I strongly advise against doing any business with this company. They provided me with a golf cart that was completely non-functional, despite charging me $1200 for the rental. Upon returning the vehicle, their own technician inspected it and confirmed that it was not operational. For the past two months, I have been attempting to obtain a refund for a service that was never delivered. The company repeatedly promised to resolve the issue, but has since stopped answering my calls altogether. This behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and completely unacceptable. Purchased a cart December of 2024 got my plates in October of 2025 and since I couldn't ride my golf cart without plates the battery had died and I been waiting for them to replace it since September of 2025. So no I have plates but might have to wait another 10 months for a battery replacement. So if you like riding a golf cart I would not recommend this place. Purchased an Evolution golf cart in August 2025.Requested an Evolution Ranger and was shown the Maverick.I assumed I was getting the Ranger(smaller). Was totally misled from the beginning. After receiving it (Maverick) I noticed the rear seat belts were missing the female portion. Called my representative and no response. Then called the shop to speak to Jason(owner) and left another message.He had told me during my purchase that they would take care of any issues for 2 years. LOL Again no Response. They offered me one price to come out. Came out and worked on my cart then left without letting us check the work. It was not fixed. I called them, they came back out, worked on the cart, and again left without us checking it. The issue was still not fixed. I called them and told them there were two wires not hooked up and if they explained where they went I would try to fix it. They sent me a picture (see attached) and said that would fix it. When that did not fix it, they told me they needed to charge me $250 to come out to fix it (would be the third time they would "fix" it) which was $50 more than the first time they came out. The reason? Because i voided their previous repair work by following their picture THEY sent and trying to fix it myself to SAVE them a trip. Terrible company and experience. BEWARE - TOOK DEPOSIT * NO PRODUCT * NO RETURN OF MONEY We gave a deposit for carts that were never delivered. After endless calls--over 50 calls with 99% never returned--they finally said they'd pay us back at $2,000 per week. Only the first $2,000 ever came. We're still out over $6,000 after more than four months. Update: they finally paid us back averaging $1500.00 every other week though the promised $2000 a week and it took constant calls and lack of effort on their part. At least we got the money back after 4 months of trying to get it refunded. They lied about Evolution not having parts problems, couldn't supply the carts we ordered, and continue making excuses like "we're in court" or "others are owed money too." Excellent! Awesome! Fantastic! I had such a great experience with CartService USA. The service manager, Elias, was excellent. He had great communication with me, always informing me of what was going on, expected time frame etc. I never had to call him. He reached out to me, gave me updates and answers when he said. I have an unusual 10 seater golf cart....some might call it a people mover. I call it my super tram. It sat for two years, and brakes were not working, batteries barely working. Jacob came out, on time as scheduled, and picked up the cart. Easy for me. They diagnosed the problem quickly, with no upsells, no unwanted add-ons, etc. The batteries were barely holding a charge, so I decided to upgrade to a lithium power source. Best thing I ever did, hands down!! The cart moves quickly, doesn't lag down going up a hill or anything. Here's the awesome part and shows how dedicated the employee's are there. Its a big 72V battery, and their supplier was lagging on dropping off the battery to Cart USA. Elias went to the supplier, picked the battery up, and the battery was installed and cart running right away. That is fantastic customer service. Above and beyond in my opinion. All work they did on the cart was clean and professional. They had to fabricate a new brake line, and all the wires for the new battery were installed snug and tight. Prices are great, and the pick up and drop off of my cart was exactly as scheduled. Joe dropped off the cart as scheduled. Again, super easy for me, and no wasted time on my side. Great service, great communication, and all done in a professional timely manner. I highly recommend Cart Service USA. My golf cart was in for service about three months ago and they said that they would deliver it on Tuesday, but it never came. They did this to me 3 times already and still not fixed and could not provide me with when they can bring me the fixed cart. When you receive excellent customer service 5 stars is just not enough. Kristi Hawker was our point of contact. She is vary knowledgeable. When I provide my Drivers License she notice it was annotated with VETERAN. She promptley informed me the Cart Service supported "OUR" Veterans. Through out the process I felt they really meant that. I was told they will arrive on Friday, July 28th at 11:00 am but they did not show up. I called and was told they will arrive between 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm but once again they did not arrive. Scheduled a pick up for my golf cart over a week ago and gave full instructions on delivery including a gate code. They never called me to tell me they where outside and just left. I called to ask why they didn't do the pick and the service department acknowledge they did have the gate code and pick up instructions but had no reason as to why driver left. He scheduled to pick it up the next day. Today, I got home at 1 PM, they still hadn't picked up the cart so I gave them a courtesy call just to make sure that they were still coming. I was reassured that the driver was going to be here today. A driver called me at 2:45pm that he was an hour away. Perfect. It is now 5:20 and the driver is not here yet. Called him, no answer. Called the service department, someone answered then hung up on me. Called back and went to voicemail. Now, it's the end of the night and the driver nor the service department had the decency to communicate that they would not be coming, and the driver was told that I would be waiting for him. Beware!!! Cheats and Liars!!! I want to start off by saying I am Disabled and on a Fixed Income. I am New to Golf Carts so called around three Evolution dealers to get info. Two dealers told me Golf Carts come with 8 year warranty on Battery. But When talked to Jason(Cart Services U.S.A.) He told me only 5 year warranty and other dealers did not know what we're talking about. So trusted him thinking he knew more about Carts. I ordered an Evolution Maverick D5 with Black and White Seats on April 29 He told me built to order and would take 3-5 days. I received Golf Cart May 5 No Black and White Seats and 5 Year Battery. Jason told me Evolution made the mistake and nothing could be done. I come to find out he Gave me an older Golf Cart he ordered in March! Date Stamped 09/23 Why Battery had a 5 year warranty instead of 8 and why I did not get my Black and White Seats. Evolution Confirmed what he did to me. Jason Lied and Cheated me out of my New Golf Cart with a better Warranty to get rid of his old Golf Cart Stock! He kept the Golf Cart I ordered with 8 year Warranty. I contacted him and wanted a refund or the Golf Cart I ordered. Evolution corporate also Contacted him but no reply. He did reply to me and told me he gave me a new golf cart regardless and if need repairs to call another dealer to help me. I'll echo what others have said in these reviews, TERRIBLE SERVICE and utterly UNPROFESSIONAL. I gave them several chances to make it right. For several WEEKS they promised me they were coming to repair my cart and never showed up. They eventually started the job and the work was sloppy. The guy didn't finish the repairs and he simply left because he said he "had another job" he needed to get to. To be honest, these people seem like tweekers and pot-heads. The repair guy didn't even tell me he was leaving. I had to call the main office to find out that he wasn't coming back. I called and spoke to Ryan (manager) NUMEROUS times (at least 15) in roughly 30 days and all he did was make more excuses about not being able to get in contact with his own repair person/ employee. He didn't offer to refund my $1,300 that I had already paid them for an unfinished and sloppy job. Ryan ASSURED me several days that the technician was INDEED in route to my house and of course, he never showed up. Do you think they had the decency to call me and apologize or let me know that they weren't going to show up, again for the 5th time in two weeks? Of course not. Do Not...give these people your business. I can't reiterate enough how unprofessional they are and they will not follow up and get the job done after you've overpaid them. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! They had my cart for 2 weeks! Every time I called they would give me the run around about being busy and it was on the schedule to be diagnosed several days later. I even spoke to the owner who insured they would be on it first thing and promised a call with an update.. no call.. After 2 weeks I was told it needed a $900 part which was one of the issues however they were unable to tell me what the primary issue was. I had a very unpleasant experience not only did I have to call every day to get a status of my cart because they never responded back through email or followed through for a return call.. The work that they did was less than satisfactory. Very nice people. Unfortunately they are unorganized they constantly missed their deadlines and they do not stand by their work. These guys were amazing. It was Saturday and no other cart store was open for parts, I needed a new solenoid for my Club Car DS, they had it in stock. I was hoping that they could arrange overnight shipping but that was not an option, so they offered to drive the part to my house. We live in Canyon Lake which is over 60 miles away. My family was coming out for the annual Golf Cart Christmas parade the next day and our Grandchildren were really looking forward to it. My experience with this company has been nothing but great! My cart was broken down and stuck on the street. Called in and selected 2 for service and Daniel answered very politely and professionally. I let him of my issues and that it was stuck on street and he had a mobile mechanic out to me the same day. Mechanic looked at cart and shortly after I had an estimate in my email with supporting pictures. After I approved estimate, the mechanic fixed it on the spot and I was back in the road. Buyer Beware!!! Summary: Cart Service USA is unreliable. While they are polite and congenial in email and on telephone calls, their initiative and follow-through without extreme nudging from their clients is virtually non-existent. Here's my detailed account below... May 26 Cart Service USA, an advertised "mobile cart service," was scheduled to determine why our golf cart would not charge, and fix it on site. Upon arrival, the repair person explained he did not have the diagnostic equipment with him and would have to take the golf cart back with him to diagnose the problem. He explained the $195 service fee would apply to the service rendered AND that he needed to take the charger with him. May 31 I had to call 2x to reach a live person to answer the telephone. This is when I learned that the mobile technician had been terminated, and they didn't realize that my golf cart was waiting for the diagnostic test. From there, the service person explained that my golf cart will be "priority scheduled" for the diagnostic test the following day at 11 AM. I can expect an update that afternoon after with the outcome. June 2 No return call for the diagnostic results, so I called. Outcome: the diagnostic test never occurred. After an apology, they committed to another "priority schedule" for the diagnostic test for the following business day. June 8 I called to learn I needed all new batteries for our golf cart, and an estimate for replacement. I also asked for lithium battery estimate. Received an estimate with no lithium option. June 26 (2+ weeks later) Finally received the estimate for lithium batteries. June 28 They had my cart for a month, and it took only 2 days to replace the batteries after the estimate. Upon completion, the invoice included the mobile service fee of $195. Our cart also was returned with new damage and no charger. July 6 After several phone calls, voicemails and an email, Daniel explained that he doesn't think they have it. However, after I INSISTED and then he agreed that he would look for it. July 7 Left a message asking for an update. Received this email back: "Good morning Jill, I apologize for the lack of a response regarding your charger. I notified my manager and my techs in the shop, and they are trying to track it down as we speak. I do apologize for the inconvenience." July 10 Emailed Daniel asking for an update about our golf cart charger. July 11 Received this email back: "My manager and technicians have been looking everywhere for your charger, and it has been tough because we do have a lot of chargers in our shop. If you could please help by giving me a description of the charger (color, size, distinct features, etc.) or if you had a picture of it that would help our team a lot." July 16 & 17 Daniels email: "I was told that there is a possibility that the charger may be with one of the technicians in their work vans that are currently out in the field. Once everyone is back in the office, we will take a look and see if it is indeed in one of the vans. I will update you towards the end of the day." July 18 I communicated with Cart Service USA, "Daniel, I hope you were able to locate our charger for our golf cart in the technician's van yesterday. But whatever the outcome, we are asking respectfully that this resolution becomes your first priority today as this was brought to your attention 3 weeks earlier. Daniel's response, "it will be mailed out today, and delivered by July 20th." To this, Eureka! They found it! July 20 & 21 No charger received. To this, I emailed DANIEL. No response. July 29 I received an email saying, "I have gotten word that your charger is back in our shop. We will have one of our guys bring it to you." August 2 Called and Max answered. He explained that he was looking at our charger right in front of him in their shop. I explained that he already told me this on July 29th and insisted that we become a priority, regardless of the inconvenience on his end. Max committed to dropping if off the next morning 10am on August 3. August 4 Called the service line at 10:22AM and at 10:23AM and got vmail. Called the sales line at 10:23AM and got voice mail. Called the sales line at 10:25AM from my landline and Max picked up explaining he had an emergency. I received NO phone call to explain there'd be a delay. I insisted that we FINALLY BECOME A PRIOITY, I've been patient, then persistent, then outright assertive and nothing works. Nobody should have to beg for basic service that has been paid for. August 5 Owner/manager called profusely apologetic explaining that he was not aware of these details and this timeline until I shared it. After a 45-minute great conversation, he humbly explained he'd "make it right." It is August 23rd and I've never received anything, including the $195 service fee waived. read more

My cart left me stranded down the street from home and I didn't know how to get it back. I spoke with Haydee and she was really kind and quickly scheduled a mechanic to come out and get my cart going again. She asked me a few questions and asked for a picture of my cart then shortly after, a mechanic came out with parts and got my cart running again.
