I ordered the works and Big T's deluxe pizza and didn't think they were that good. Looking back at their menu, the first 3 pizza's (Works, Big T's Special, and Big T's Deluxe) on their specialty list are almost all the same flavors. Too many toppings that just blend in for the same overall flavor. What I didn't enjoy was the crust. The crust has a sweet taste to it. I am not a fan of bready sweet crust. First time trying Big T Pizza and found it to be standard bargain price pizza that scratches that pizza itch at a bargain price. The quality of the ingredients are of average for pizza in such a similar price range but slightly better then Little Caesar's. I ordered a pepperoni with mushrooms and they gave a generous amount of both toppings and I really liked the crust. I'd personally wish they'd cooked my pizza a minute longer. Also ordered 6 lemon pepper wings and like them and wouldn't change anything. The flavor was robust and found the wings to be of decent size and cooked perfectly. And was surprised by a friendly server that went above and beyond help me in a few local events we needed help. My daughter brought over a pizza and wings from this place, mind you, my husband and I are die-hard Pizza 21 fans, but, this little place was actually really good, the sauce on pizza was not overly salty like most small pizza chains, and the cheese was real. We will definitely visit there. I just wish the sauce tasted a bit more cheesy, without being too salty. That is my biggest complaint on the smaller chains, way too salty sauces. The girl with the blond hair and bun is really nice even though her first language is Spanish. Ambiance is nice and quiet in there for the most part. Ordered from here a couple of times. Mainly just the pizzas and calzones. I think they need to reinvent the garlic bread it's just pizza bread with not a lot of garlic. The price, portion size and the quality keep it from being a deal breaker though. Side note friends agree that the pizza is a lot less greasy and doesn't go down heavily. I could only eat half-saved the other half for the next night. Loaded with cheese and filling of your choice. I picked sausage and jalapeño. This was one of the best calzones I have ever had. The dough wasn't as good as the old owners was and they skimp a little on the toppings probably to keep the price down. I had big t's pizza today for first time, I was expecting panmore pizza when I went but found out it had closed. I decided to give Big T's a chance since I was already here, and I'm glad I did.
