned to me as my service advisor. I explained to her what I had experienced and she and a few of her colleagues insisted that it was an auxiliary battery failure. Keep in mind that my Jeep wasn't even in the system yet, but as the techs were all listening in, they all insisted they knew what the issue was before even inspecting it. While Serena was taking my info, I saw firsthand on how they were treating their customers over the phone before I was even a registered customer. Once they got off the phone with that customer, they talked so much crap about that customer in front of me. While Serena was entering me onto their system, she had trouble finding a certain electronic document to determine if my issue falls under warranty. I had to guide her through the application menus to assist with finding what she was looking for. Clearly, she was either new or required more training. She eventually called over a colleague and he helped her find what she was looking for. She said she couldn't tell me if the issue would be covered and requested that I take my Jeep to Orange Coast. It was almost closing time and I was confused on what to do as I have never been told from other vehicles that I've owned, to take it to the dealership I purchased from. She explained that every dealership is different and confirmed with me that it was safe to drive my vehicle home. The next day (Tuesday) as I was taking my toddler to school, the engine cut out twice. In addition to the check engine light, I also received a battery alert. A couple of other messages appeared that the auto start/stop is not working as it's not charging, and that functionality will be reduced. Luckily, I wasn't very far from his school when it occurred. Although I wanted to take my Jeep to Orange Coast, I didn't think it was safe for me to drive over 40 miles to drop off in the condition my jeep was in and took it back to Glendora. Serena said they will have a tech investigate and she'll call me when they find out what the issue is. However, to start the process, she either wanted me to pay for a service that was covered or have Orange Coast authorize the work. Two days later (Thursday) Glendora finally got authorization from Orange Coast to proceed with the work and received confirmation that my Jeep would be done by Friday. I called Serena as I haven't heard anything, and they said they are working on it. She then later tells me that they are replacing the auxiliary battery and I should have it the next day (Friday). I eventually get a call in the afternoon saying they don't have the battery and would have to order it. In April 2023 this same vehicle had a dead battery at only 14K miles. Glendora Jeep replaced the battery that time for no charge under warranty. They said the battery was bad. Forward to Jan 2025 and the battery failed again. Brought to Glendora Jeep and it took 2 days for a call back which is normal for them communication has always been poor. They said the battery was severely discharged and they charged it and it was now "passing all tests" and would be good to go. Gave no explanation for why it was discharged. This cost $112 to charge my battery. 2 days after picking up vehicle it would not start again and had to be jumped. Brought it back to dealer and again took 3 days for them to call back. Writer Matt told me that the battery was now bad, yes the one that a week earlier was a good battery. He quoted me $302 and said this was a break and not charging labor, only the battery cost. I reminded him that the battery was just replaced in 2023 and it should be under warranty. I had told him this when I brought it in. Matt looks it up and says your right we will cover it the battery has a 3 year warranty. A few hours later he calls back and says he could not get it to go through and will have to charge me the $302 after all. When I ask why he says because the first time they replaced it under the basic car warranty 3yrs/36K miles. Ok but the new battery has a 3 year warranty/guarantee right? Yes but because we did it under the factory warranty we can't do it again. Matt was polite enough and I asked for the service manager. That's when I speak to Ryan. This was the most unpleasant and rude person to ever deal with. I was polite and asked him if he knew the situation. Ryan says yes every step of the way I know why your car is here. He repeats the same as Matt and says if they put the new one in today it will be covered for 3 years. I asked about why not 3 years on this one put in 2023 should be covered til 2026. He replies that's not how it works it's not my choice it's corporate policy not a dealership thing. You are the type of person who wants your own policy not gonna get it. You got one free battery already it's not happening again. I asked him about customer satisfaction etc and he replies, he has a business to run and his business is not to make people happy. He kept cutting me off saying I'm wasting my time I'm not going to win. Then began berating me more telling me I need to maintain my own vehicle and it's not his responsibility. Told me to either authorize the work or come pick up the car. I called 2 other local CDJR dealerships and explained this to them. One asked for my VIN and they were able to verify the battery was just put in less than 2 years and 10K miles ago and without question said they would replace it under parts warranty. They said the factory basic warranty has nothing to do with this issue. So I picked up my Jeep and took it elsewhere. I have no doubt that service writer Matt got push back from Ryan especially when I was first told it was covered and 2 hours later it was not going to be covered. LIES, DECEIT, UNPROFESSIONAL. Take your time to read other reviews you will see a trend. I also noticed that the last few times I've had this vehicle and my Cherokee there that they do not ask or send you a review even if your experience was a good one. Most writers beg you for a great review that's how they survive. My guess is they don't send email reviews anymore because they know their customer service is horrible. Some other reviews even say they made a phone appointment and a writer said to take their car elsewhere because they had provided a bad review in the past. This dealer seems to push customers away even on warranty work where they get their money back from Corporate. I will never return to this dealership for a purchase or service. read more

Wow, wish I could write a good review. But I can't. Most car dealerships are pretty sleazy. This one looks all nice and clean with lots of smiling faces... but it's just as sleazy. Long story short... the salesman READER was all smiles doing the deal. Then it came time to close the deal with the finance guy. Here are the lies READER told us. 1. "All cars come with a full tank of gas". LIE. The finance guy says only NEW cars come with a full tank of gas. ( This car was test driven allot and has a few hundred miles on it.) 2. "The Lojack system was a "Lifetime" purchase." LIE. The finance guy says it's only a trial subscription and will need periodic renewal 3. I always get a trucker hat or free tee shirt when I buy a car. I refused to sign the "Due Bill" until I got these things. READER says ".... dont worry about it. Sign the Due Bill release, go get your cashiers check, and when you come back we can get you taken car of." LIE. So we go get the check, come back to trade the check for the keys and the swag. NOPE. No hat, no tee. If a dealership will LIE to you about something as stupid as a free tee shirt, they will lie to you about anything. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALER FOR ANY REASON!!!! Do not take your vehicle to this place. All I wanted was the truth and apparently they do not value the truth. My vehicle was there for over 3 weeks, they called me to pick it up 2 times and the check engine light was on before I made it home, less than 10 miles. I took it back both times and the first time it cost me an additional $1500 on top of the $2400 already paid. The second time was because they forgot to reconnect a belt. They crashed it on the test drive and did not ask me who I wanted to repair it. They just took it where they wanted for the front bumper and a few other cosmetic repairs. They initially refused to tell me who was driving my vehicle. I had to speak to the General Manager of the dealership to get information. One guy in service told me the accident was after hours and another service guy told me it was prior to closing. I still really don't know the truth. This all happened about a month ago but I didn't want to write a review until I was able to be reasonable. Well the check engine light is on again and no way in The world am I taking my Ram to this truth challenged service department. I thought taking my RAM to the dealership would be a great experience. It was the worst experience ever. The RAM is diesel and all of the repairs are within the emission system. This place could improve everything about their service department. read more

This review is for the Sales & Service department. I bought my Chrysler 300S here some years back. I had a great buying experience & the salesman Jim was really nice, funny & helpful. Fast forward to today & 50,000 miles later. I still love my car & it has been really good to me. I had it serviced here yesterday & the service department people were nice, informative & communicative via phone too. Our service guys name was Christian & there was also a lady that helped us out at drop off. I didn't catch her name but she was nice, thorough & complimented me on how well I've taken care of my car. I had a great experience here. Conner Vasquez-Niles was my sales rep - he did a good job of understanding my needs and working all the back and forth with the bosses to get to an agreeable price. Once we agreed on price, the details were sent via email and I made my way in. Conner was waiting for me as I drove in. Conner, Loren, Steve and Debbie took care of everything smoothly and honestly, explaining everything as they went. Conner did a full walk through of the car, making sure I understood everything. I had to drop off my rental at Enterprise -- Conner followed me there with the new car and had one of his team members pick him up, so I didn't have to make the extra trip from Enterprise. Horrible customer service! My husband and I were serious buyers looking to purchase a 2023 Ram truck. We drove to our local Glendora Ram dealership and a salesman named Frank assisted us. Frank showed us the truck I was interested in. Frank wrote my phone number down and told me he would call the next day. He got busy with another customer so we didn't discuss numbers. Frank never followed up with a phone call. Poor salesman service right there! We shopped around at other Ram dealerships. A few days later after work, we called the Glendora Ram dealership about 20 mins to closing and spoke with another salesman ( black male with a unique name) who had told us if we came "right now" he would give us a good deal and give us a good price. We arrived at the dealership just 12 mins later and immediately this salesman walked over to have us fill out a form to run our credit and take our IDs. I told this salesman that I first wanted to see the truck and that I wasn't filling out my credit just yet and so he paused, and then his attitude changed! He grabbed the keys, walked over to the truck in the outside parking lot, unlocked it and walked away. The salesman could have cared less at that point! I couldn't believe what we were experiencing. (At this time we had already visited two other Ram dealerships and their customer service was exceptional!) This particular model/color was the one I wanted in their lot and we decided to walk back in and possibly get a sale with this salesman even though I didn't want to deal with his horrible service. We walked back inside to speak with the salesman who was sitting at his desk and he immediately told us that we can call tomorrow to speak with Frank if we wanted. My husband asked him, "Well I thought you wanted to discuss numbers? Frank showed us the truck and never followed up with us." This salesman said, " You can talk to Frank" and he got up and gathered his belongings and lunch bag as he was ready to leave. My husband asked him, "So you don't want to talk numbers? You told us to come down here when we called." And the salesman ignored us. I couldn't believe the service we experienced! We walked out. Glendora had the exact truck I wanted, but we decided to purchase a truck with BRAVO IN alhambra! They had a large inventory and the Best customer service and follow ups!
