I've been trying to find good pizza in SGV and saw Coldpizza come up on my search. This is located in a cool small-ish food hall type area. There's a brewery and other restaurant. There's also tons of seating and multiple tvs to watch the game. I came in and ordered and opted for a pepperoni pizza. The wait was not overly long and I watched the dodgers game while waiting. I took it back home and dug in. The pizza was pretty good and toppings were solid. The only thing was that 1/3 of my pizza had burnt crust, so I couldn't eat it, which was a shame because the crust was pretty good. I also wanted to saw that the pizza was a little pricey, so I was a bummed out that I couldn't enjoy the whole pizza. Overall, I thought Coldpizza was pretty good, it's great to go for the ambience and decent pizza.

The pizza was really good and you could taste the quality from the first bite. The crust was thin yet still soft and fluffy, with a satisfying chew, and the flavors were excellent throughout. We ordered quite a bit of food that day at the BLVD Market so we ended up taking some of the pizza home. Even the next day after reheating it in the oven it was still delicious. I would definitely recommend it!

Yum yum yum. Ordered ahead online and they said order would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there way after 20 minutes and maybe 1 hour later before we ate, but the pizza was still very good. Ate 3 sliced before realizing this was my second lunch... Got the classic Margherita. Crust was really good. Not soggy at all and not too hard or too chewy. If you like garlic, you could definitely taste the garlicky sauce. I don't love garlic so that's my only downside. But overall very happy with it. This place is located in some sort of food court/hall.

I was in the area and had my SGV food passport with me. I decided to try out ColdPizza. This place is nestled in a tiny food court in the city of Montebello. When I arrived around noon, there was a post-it sign on the register stating they would be open at 4pm. Darn. However, there was a gentleman behind the counter sorting things out. He saw me and was so sweet. He said he was going to run some errands, but would make my pizzas anyway. I was so appreciative of his kindness for doing that. I ordered two pizza which took a while to make. I think it was because the wood fire oven wasn't fully operational so it needed to preheat. I didn't mind it though. He was actually doing me a favor for even "opening." When I picked up my order, he gave me bottles of water for free. The pizzas were so good; fresh and flavorful! Crust was crispy, not burnt. Cheese was stringy and basil was potent. Aside from the great food, the customer service was above average! I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

The pizza was delivered quickly, and the crispy wood-fired style paired nicely with the lively energy of a DJ crushing it at the Montebello street fair. I ordered both a cheese pizza and a Margherita. The Margherita had a bit too much crust and not quite enough cheese for my taste, and I found myself adding a pepper packet to the cheese pizza for extra flavor. Overall, it's good pizza, but I personally prefer skipping the wood-fired crispiness and getting more value and toppings elsewhere, like Jay's Pizza. That said, if you enjoy the distinct flavor of wood-fired pizza, this spot is a nice hang.

Cold Pizza was my worth it winner for the day!! Some friends and I shared a lot of the different food options. From Pupusas to sliders...I'm so glad a friend convinced me to share pizza! Great service! Great pizza!!! Great Ambiance!! Pizza and Beer!! No Brainer!!

Cold Pizza is probably my favorite spot in Blvd Market. We always get the King Bee pizza and the other half mushroom, pineapple, and jalapeño, such a perfect combo. Their wings are also insanely good, especially well done. Joe is seriously the nicest owner ever. They didn't have jalapeños today, but somehow he sourced them and they magically appeared on my pizza The pizza is light but still packed with so much flavor. One of those spots that never disappoints.

If you love freshly made thin crust pizzas, this is a great place. Pizzas are made to order and baked in a fire oven. Ordered take out but would come back for dine in. Their prices are bit steep in my opinion. Build Your Own -12 inches starts at $17 plain topped with basil. Each additional topping is between $1 to $1.75, Burrata is $2.50 The Luau Pizza -12 inches at $20. Hot capocollo, pineapple, garlic, mike's hot honey, side of BBQ sauce Pizza dough is was crispy on the outside and slight chew throughout. Ordered The Luau Pizza online for pick up, they ran out of pineapple and was replaced with grape tomatoes. Tomatoes still paired well with the other toppings.

Great pizza offering with quick service at the BLVD MRKT food hall. Menu has a few specialty pizza options and additionally a build your own option. Pizza is wood fired. Slightly charred. Thin and crispy. Quality ingredients, balanced very well. Went with a simple pepperoni for the first time around and it was great. Definitely will return to try their specialty pizzas. And also, Alchemy Craft, which is in the same building, has your beer and other drink options taken care of, to pair your pizza with of course.

I'm a fan of pizza so definitely want to try most pizza places. Saw this place on Yelp nearby as we were supposed to bring food over for a friend's gathering. It was located near their house and had good review. We ended up ordering their pepperoni pizza with a few other toppings. Got it to go so wasn't piping hot like how I like my pizzas. However, the pizza was pretty good. I'd say one of the better pizza places I've gone to. Probably will have to come back next time for the ambiance and just chill and hang out there. Otherwise, the pizza was good and hoping I can come order again next time I'm in the area.

We didn't come for the pizza but we left with some! We ended up chatting with the owners and they so graciously gave us a few samples to take home since we were staring at the menu and admiring the pizzas while chowing down on our cheeseburgers. The crus of the pizza is thin and crispy and the combination of the pepperoni, creamy burrata and the spicy honey just works to make a perfect piece of pizza. The textures, taste and heat are sooo good! We will be back to get some whole pies soon!!! Can't wait to try what else they have to offer.

Great place! I really enjoyed the hot honey burrata pizza and the margarita. The pizza was crispy, fresh and airy. Not super heavy but more like a light pizza with great toppings. Owner was super nice and runs the place by himself. I would definitely recommend! The patio is also dog friendly.

    Yummmyyy!!!!

Great service. Wonderful vibes. Thank you for the sprite ! First time here and the atmosphere is so fun.

The mashed potatoes were incredibly soft, creamy, and full of flavor. We ordered the Margherita pizza and a cheese pizza for the kids, and both were delicious. The pizzas were cooked in a wood-fired brick oven, and you could really taste the difference. The carbonara was one of my favorite dishes. It came with an egg yolk on top that you mix into the pasta, making it rich, creamy, and flavorful. The lobster linguine was another standout dish. We also ordered the pork wings, which were so tender they practically fell off the bone and were served over delicious mashed potatoes. The mushroom ravioli was unique, comforting, and packed with flavor. We also shared the ribeye steak, which was cooked perfectly and was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. What really made the experience special was the service. The owner regularly stopped by to check on our table and make sure everything was good, and everyone working there was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the meal. Overall, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was excellent, and every dish tasted like it was made with care and love. The meatballs were flavorful, tender, and a great way to kick off dinner. The pork wings, though, just weren't for me I'd pass on those next time. For the mains, the Carbonara was rich, creamy, and exactly what you'd expect from a comforting pasta dish. The standout of the night was the Amatriciana pizza easily my favorite. Crispy crust, great flavor, and one of those pizzas you keep reaching back for. Overall, if you're looking for a local Italian spot for a relaxed Sunday family dinner, this place is worth checking out. Good food, cozy atmosphere, and enough highlights to bring us back. Solid 4 stars.

Next time, I'd probably try a couple of the other side options. My girlfriend ordered the lasagna with meat sauce combo, which came with a side salad and garlic bread. She really liked the salad. The lasagna had a slightly sweet taste to it, which isn't really my thing, but it was still good. They also were very attentive and refilled our water without us asking. I got the rigatoni a las vodka with chicken, and my two other friends got the baked rigatoni and the fettuccine Alfredo. Our dishes were delicious and perfectly seasoned. We also ordered the chocolate Gelato and tiramasu for dessert. Those were a perfect night cap to our dinner and catch up session. Some items were close to inedible: as an example, in an order of chicken parmesan, the chicken was very thin, tough, and stringy, and the coating was overcooked. Interestingly, it was served with mashed potatoes, broccoli, and carrots instead of pasta. In a final negative note, a 3% "Restaurant Management Fee" was added to the bill. None of our party can recall any mention of that before the bill was presented. Not a place we will return to.

However, the restaurant quickly filled up. Our server was very attentive but not over bearing. For our appetizer, we chose bruschetta. 12/10 The perfectly dressed tomatoes and basil sat on a pillowy burrata cloud and melted in your mouth. YUMMMM!! I opted for the penne ala vodka, while she chose the bolognese. 10/10 The penne w/vodka sauce had a surprising hint of spice that was decadent and savory. The bolognese had a slightly creamier taste without the spice and was equally as flavorful. Finally, we ordered the lemon butter cake. 10/10 When I tell you this cake was delicious ... woahhh!! It was a nice crisp butter cake but the lemon zest paired with the coulis and fruit gave the perfect balance. We were told the restaurant would be closing and that it was the final day of service. Made us both bummed to hear since the hospitality and true Italian food with homemade pasta was such a delight. Impeccable place overall! Recently, my son and I have been making pizzas on Friday nights as a bonding experience while my wife is out with friends. We make some, buy one, and compare. My son usually prefers his homemade, but Petrillo's is the exception! He loved the cheesy cheese pizza and the amazing cheese pull. I ordered half cheese and half their specialty pizza, which includes mozzarella, Romano cheese, house tomato sauce, Italian sausage, pepperoni, salami, mushrooms, onions, and green bell peppers. Their small pizza is 12 inches and has 8 slices, which is much larger than other places. Petrillo's Specialty Pizza is stacked with generous toppings and has a doughy but crispy bottom - the best of both worlds. I enjoyed the Specialty pizza, especially the Italian sausage. While I'm not a mushroom fan, I ate them anyway. I'll likely hold off on mushrooms next time. They provide generous amounts of complimentary crushed red pepper packets, paper plates, and napkins. Parmesan cheese packets cost extra, about $0.50 each, if I remember correctly. The staff were friendly and are local residents, which is always great to see in a mom-and-pop business. You can eat in or order from the take-out counter on the right side. It's best to order ahead to avoid a 20-25 minute wait. My only minor complaint was the pizza was a bit sloppy when I took a picture, but I understand they're busy getting orders out. I will definitely be back to Petrillo's for pizza!
