We had a family event at That's Amore today. We celebrated four Birthdays. Service was excellent and the food was great. We had pizza, breadsticks and salad and everything was really good. The family special is a great deal! The new owners and all the employees were very friendly, kind and they checked in on us often making sure we had everything we needed. Inside is nice and they have quite a few tv's which would be great for those that enjoy watching sports. It's been many years since we've eaten here, but we will definitely be eating there again in the near future. For those of you that have never been to That's Amore, I would recommend that you give it a try. Hopefully you'll have a great experience like we did. read more

They remade my pizza near closing to add in jalapeños and they were super apologetic about it which I appreciated! I would 100% come back just because how kind they are. I ordered a small pizza, hot wings, and spaghetti with meatballs I came back here to experience the new ownership, and the ambiance is now lively, music going, people actually inside, and TVs playing sports. The Staff is friendly and food came out relatively quickly. One concern I want to mention is the $0.50 refill charge shown on the menu. The owner kindly told me not to worry about it, but seeing it listed initially made me second-guess getting a refill since I didn't want to use my credit card for $0.50. My concern is that having this fee visible on the menu may leave customers with a negative perception, which might outweigh any financial benefit. Another thing to note is there is no arcade games available, during my dine in, the downside I saw to that was kids were playing in areas inside the restaurant they shouldn't be, like infront of the bathroom doors. Having an arcade area will keep the kids tucked away in the corner rather than potentially ruining other customers experiences. I personally didn't mind, since it's expected to have kids playing in a pizza place, but to others they may not feel the same way. The pizza was good, a nice size, fluffy dough, and good amount of toppings. The spaghetti was very average, about what you'd expect from a pizza place like this, the best part about it were the meatballs and it was a good quantity, it can definitely be shared between 3 people, but I'd probably pass on it in the future. The wings were sauced well and a good size with plenty of meat on the bone. Overall, the service could been better, but you can tell the staff is still getting fully trained, so patience is helpful. While nothing particularly amazed me, it's still a noticeable upgrade from what the space used to be. A group deal, such as a pizzas and a pitcher of soda special would make it a great option for bigger parties. Since their primary demographic is likely to be sports teams, investing in an arcade or designated entertainment area would add real value. I can see this restaurant heading in the right direction, I would still recommend to come here because you can still tell they are working hard to be better. So take my rating with a grain of salt since in the future I'm sure many upgrades in service, food, etc. will be in place. Where do I begin?! I had such a great experience when visiting Amore Pizzeria. We stopped in since we were craving pizza and got to watch the Dodger championship game. GO DODGERS! They just installed some awesome TV's and are planning to add to the experience. It is such a sporty vibe you'll want to bring your friends and have a pizza/beer. We were beyond satisfied with our food. The pizza is so tasteful and with a perfect crisp crunch along with some wedges. We were informed it was under new ownership and met the owners. We come here about once a week. Their food is always hot and delicious. Their prices are very reasonable for the food and beer. The loaded potato wedges are delicious every time we get them, they're never skimpy on the cheese. Me and my 2 year old love the spaghetti and meatballs. Also have tried the meatballs sandwich, my husband gives it a 10/10 and the garlic Parmesan wings are delicious. The staff is very friendly. It's a nice ambiance with multiple TV's and to just have a nice dinner with your family, that doesn't break the bank.They also have a music player that me and my son love adding music too! Pizza is good , but when we asked for grated cheese, they pulled it out of the refrigerator and sat down our table. Luckily, we looked at the cheese first because it had mold in it when we brought it to their attention they didn't say anything other than just giving us a new one. read more

My boyfriend and I were discouraged because another pizza place on the other side of the business complex Barrios Pizza made us really uncomfortable and unwelcome so we left. Wednesday, my godson Michael Munoz and I, were searching for a pizza place to dine in. We came upon That's Amore Pizzeria. It has recently been taken over by a very nice couple, Tony and Autumn. The appetizers we had, wings and mozzarella sticks, were very tasty and well prepared. We ordered a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza. The dough was very good and the pizza was well made. We enjoyed our dinner and the friendliness of the staff and owners. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

The food here is NOT good for the price especially their Sampler platter!!! WEAK to say the least. The pizza was basically burnt and they put some layer over the crust which is not good. Heard this place was under new ownership and I was in the area with my family. The staff were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. Knew the pizza was good before eating it because my children (who are really picky eaters) were devouring it. The quality of the food is amazing and I got full quickly with how big this pizza was. Complete change of atmosphere since they "re-opened". Service terrible, the woman taking orders around 6pm has zero customer service skills. They do not have any hard copy menus and their digital menus move too fast to even read. I have epilepsy and the speed of the menu moving and me trying to quickly read the menu so I could spend my money at this business was causing nausea which could be a sign of a seizure being triggered. The lady did not even offer to to tell me what was on the menu or what they served. She ignored several comments made by me or my family regarding their menus. Secondly, we have come here every year for a family birthday for over 25 years and this place is no longer "family friendly". Every game is a claw game and either too bare or over packed or broken. No chance at winning. And every game now costs $1 per play. If you have young kids playing team sports DO NOT have your team's party here. The kids will be highly disappointed with the lack of kid friendly fun games. Have their sports parties at Shakey's, Pikey's pizza, Ambrose, etc. that has a much better family friendly and service oriented environment. This establishment used to have old school arcade games that WE wanted to spend money on for our kids to have some fun and get the same nostalgia and fun from this place we used to love. We understand that times change and upgrades are great, however this is no longer a family oriented establishment. Lastly, the food was mediocre. Pizza as not special, too much sauce. Wings had no "crunch" to them and seemed under cooked. Salad was fine, but very hard to mess up a family salad. Garlic bread was good, jalapeño poppers tasted like walmart brand frozen jalapeño poppers. All food was delivered to our table without plates or utensils. We had to go stand at a counter to ask for and wait for plates & utensils while our food got cold. Two of our friends ordered separately and one waited 40 minutes for spaghetti that came out cold. The other person waited over an hour for a sandwich. We didn't try much else because the lack customer service at the counter when I ordered already set how this trip was going to be. Sadly, this will be our last trip here and we will find a new family oriented pizza place that respects their customers and listens to their needs. A place where we won't even question dropping several hundred dollars on food and games the kids can get joy out of: pin ball, racing game, 1 or 2 claw games and other arcade games that a pizza joint is known for. read more
